This does have dilution, it is in the 10K. Just a matter of how bad they want to unwind it.

It bottoms out a couple days before each earning report then pops on earnings then just continues to go back down.

So buy ahead of earnings and dump the report, it's what I did.

Same thing happened on my LIBE stock, got it month ago 0002 sat idle for weeks, 8k filed today and up 1100% now. On that one I also verified it was coming about 2 weeks back.

As for the critics I don't care and they aren't critics, they have an agenda, I have them blocked so I do not care.

8k will be out by month's end, verified it personally.

I think that could happen, lots going on there, very undervalued here, I'm in it from 0032 today, my first buys.
