So I guess it takes 1-3 weeks for OTC to "approve" the certification and confirm the uplisting, we should still be close, but still reflecting OTC Pink as of today

I noticed the independent directors a while back, but yes it is new in recent weeks/months and required for the uplist... on the profile means it's official with OTC, as it needs to be for the uplisting to take place. Next up, the OTCQB update to their profile, I assume should happen this week since they filed the OTCQB Certification last friday..Friday... might be delayed because of the holiday yesterday

Anyone catch the note about the production facility investment, and it's efficiency? Someone is being wise with the foundation to support a ramp of sales volume... watching closely.

Although I think we were expecting the audited Financials by 4/15... I am not a fan of seeing additional days pass without those filings :/

Filing expected in less than 15 days according to a recent disclosure from the company due to the merger in 4q 2020... hoping to see some developments that back up serious value for us shareholders! Sitting on a few hundred thousand shares!

New filing posted on OTC. Audited filings for 2018 and 2019. The beginning of being considered fully reporting for the uplifting now that they are CASH??? Mid term excitement realistic? Rookie and reading the filing wrong?

Was buying more of all of my positions on the dips this AM and didn't get to this one. Damn it!!! Could have seriously averaged down and picked up a sweet paper profit between breakfast and lunch :(

Filing for year ended 2020 is up and shows some damn good stats with regard to financial position and results... anyone else better at reading the other critical parts of the filing to reinforce how exciting that is?

This steady but healthy growth in PPS tells me that someone (or lots of us) are accumulating! I sure as heck hope it gets to $1 per share.

Merger with CASH, who had an investment by TPB gives me all of the warm and fuzzies.

Agreed... they need to update us on next steps and hopefully some surprise developments. Holding my full position and enjoying the ride. I will consider selling part when we cross the .10 mark!
