Unless you were holding shares at time of trading stopped, Then no need to file but always good to cover all your bases. 53 million outstanding shares with shareholders assigned a yoec number thru their brokerage, those will be compensated first, Is my understanding since they were not able to sale shares and shares have been in escrow for future possible distribution of funds if any left over.
