I might be wrong Pitcook. Right above Garlotta signature is a box with "explanation of responses" It states:

1. The reporting person was granted these securities for his services

Where did those 40,000 shares come from? CEO? Or thin air? Why pay 20 cents when the market is a 15 cents?

The Board of Directors of any corporation has the fiduciary obligation to protect the shareholders. That is their NUMBER CHARGE. They have failed. We, the shareholders (owners of the company), have not been given the opportunity to have any say on anything.

I am not a lawyer but I believe that is CRIMINAL. I am so pissed off I don't only want our CEO fired, I want to see him in prison sharing a cell with his BOD buddies and a big man named Bubba..
