This seems to be positive news for the approximately 9,700 Orebits.AU gold-backed digital assets the Company holds, which have an estimated value of $18.2 million according to their latest 8-K on Dec 18th.

Lakota-45, I read the Nov 2023 10q. The company went through a few years of restructuring and cleanup, and has been ready to go as of Jan 2023. At the end of Sept of 2023 was the first sign of newco emerging. Guessing the 8k from Dec 18 means the rocket engines are firing up for takeoff. Watching for more news now.

The leadership team looks very strong. I think I really like this company.

I think QFS is buzz and nothing more. People add quantum and ai to phrases about banking and think it sounds like the future of the financial industry. Personally, I don't believe in the QFS conspiracy theory. To implement the theory of QFS would collapse the global economy. Seems like another utopian concept that leftist would push to make everyone and everything equal.
