Man.  I’m so tired of this trade.  I’ll be thrilled when FID is made - cannot wait to get out of this.  Regardless of the complexities of a project of this size - this team certainly has shown it can’t meet any deadline.

CERA week - in their backyard. A war that is putting a spotlight on oil/energy.  Oil prices spiking. A rush to get the pipeline fixed and covered Funding and mentioned by various US government energy plan…
sure sounds like a great week to make a big announcement…

Feels like we are in line for another announcement that FID will take place in march. 
The pipe explosion gave them enough to go back to SHI and request more time. 
Hope I am wrong.  But, also perhaps this is giving them more time to line up two vessels. 

I get that they are private and I get staying quiet until all facts are known.  But at some point if they choose to go public it would be wise to have a PR team for them to get out and get in front of these things and at least do damage control around their name and business entity.

I don’t think this “event” ultimately matters much in the end and by the time this project is live, this issue is long behind them…but, in the meantime, it just another thing/obstacle.
At this point it’s just getting both comical and exhausting.

To be clear - that dude is an industry/LNG consultant.  I don't believe he is in anyway associated with delfin.  That is just him making a comment on their post from 4 weeks ago.

Things happen.  It's why they test.  
Any partners/lenders who are getting cold feet as a result of this incident never should have been invested in the first place and would be an incredibly shortsighted position to take.
Is it unfortunate - yes.  Big deal - no.Onward.

Interesting that delfin pushed their financing/FID into January and two days later we see these announcements about New Fortress and Lake Charles.

Perhaps we see more consolidation and activity as investors look for better, more stable options.

Agreed.  Technically, they are a private company right now and dont have to announce anything.  However, its certainly frustrating that they keep making announcements with timeframes/expectations and then not delivering, even if it's out of their control.    Still excited we will get good news soon - we are close.

10% @ $5, 20% @ $10, and then 25% @ $15.  After that - it's up to the markets and momentum.  
Honestly, anything after $10 is butter. I hope it goes to $20, $25 or even $30 on hype.  Just so hard to know.

Haven't been here as long as some of the OGs - but going on 4 years for me...
At this point it's pretty hard not to get excited about the upcoming few weeks.  
Would be great to open tomorrow morning with a FID announcement - let the stock run to $1.50-$2 over the next two weeks on hype and merger announcement early November.

I get that this is normally a long process with lots of moving pieces and can typically take years...but...
As this continues to drag on and on...at what point do these companies involved start asking questions and putting pressure on Delfin, or even pulling out and looking elsewhere?At this point if I'm a company - no chance I'm signing an SPA until I see any movement forward.
It's just been such a long process with little actionable movement - these groups have to be getting impatient.

The timing and market conditions are lining up perfectly for the boys.  Can't wait for this to finally be over 😂

Maybe the boys are just waiting and hoping to catch some of this same meme craziness so we also pump to 60b.

The volume last week was wild. 
Anyone smarter than me got any thoughts as to what was going on...someone loading? Switching hands?

And then this week has been very minimal.

Been a long road for many. 

But I believe this week is the beginning of something great for us all.
