Chart shows the low for 6-30-22, ($2.58) and the high for 7-8 22, $4.39.
This is a 70% retracement. Unbelievable!
I would call it a classic example of a bear trap culminating in a bull recap.
Onward and upward!
I agree with your dislike for Cramer but not for his failure to ask the MU boss about
the NLST law suit, simply because the MU boss will give the standard answer we hear all the time, basically "We don't comment on pending law suits."
Thanks for the clue.
This is the first I ever heard of a poison pill hiding in the back.
But if so, at what price is the "pill" set at?
Laugh as you may, but I feel BB is holding back paying the $10,00, to avoid going public, which gives way for a "hostile take over".
NNLX has a portfolio of patents that could be useful to a research lab, at the right price.
As you state, once the vale is lifted there will be a flood of shares for sale, but then the vultures can swoop in and make the offer.
Only my opinion.
You nailed,fellow shareholder.
Why bother procuring patent protection for the IP that is developed?
Samsung, Google, and Micron it will mean the difference between patent protection of the IP for a company and no protection of patented IP for a company. It will signal that other companies can infringe as they wish and abuse another company's patented or seminal patented IP, increase market share by doing so and pay minimal to get away with it.
From YMB...
"The greater point of the win against Samsung today
is not the $2 in damages (as the many Dodo's would claim).
Remember when Samsung was telling the court,
without a damage award, there was "no breach, no breach."
But look, now we have our damages,
now we have our breach.
From YMB...""Its just a normal, everyday patent infringement case"
If it's so normal, then why has GOOG been dodging the rule of law
for over 10 years.!!!
GOOG is trapped and has run out of a sewer to hide.

Two good opinions from ST:
1)"so we didn’t get the extra frosting on the cake-
-we’re out of a lousy contract,
$23m in debt is gone
and Sammy has no license.
Not too shabby"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
2)-"I’m not a lawyer, but as an accountant, that stood out to me yesterday.
My guess is we lost for 2 reason. First, the jury of our peers, as they usually do, have potato brains and couldn’t see thru BS.
Second, NLST’s sloppy record keeping.
It seems to me they trusted Samsung in the beginning, so they didn’t bother keep track of all their orders. The jury heard things like 50% of the orders were filled.
The rest that didn’t cost a measly 4-5% more. It isn’t true but that was the data our expert had to work with. I’m not a lawyer, but as an accountant, that stood out to me yesterday."
Mr. Hong from the CC 11-02-21...
"For the past 40 years, companies like ours have sold almost exclusively to OEMs and box builders.
Today, our end customers are the companies that provide cloud services and social media platforms that businesses and consumers depend on.
This is how the customer base is changing, and we believe we are
well positioned to take advantage of this evolution in the market."
From ST board:
"With regards to the hearing Nov 10 pertaining to claim 16,
the judge is Saundra Brown Armstrong.
This is our "O God" judge regarding this case.
She’s already been lied to by google,
when they said they weren’t using our tech,
she had then requested they pop open
some random servers and viola guess what
was in there? If you said nlst tech get yourself a cookie,
they then wasted 12 years of time through patent recertification
by claiming our patents weren’t valid.
Not only will claim 16 stand but I highly doubt
she will sit on this decision for any substantial
period of time, I would imagine
she will drop the hammer harshly and swiftly."
Another video opinion on recent court ruling: NLST vs.Samsung.
From YMB:
If you mean copying, well, this is what all the litigation is about
"Netlist holds a portfolio of patents, many seminal, in the areas of hybrid memory, storage class memory, rank multiplication and load reduction, among others."
Google tried it and lost.
Like I said yesterday! "Skip the ad- and get to the message

Does anyone know what happened to this action?
From ST per CNET April 22, 2014 2:50 p.m. PT
Google agreed to pony up for Samsung's defense against Apple
Emails between Samsung and Google show that the search giant planned to help shoulder some of Samsung's burden of defending itself against Apple's patent infringement claims, court testimony revealed.

NLST is all GREEN, baby not pink!
FYI "U.S. stock exchanges will be open for trading Columbus Day, Monday, October 11: However, Bond markets, Federal Reserve Banks and most of the nation's banking institutions will be closed. See how this affects account activities."
This is from TD Ameritrade, but Monday is also Thanksgiving Day in Canada.
So act accordingly.
NLST shares going for over $6.00.
Well, then I must have stolen some shares on Friday for $4.95!
"Up, down, up, down,down"
It's like a regular yo yo.
Maybe that guy, Yo Yo Ma has changed over to playing stocks from
fiddling around with his current job?
Today's price change was a tumultuous drop of -0.016 (-0.2%).
I do hope it didn't shatter your dreams
INSTANT DUMPING when will it end?!?
1:05 PM per TD Ameritrade daily chart.
"CONTINUED DUMPING." You must has a severe case of DIARRHEA.
From YMB: I'd be inclined to think this is what's going on.
"dismissed without prejudice can also mean the the complaint is flawed in some way that can be corrected (and when corrected the complaint can be refiled). not saying this is the reason for anything happening. just sharing thoughts re litigation process."
Reply
Per SA: A private investor put out a hit job on NLST this am. Looks like he's not long for this world. He claims we lost our senses and will soon experience a 60% haircut. Some people (he) just don't get it.
From YMB, and this is exactly my feelings....
"Geared up tonight, going to be hard to get to sleep, feeling of a big day tomorrow. Something is up to be 14.38% up on a really bad down market."
This question was posted on Stock Twits message board: 10:04 am
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Is Samsung also liable for bad faith in their
breach of contract, given the emails
indicating, their intent to interfere
with the relationship between
NLST and Uber?
That would add to punitive damages. .
I did find what I was looking for, see my post 8211.
On ward and upward!
I think these two messages from ST are what I'm looking for.
1) Do we know if Samsung actually ended up backdooring
NLST on the Uber deal?
It's obvious they were trying to work that angle,
but I would love to know how it worked out.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2) Netlist had engaged with UBER,
Microsoft,
Kaminario,
and SolidFire!!
All those PR's that could have been if
Samsung had not screwed us
and Breached their Contra
I just read your post from Tuesday, 08/10/21 02:13:48 AM
and in the post the following was stated
"if you remember the specific request about UBER!"
Could you provide more info on the UBER issue?
Thank you for all your DD.

Mr. Hong; August 3, CC on streaming:
"We are right now talking to:
major, major streaming guy that people know,* (below are streaming companies)
and they require very fast sequential reads
which our Gen4 product has displayed.
So we have hired on a number of people that are familiar with end customers
especially the cloud service providers. And we hope that they're bringing
in their network with our product will lead to expanding sales with Enterprise SSDs."

*The best streaming entertainment stocks include
industry pioneer Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX),
entertainment giant Disney (NYSE:DIS),
and the streaming platform leader Roku (NASDAQ:ROKU).
Industry newcomers FuboTV (NYSE:FUBO) and
CuriosityStream (NASDAQ:CURI) also make this list.

What is streaming and how does it work?
Streaming means listening to music or watching video in 'real time', instead of downloading a file to your computer and watching it later. With internet videos and webcasts of live events, there is no file to download, just a continuous stream of data.

whats the problem you ask?
I'll tell you; there isn't a problem at all other than the fact that you have a bunch of impatient paper handed investors.
It's human nature to be weak and impatient.
That's how the phrase

FROM Stocktwits- Hard to believe GOOG would be so reckless:
------------------------------------------------------------------
I find it hard to believe this high powered law firm did this by accident. I have no idea why it would benefit them but Shaesby will know.
After filing the Redacted Interrogatory Response, Google discovered that certain confidential information were inadvertently unredacted. The information sought to be further redacted contains highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary business information that could affect Google's competitive standing and may expose Google to increased security risks if publicly disclosed. Upon discovering this error, Google's counsel immediately contacted the ECF Help Desk, requesting that the inadvertently filed documents be temporarily blocked. Google has also filed a corrected version of the Redacted Interrogatory Response (Dkt. Nos. 157-2, 158, 159-2, and 160). Accordingly, Google respectfully requests that Docket Nos. 152-9, 153-5, 154-9, and 155-7 be permanently deleted from the docket. DATED: August 2, 2021
A very juicy question from Stock twits:
Remember, infringement also includes the unlicensed use of the technology. I suspect that all other FAANG + M companies also use or used the same technology for their servers
Great post copied from YMB and StockTwits:
"In 2009 Google had interest in Netlist patents, met with them and Netlist did a comprehensive presentation disclosing everything about those patents including details of how it was developed and it's powerful ability, but as soon as Netlist folks left the room Google figured Netlist was too small to fight back and decided to outright steal the ideas without paying Netlist. It is as simple and obvious thievery as this. Funny thing is that Google has admitted to a 3 panel federal judges this very thing and admitted they lied about it. They even admitted they had lied when denying using it for 12 years.
The only question remains what are the actual damages, should Google choose to settle, or what are actual damages plus punitive awards (usually 3-4 times actual damages) should Google choose the grand jury route (something Google will never choose)."
