Order to add 80 at .065, maybe it hits
They should be selling shares here. They have cash to cover till the end of the year, that means raising money anytime in the next 3-4 months. Of course if they arrange any kind of deal with some upfront cash that would become moot. Cash burn is low but, as they try to become, "Intel inside" the overhead is going to increase. That is not necessarily a bad thing, just a part of the growing process. Free shares still riding.
Speaking of the patches are the vet patches the same as human patches? A work around for getting them in the US
With the wild swings I put an order to ad 50 at .055. We'll if I can steal some.
Cake, I've used actipatch for shoulder, elbow and back pain, they do work well. To really hold them in place you need to use tape, the kind from a first aid kit. Stenosis is a tough nut to crack, actipatch from my experience is best suited to acute conditions. That being said, it's definitely worth a go, Motrin and stretching as tolerated may help as well. Good luck
I halved today on the double. They said they have cash to cover till the end of the year. That means they will need to raise cash any time now. It is possible that they could get cash for development advancements in defense or GE. That being said this is the only sector that has the chance to rise to bubble status, so I hope that this continues to rise. SGLB may have the momentum to shake off a mild dilution without too much pain, though I wouldn't complain about a chance to bulk up my holdings at a better price.
Fulcrum, 109% in ten days:) I cut my position in half and will probably hold the rest in case of home run.
Lol, fulcrum, I was one of those that only got in a third of a position. Was looking to churn into my position. This may be that 1 in 50 kinds of stock that doesn't give you the chance. I m in at .033 and my put some low ball orders in in case there is any craziness like the .0271 of a few days ago.
I agree. Would be nice if she would clarify her stance or keep it to herself.
At least she isn't the one prescribing it, Lol. While I'm not thrilled with this, even AF can't deny the Test market is large and it's growing at good clip.
Fulcrum, you sound like you have a similar approach to stock trading except I sometimes hold an "all in" position. This is where setting those low priced limit orders are golden. I'm very new here and my average is .0334 and have about a third of the shares I want.
Happy hunting
The 3D/service area has the potential to grow to "bubble" status like biotech and .com before it. SGLB is the one that has the chance to have the run that you talk about to your kids if it hits. That being said, these stocks can also disappear in a flash.
I think they will have to raise money, so the question will be trade in and out of the whole position or trade around a core position. I kind of don't want to be all out because of the out of the blue parabolic move.

Maybe they could use some metal additive and QC know how too.
This space should consolidate, not saying they or anyone else is comming after SGLB but, good to see some interest.
NSAID increases heart risk

Don't forget a better side effect profile as well.

I got this reply from the FDA.
You are correct that we are having a Nov 14-15, 2012 VRBPAC Meeting. The web posting at FDA has had serious problems recently. We are trying to resolve
There aren't many parts of the federal government that don't have serious problems. LOL
OT--Orionid meteor shower tonight about 12-3am (best time) if you have clear skies and are so inclined.
Nice to see it up now. Thanks BL
I've been trading DVAX around a core position for a long time. This time I'm all staying in through at least AdCom. The overall market has sucked so bad recently, having some piece of mind with your dry powder is not a bad thing. If Dvax starts back up missing a few pennies won't kill you. Good luck with your trades.
kichwa, after I saw your post I checked the FDA site and couldn't find it either. After the initial oh, crap moment, I called the FDA number and asked them about it and she said she didn't know why it wasn't on the calendar, I thought oh, crap again combined with the Kessel sell of 6M, double crud. Then ended up talking with DVAX IR and they said no problems, on as scheduled.WHEW!
kichwa, I called DVAX IR and they said the VRBPAC meeting is still on and they are busy getting ready for it.
I left a comment but, am having trouble finding the other comments.
I know they should not have been available online but, it was sweet while they were. I'm married with children, a trip to Canada is not likely any time soon. I have some fishing buddies that go north, I may have them bring some back if they can find them.
I just got the same email at 3:07. It looks like their PR dept consists of somebody sitting around reading iHub posts. I wish I would have known that I wouldn't be able to get them from Canada any more. I would have bought 4 or 5 of them:(
Try this
What does it mean for FDA to "classify" a medical device?
FDA classifies medical devices based on the risks associated with the device. Devices are classified into one of three categories—Class I, Class II, and Class III.
Class I devices are deemed to be low risk and are therefore subject to the least regulatory controls. For example, dental floss is classified as Class I device.
Class II devices are higher risk devices than Class I and require greater regulatory controls to provide reasonable assurance of the device’s safety and effectiveness. For example, condoms are classified as Class II devices.
Class III devices are generally the highest risk devices and are therefore subject to the highest level of regulatory control. Class III devices must typically be approved by FDA before they are marketed. For example, replacement heart valves are classified as Class III devices.
you showed the problem, it's not easy to find or remember. If you type (0) instead of (o), searches don't find the site. They made it complicated, not a good move. Just dissapointed with the name, otherwise things are OK.
vir2o is a lousy name. If you talked to someone on the phone and told them to go to vir2o, they'd ask how to spell it. If you type in in vir20 you don't get any hits, it has to be vir2o. I think they tried to be too cute.
With all the RS talk, I ask, why. Why would they do one? They don't need to be over a dollar the stay listed on the NASDAQ and they aren't trying to stay over 5.00 so funds could buy, there isn't a reason to waste time or money doing it.
Nice to see it in print, thanks Dmel
For a sub penny stock I thought the call was very strong. That being said I'm looking to flip this a few times while they scrounge up money to get everything up and running. All in all that was more positive than I thought it would be.
Good or bad I expected some volume today.
He said 2 of 4 were. Your Q went through
'That article is 2.5 years old.'
It was to just to show the large list of possible FOB targets. I hadn't seen a list like it before and found it interesting.
'
Looking naively at these definitions and not knowing anything about the manner in which the products are actually registered in the US, most people would instinctively classify recombinant protein products that are not vaccines, toxins, or antitoxins, as drugs, rather than biological products. However, the FDA actually classified some recombinant protein products as drugs and others as biological products. It did this by using administrative rulemaking to create a broad interpretation of the definition of biological product in the PHS Act'
I wondered also if a FOB pathway could be found without major legislation, maybe some curent rule tweaking.
Have a good one
I think the problem is IPLEX is not on any pharmacy shelves, so a doc could prescibe it, but you can't get it because of the settlement. IMHO
Q: ALS In USA.
In a call after the settlement INSM replied to a question and said they would not make IPLEX available. To me that sounds like you could not use it off lable for ALS in the US. So DNA and TRCA's agreement with INSM is keeping IPLEX from US ALS patients.
Is this accurate? Thanks for any replies, tired of of dozens basher replies on yahoo.
New production method.
Will this work around the settlement?
ALS therapy development foundation (ALSTDF)has entered a collaboration with the muscular dystrophy association and will be called ALS therapy institute.
Both of these organizations may benefit from INSM's work as als and mmd are posible indications for iplex.
The ALSTDF recently gave 24 million to CYTR for a 1% stake in the sales of arimoclomol if it makes it past the FDA. That kind of grant is like toxic financing without the toxic part, no dilution.
