PHMSA has a pretty impressive backlog of open corrective action orders. The closed cases have taken over a year to officially close. The most recent closed CAO was issued in August 2024. They appear to update their website and orders all at the same time as well. Last update for all of these is 4/2/26. https://primis.phmsa.dot.gov/enforcement-data/cases/CAO

Out of genuine curiosity - do you believe this could rocket to $300? That value makes me feel a bit nauseous, but wealthy.
My predictions revolve around $20 to $50 (at peak).

You are the man!! This is excellent news. I’ve been watching the PHMSA website for any updates, but I haven’t seen any movement yet. Probably all related to administrative/clerical time to generate the formal report. All good things.

All guesses will be speculation and estimates at best. The biggest pitfall we’re going to have with TGLO are people like myself & legacy shareholders with much larger holdings at far lower cost basis. If everyone were to sell small chunks to maintain some liquidity we could push endlessly. The hype alone surrounding the project has potential for insane numbers particularly if paired with additional contract announcements & three total ships.
I can almost guarantee TGLO opens above $1 at the most conservative guess after RM is announced. Where it will peak is what will be really exciting. Could it go to $50? $100? We’ll see what happens.

Looking at the previous two 10K filings I would assume by tonight. I would not expect the 10K to show much of anything unless we get an 8K preceding it. Otherwise I am guessing we’ll see the same rinse & repeat in the 10K

Financing deals being made and discussed publicly for a group that’s tight lipped is a weight lifted off the shoulders. $750m approved gives light to how the project will be financed, and how much equity we can anticipate overall!!

After reading through the multitude of outlets reporting this it appears to be far more of a hit piece/tactful strategy to put Delfin in a poor light despite a lack of direct responsibility. It was negligence - but not on Delfin’s behalf.

Yes. He’s going to get a payout just to expedite this going away. I’m hoping Delfin’s legal team will have this handled & squashed relatively quickly.

Something I really enjoyed reading in that lawsuit was the line reading, “failing to properly screen and retain employees and contractors.” 🤣🤣 Couldn’t have said it any better. Probably should have vet his application a little better

Random question for our group of internet sleuths and silent savants: how long would it take Siemens to produce those gas turbines? To be ready for use? 
My follow up question: at what point is the gas turbine installed on the ship or required to be installed on the ship?

Agreed, but what I believe Chen was getting at is Delfin needs to put the money up. Can't guarantee a slot with an IOU. Once financing (hopefully including an RM) is finalized we'll see some guarantees & starting to build ships.
