If you were assigned YOOES number thru your brokerage and was still holding shares before trading stopped you are eligible for a payout even if you didn't file a claim, well at least that was what I was told by the the number that is listed on this forum.

Settlement was 12 million then they subtracted 3 million for attorney fees, so around 9 million left over then divide that by 53 million outstanding shares and my math and could be wrong but it works out to 17 cents a share, that's for people still holding shares and didn't sell before trading stopped, not sure about clamients who sold but put a claim in.

No cake, but at this point I'll take any crumbs left over after 4 1/2 years.

Will disbursement in bankruptcy cases involving outstanding shares be sent to your brokerage account where you hold shares and have a number assigned to you or a check sent last known address?

Unless you were holding shares at time of trading stopped, Then no need to file but always good to cover all your bases. 53 million outstanding shares with shareholders assigned a yoec number thru their brokerage, those will be compensated first, Is my understanding since they were not able to sale shares and shares have been in escrow for future possible distribution of funds if any left over. Low volume good thing every few weeks, levels the ups and downs and if you look at price history large 300 to 500% gains after being stagnant 7 to 9 days, not sure about .01 but low .04's will be a good entry point as it has done in the past 4 months. I threw charts out the window a long time ago when it comes to penny stocks, hard to predict at best.

Unless we have level 2 on Decn which we don't, we really don't have a clear picture of true share price just like when trading resumed on Monday. Is it .03 or .01 or .0005? No one knows who's buying or selling at what price. Let's see how this plays out for now and not jump to conclusions either way. My buy orders have not picked up. There is a halt

You do realize that the price really isn't .0003 when trading is halted. Just like Monday there are many setting buys and sells during halt, and true share price won't show till resumption of trading, now if no more trading forever then price is stuck at that level

Announcement was made Dec.21 of this year on liquidating stocks but supervisor said is based on stock and the volume its not flat across the board for all tickers and he's not sure how you came up with Decn specifically would or would not be able to buy.

Td will allow to buy and sell, etrade and the other broker are old news and havent been trading for months already, so business as usual for trading on expert market, there are over 50 companies that have been trading on expert or grey market for years. Still waiting for a link on Td Ameritrade made that statement, the supervisor would love to see that so called statement on not being able to buy.

Had buy order at .0005, no luck till 1030am then i saw i bought shares at .0012? Was there a halt? Made 10k this morning and sold but at the end of day we are right back were we started last week if you held your shares then your not out a dime. Been busy with sf#r running this morning.

Strong support at .05, like to see .08 by mid week and above .10 by end of week.
