Laugh as you may, but I feel BB is holding back paying the $10,00, to avoid going public, which gives way for a "hostile take over".
NNLX has a portfolio of patents that could be useful to a research lab, at the right price.
As you state, once the vale is lifted there will be a flood of shares for sale, but then the vultures can swoop in and make the offer.
