Nobody pays attention to any news coming out of Pittsburgh, as reflected by the stock price. Nobody is investing in our CEO.

In fact, those millions of dollars sitting on the sidelines I have mentioned here are going in different directions. They WILL NOT invest in IVDN as long as Joe Riccelli is running things.

IVDN is a great example on how not to run a company.

I have been calling for Joe Riccelli to be fired for almost 5 years. If this was a REAL company, he would have been long gone. But IVDN is not a REAL company. It is a mom and pop with no employees. This company should have remained private and never sold stock. It was Joe's ego that brought this company public. It is Joe's ego that keeps him in the CEO chair.

Where is the BOD's? Probably hanging at Joe's house for a Sunday BBQ?

You notice that nobody can defend him except to say the he mortgaged his home during the FTC trail. The poster that called you and I "idiots", the poster that I challenged to defend our CEO, has not responded to that challenge. Why? Because he can't.

BTW, the last quarters record sales came when our CEO was flat on his back in the hospital. He was not "diligently" working with our management team, he was in survival mode.

There is one positive in the financials;

The new quality control testing equipment for our House Wrap Product line has been built. We have reached an agreement with the vendor on the final amount owed. The total cost of the equipment was approximately $114,000. We expect to accept delivery of the equipment when our testing lab has secured a new testing facility. Once the equipment is installed it will have to go through a certification process. Once the testing equipment is certified, we intend to begin the process of having Insultex certified by ICC Evaluation Services, LLC (“ICC-ES”). ICC-ES certifies, among other items, building materials and products of which our House Wrap falls under. The reason we need to have ICC-ES certification is that we believe in order to get large orders for House Wrap, ICC-ES certification will be required. The other component part of the House Wrap produced by a third party is ICC-Es certified. Getting ICC-ES certification is costly and time consuming.

I guess Insultex is at least 1 year away from being certified by ICC-ES, if Insultex can meet the requirements. That is why they do tests.

GD, here is the bottom line. There will be over 1,000,000 residential units built in 2024. Insultex will be used in less 1% (10,000) of those units. I would guess maybe half of that. Let's not forget the commercial buildings that Insultex will not be used in their construction.

Just like 2022 and 2023. 2024 will not be much better. The current quarters sales will be terrible.

Builders will and have used other products. Why? Lots of reasons. #1, because we can not supply them with product today (still waiting on the boat from Asia). Because Insultex is not ICC certified. Because Insultex is too costly. Because our company is/has been totally mismanaged the last 3 years. Because potential buyers don't like to work with our CEO.

If Lindus wanted to purchase insultex for 5000 homes delivered in 30 days, our CEO is not able to supply it.

The construction industry does not need Insultex. There are plenty of other insulation products on the market that will be used in those 1,000,000 new homes.
