**NEWS** Decibel Provides Preliminary Record Level Q4 2022 Results and 2023 Outlook

Decibel has continued its market share gains, becoming the third largest LP in Canada by market share and the fastest growing large LP with 77% growth in 2022. We remained focused on developing consumer loyalty and category expansion supported through refinement of differentiation within our products. By creating demand, it led to an abundance of attractive investment opportunities by way of automation and supply chain optimization, leading to record level gross margin in the back half of the year. Through these steps, we've grown Decibel's top and bottom line substantially, capping off the year with record level results. We are steadfast in our strategic plan that has driven our recent success, while remaining nimble to navigate a highly dynamic Canadian marketplace and ever-growing international landscape.

Hey GreenIves!!!! Another record quarter on the way!!!! Nice of Decibel to give us a heads up so we don't have to wait so long for the Q4 numbers. It's getting to the point where I'd be surprised if every quarter isn't a record setter.

According to recent Headset data Decibel now has 5 of the Top 10 selling vapes in Ontario, including #1 Tiger Blood, #2 Peach Ringz, #4 Honeydew Boba, #6 Strawnana, and #7 Maui Wowie. Decibel's Tiger Blood Vape Cart is also the #1 selling cart in BC and Alberta.

Decibel also has 3 of the Top 10 selling Pre-rolls in Ontario including #4 Taster Pack, #7 Tiger Blood, and #8 Peach Ringz. Plus 3 in the Top 5 in BC including #1 Peach Ringz, #2 Tiger Blood, and #5 Peach Ringz (3 pack). In Alberta they have the Top 2 pre-rolls with #1 Tiger Blood and #2 Peach Ringz.

With these results it's no surprise that DB is the fastest growing large LP with 77% growth in 2022. Decibel was smart to invest in automation early on with the result being higher gross margins now and in the future. Glad to hear they continue to invest in automation and supply chain optimization.
