GD, here is the bottom line. There will be over 1,000,000 residential units built in 2024. Insultex will be used in less 1% (10,000) of those units. I would guess maybe half of that. Let's not forget the commercial buildings that Insultex will not be used in their construction.
Just like 2022 and 2023. 2024 will not be much better. The current quarters sales will be terrible.
Builders will and have used other products. Why? Lots of reasons. #1, because we can not supply them with product today (still waiting on the boat from Asia). Because Insultex is not ICC certified. Because Insultex is too costly. Because our company is/has been totally mismanaged the last 3 years. Because potential buyers don't like to work with our CEO.
If Lindus wanted to purchase insultex for 5000 homes delivered in 30 days, our CEO is not able to supply it.
The construction industry does not need Insultex. There are plenty of other insulation products on the market that will be used in those 1,000,000 new homes.
Our CEO has got to go. Our 4 Directors need to go to JAIL for taking free stock and failing to protect investors.
With a new BOD and new CEO, IVDN will see million of dollars of new investment immediately. Then we can become a real company, not the joke we are.

GD, you have been a shareholder for 15+ years. How is your investment doing? It is a loser for you. How much money are you down? Why do you support our IDIOT, INCOMPETENT, CEO?
GD, we have a great product and poor management. Get off the Riccelli bandwagon. Only then will the company grow.
