I find it hard to believe this high powered law firm did this by accident. I have no idea why it would benefit them but Shaesby will know.

After filing the Redacted Interrogatory Response, Google discovered that certain confidential information were inadvertently unredacted. The information sought to be further redacted contains highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary business information that could affect Google's competitive standing and may expose Google to increased security risks if publicly disclosed. Upon discovering this error, Google's counsel immediately contacted the ECF Help Desk, requesting that the inadvertently filed documents be temporarily blocked. Google has also filed a corrected version of the Redacted Interrogatory Response (Dkt. Nos. 157-2, 158, 159-2, and 160). Accordingly, Google respectfully requests that Docket Nos. 152-9, 153-5, 154-9, and 155-7 be permanently deleted from the docket. DATED: August 2, 2021
