Heading to trips Awful quickly here, the lack of corporate governance is amazing.

The 65 employees was almost a year ago, they could have 5 employees today as far as we know as the company decided to clam up and not say a word, answer an email or make required filings..

Trying to keep optimistic here and hoping all the silence and no filings is due to the company being in a “Quite” period due to some major transaction…

Not really, was hoping… would have hoped to see a tweeter from the company saying “I know we promised no more late filings, but we still have no idea what we are doing so we’ll get the filing done someday”

I guess the CEO promise to have filings done on time was another smoke up our ass statement!! As the NT-10K got them another 15 days to file and nothing was filed we now have a yield sign on the otcbb site…

Since September 9, 2022…. An even 125,000,000 have been added to the OS

What a disaster, stupid spin off… guess cog apps was the huge money loser which was always in need of a money infusion… so let’s just spin it off, make it look good then we can just dilute the hell out of the new company as much as we want….

The report didn’t need to be read after they spent million of shareholders dollars on this report an page 2 or 3 says more exploration required please pay us another $2,400,000 and we will produce another report in a year or two…

And if you look at the weekly OS count, it goes up by very very rough approximinity of 87,143,923 shares per week!! Another 4-5 weeks and AS will be maxed out and all longs will be wiped out with a huge reverse split!!

I just read the first 2 pages of the report and saw the recommendations moving forward as Keep Looking and keep drilling exploratory holes and this phase 2 of exploring will cost $2,400,000… really no need to read further..

Looks like another couple years of “exploration” and dilution…

The main reason this ticker is not moving north is I noticed in the past 2 months the Restricted share count has gone from 624,765,451 to 191,070,862 meaning 433,694,589 shares probably owned by management became freely tradable… so all that dumping just keeps us where we are pps wise…

I see commander Fogassa now has BMIX in the list for future IPO’s for NASDAQ. No price set yet.

Well stick a fork in this one… PRE-14C is out raising the AS And announcing a 1 for 100 reverse split….

The OS share counts were updated and 542,118,118 were added to the OS count 100% of those added shares are Restricted shares…

I have no idea of the time restrictions of the shares but one could assume a 1 year restriction…

Maybe an 8k soon to detail this?
