Q: ALS In USA.

In a call after the settlement INSM replied to a question and said they would not make IPLEX available. To me that sounds like you could not use it off lable for ALS in the US. So DNA and TRCA's agreement with INSM is keeping IPLEX from US ALS patients.
Is this accurate? Thanks for any replies, tired of of dozens basher replies on yahoo.
