I’m confused on what is BS exactly? PUGE gave out their phone number and invited us all to call. I did that, spoke to the CEO for 30 mins. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Last week the quote from the PR said “We expect to have additional details next week”. The topic was the shareholders meeting in May, so that’s what I expect at some point this week. If it doesn’t happen, I could call back or just wait for when it does. Either way, nothing rises to the level of BS for me.

I didn’t ask anything except the status of the 8-k. He was friendly and stated it was lengthy with several addendums. It has been submitted and should post in the morning. He asked where my area code was and said he was from nearby. I feel confident if it’s good or otherwise, we will see it in the morning. I’m a shareholder, so I’m rooting for good news.

He speaks the truth. I had the same conversation at approximately 6pm eastern. I left a voice mail on the number provided on the PR and the CEO returned my call. Of course, I’m a random guy also, but now there’s two of us ;)
