We agree that IVDN has to follow SEC rules. You are 100% correct Profit.

I believe that the SEC should investigate IVDN for the lies of the last 18 years. I welcome an SEC investigation into free stock for services rendered to BOD's. I want an SEC investigation on why the BOD has not protected shareholders and not fired our CEO years ago. The SEC should ask why there have not been any shareholders meetings.

IVDN had a great fiscal quarter (for IVDN). $400K in sales out of a total $1.25 billion quarterly sales of insulation nationwide. 3 cheers for IVDN, we have captured .00032% of the insulation market for the quarter.

Anybody can get lucky and make sale when you throw enough sh-t at the wall. Something will stick. The next quarterly will look better than the last 36 quarterlies. I am more interested in the Sept quarterly. Since we have no product to sell it will one of the worse reports that IVDN has ever produced.

The BOD needs to do their job, protecting investors. FIRE OUR CEO.
