Good post! It illustrates the FACT that ATWT can NEVER succeed on it's own. It needs the Government to FORCE people to but it's foolish "reminder systems". EVERYBODY Knows This Is A Pump 'n Dump! EVERYBODY also knows that most of YOU chronic posters started Selling (dumping) your shares near the top. Of course you can't Sell (dump) all at once, so you need to keep "pump" posting until you all get out.

The only ones that don't realize it right away are the new shareholders (suckers) who bought in recently at much higher levels.

Once you're all out, the pumping posts will start to disappear a bit, perhaps even go negative. The newer shareholders (suckers) will finally sell at a loss near the bottom, where most you will load up on the cheapest shares again for the next Pump 'n Dump PR.

I think there is a special place in Hell reserved for people who decieve others through a Pump 'n Dump scam.

It's much easier for any Fleet to just implement a policy for their drivers to simply LOOK in the back of the vehicle before the final parking to see if anyone has'nt left! DUH!

As far as their other products go, backup alarms are already standard equiptment on most all commercial vehicles. ATWT's backup gadget uses a voice warning instead of the standard beeper that everyone already knows and recognizes. Too confusing!

Sadly, most child back-up accidents occur because of parental neglect or distractions. Another different noise maker will only give a false sense of security at best. We can't and shouldn't ever rely on any warning system to replace common sense awareness of our surroundings, and any people in the area that might be harmed by our moving vehicles.

ATWTS products are a gimmicky idea, and poorly implemented. ATWT hopes to make their money by exploiting the fears of parents, and exploiting the injuries of a few children in some very tragic and avoidable accidents. ATWT also hopes to implement Laws requiring their products, instead of better training, and awareness by drivers, which is what would really make a difference.

IMO... This company will Fail!

ATWT Back To Single Digits By Week's End! This is just a Pump 'n Dump stock and EVERYBODY knows it! This company has NEVER sold a significant amount of units to ANYONE. The only way they will EVER sell these unwanted "reminder" gadgets, is if Laws are passed requiring Fleets to purchase them. Pump-n-Dump Going Back To .0001 I Told Ya! So the big "secret" was another patent on a product they haven't been able to sell in years! What a joke! Nobody likes these "reminder" systems, and their competition has a far better product anyways.

The ATWT system requires customized wiring by ATWT trained installers, and is not transferable to another vehicle. The competition has a universal system that is easily installed by anyone, uses existing wiring, can be transferred to another vehicle, and is much cheaper! The competition already has the distribution Market for their products, and is well known and accepted by the industry.

Sold My Shares At .0018 Before The DUMP comes. Since someone posted they had "secret" News, and that ATWT was gonna fly Tuesday, I knew the Dump would need to happen soon, and most likely on Monday. I don't think ATWT can be Pumped much over .002, and there is a Gap that needs to be filled at .0013 anyways.

I pretty much forgot about it until I saw green on the ATWT symbol with a + sign and percentage increase. Since it's something I haven't seen for awhile, it caught my eye! Sooooooo.... I think most would agree, the best way to find the "bottom" is in hindsight. (pun intended)

Most of the time I have tried to pick the bottom of any stock or Market, I'm wrong. It keeps falling. But if you wait until the chart shows some kind of obvious support level or upward reversal, you can probably get in at the right time.

Of course you will miss the very first profit from the very bottom, but you will get in much more safely. Why worry about missing the first 5 percent or so?

You can only see the REAL bottom in hindsight.

I've always thought the bash-to-buy posting method was the most pathetic way to influence people on a message board.

Besides, such people who bash a stock too often usually end up convincing themselves more than others, hesitate to buy, and end up chasing the stock when it starts to run, or just plain miss the whole runup.

Well...SOMBODY still thinks this stock will go back UP much higher.

Otherwise there would be selling at these prices, not more buying.

Don't forget. This stock (relative to it's historical price levels) has been oversold and undervalued for a long long time.

The next pullback (if/when) will tell us a lot. If the next pullback is followed by increased Buying Volume, the upside could continue to be exponentially much much higher.

The current trend is still UP. It looks like most of the former sellers are long gone.

I think we have some new buyers here lately. Maybe these new buyers know something positive that we don't.

Stocks go up for a reason. Whatever the reason is, SOMEBODY knows more than us.

To answer your question about my negativity in the past, I need to remind you of the constant and relentless pumping and phony "phone call messages" supposedly recieved by the very (then) moderator of this board stating that a PR release was expected that would "change the way everyone thought about ATWT forever".

Total and absolute LIES!

ATWT products are inferior to the competition in price, installation (customized wiring needed instead of using existing wiring), and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

The competition has control of the limited market for these "reminder" products, and the only difference is an annoying voice warning that the commercial vehicle industry has not accepted favorably. Not to mention the fact that in order to install these "reminder" devices on their vehicles, the person in charge of buying these things must admit that their employees are too incompetent to walk to the back of the bus and just LOOK and SEE if anyone is still inside before they leave. It's just easier to establish a policy that instructs all drivers to check for anyone left behind.

Plus the fact that this company is totally unprofitable, and will continue to be so into the forseeable future.

However, having said that, this stock has been oversold for quite some time, and I DO still own 1 million shares..... WOW!
