I asked them on their Twitter page about the new shares....
They said 2 creditors are now off the books and "now all of the bad guys are gone..."
Anyway they look pretty strong to me so far to hold above .10 and I wonder if they aren't planning on entering real penny territory and holding the price.
If you are a Whale (I can't be so far no money) please remember to take what you are happy with...at least down to 20,000 shares or whatever so I will not totally be out of all my shares because of you!!
I notice lots of people pouring in so much into cheap stocks that we all lose our investments...they need to keep control of their company and taking the money is a very hard thing to avoid -- and we will not be getting any of their BTC or whatever they buy with it at all!
On Twitter INTV claimed "sold link and then bought BTC...and then Sold BTC and bought link back..."
in one day.
They do tweet way too much...
Then again this ChainLink does seem to be an interesting choice. It is now the top "DeFi" solution on Ethereum by market cap...
I have no idea if it is destined to move up or not but then again it seems to me they will be getting a decent price from here fairly soon.
One thing that should scare you is whales who have way too many shares...they claim to never sell but then again they are waiting for certain key amounts to sell at.
Not really my kind of stock but assuming they don't have BTC FOMO they seem to be able to move quite a bit up... or are they raiding the stock to be able to pump BTC up for those few whales BTC has... tons of BTC waiting to be sold at every step.....
Yes it is destined to be a million a coin but I would look into something else personally and that something might be ADA and LINK not to mention TRX...
I asked about the additional shares and got " old debt converted...all the bad guys are gone now!" So I held onto my few shares.
You guys MUST sometimes take on the way up and get what makes you really happy from time to time or it makes us lose our whole (very respectable) investment often. "Easy come easy go" for us but remember THIS IS AN INTERACTION and if you think you will buy all their shares you will soon learn....
I was into this one ages ago...
Didn't do too badly I would say but then again find no information about their production or inventory whatsoever. Mainly they seem to claim 60000 stores are ready to buy and sell their products. I could easily see this being many dollars on the news of them dealing with a major producer of CBD or up into the Earthly realms even (not 4 or 10 cents but 200 dollars) if they are major producers...
Even just having Greenlane to sell them product and also drop ship it would make them worth 10 dollars!
But where is their production? I saw a tiny office with 2 people in it behind the curtain and then there was one of those " investors who lost over $100,000" lawsuits which allowed me to bail at a profit when the price went sky-high. Good choice they made, letting their mad investors out like that....wow REALLY? NEVER buy more than 1000 shares OR put more than $1000 into ONE STOCK are they insane? These whales do cause the price to drop and/ or reverse split! They really do. Well it is the company's doing but they are the capital seekers NOT US.
Wow! Really nice. How do you get that little spike there to 5 cents (!) To make people think you're not just selling shares??
Well are you investing in a venture or yanking a chain 'o riches to fall out of the sky?
I have nearly 100 different stocks but I have high hopes for this one....
I doubt a consolidation will ever happen....
then again I am on the record saying I doubt it would drop below .25 again!
More likely might be more deals cut meaning more shares...
This is a capital company and I think if it has more shares than Facebook it should not matter to me.
I wish I could afford more but the important thing is that my few shares still are there 7 and 12 years from now! Of course eventually to make the dividend appear large it may happen (my speculation of course) then again....
Look at his other stock WPM and imagine how much easier it will be for Auxly to deal with farmers than miners!!!
52 week low being 0001 makes this one seem like it must be sky high right now....
Sure wish I had some!!!
What would be a high price? .0009? .09...?
Should we buy and hold and not expect to sell at a higher price?
Any word on how much of their needed millions they have collected? Seems like it could easily move to 3.9 like KALY did after I spent $55 on 65,000 shares...
On the other hand they need to get their 12 million they needed to go and get the gas and oil and this will take many months to do. Not to mention the market is really low (all storages are overflowing),
I would say the price is within the "buy" range of some people.
Reverse-split... divide more correctly. You see in Aurora's case it really helped them... usually it is a bad move, but technically your total value should remain consistent though your number of shares is divided by 20 or whatever they decide.
Additionally since the share structure looks so much more appealing they can sell shares easily but usually do immediately start selling lots of new shares that (it seems in this example, anyway) they stole from their "investors".
It is important to remember that providing Venture Capital is always a great risk! Giving a farmer lots of cash to go away and shower his farmer-buddies with loads pf cash is great fun and all but will it ever make anyone any money?
If you buy 3000000 shares they get 250 dollars or so. Good upside isn't it? Then again maybe they will take her up to 1 or 5 or maybe even 70 cents and you can be one of the workers who holds shares... keep them all even throw in more $100 here and there and hold those shares until after it settles down. This is the period you are more familiar with:
They company will be going from 40 OS to 200 OS and beyond...all the way releasing great news and websites claiming a moonshot. All that happens though is more millions of shares sold at something over .007 or so (like 7 cents sounds really hot!) And perhaps you too will have bids up there huge lots of "stock" up for sale if they can drum up some buyers for a 4 cents ....uh...security.... GLTA (except the IS's. Be an B or be Ignorant NEVER MIX THE TWO)
Don't they risk their great exchange listing?
Or then again maybe they will reverse-split I suppose....
are you sure I shouldn't buy in because the shares are going to be worthless??
Seems to me they would do best at at $3.50 to $7.00 range for such a stock ... not under $1 where they will be de-listed and drop to pink or grey....
Seems to me this one ran to 1.5 cents or so and is running down....people having millions of shares left to sell care to have others pay for small lots of .006 shares......
Or am I mistaken?
Over at INTV I am hoping I can buy at 1 cent again and then sell hopefully at 10 or more....
http://www.imageprotect.com/about/
Seems pretty good.
Can it really run though? Volume is too low isn't it?
Always try entering the domain/ name in a search in case your (or ISP's) Domain Name Servers do not know the data. On that subject I suggest using GRC.com's DNS benchmark utility and using the fasted servers to you and /or OpenDNS's servers ( do not forget to set IPv6 as well!)
Anyone know how much they collected for the current float? Is it actually 90 million (or so) today?
Many times I wondered if it would be edible garden stuff but still I have never run into actual edible garden product. They sure have tons of look-alike products out here in California!
I really hope they succeed then again I guess I agree that Auxley is probably a better paying stock....then again I do think it can go either way. For both of those «bleep»s
Well you are probably saving the $20 or $80 I play on it but then again it seems kind of sad occasionally if you miss a .0002 stock...oh yeah it still is at .0002 BTW....
What I see is 101 mil+ 1.1 bil were converted for case debts they claim 12 million will allow them to make 300 or 700 million from they properties....
Are not we hoping it gets to under .009 or so? Without any dilution: that comes after some lame "news" to inform us the new top is here and dilution will begin to bring the price down under .01 again... if done well then we can sell our shares for .09 to .18 or wherever we find some buyers.... I usually sell way too fast since I know no one wants shares when it is dropping down again....
I didn't spend much on it...glad I could get my Hexo with the results I certainly feel like getting some again if it gets under .02 or so....

One I feel I should have bought back about 3 years ago....those who did will be working hard to get over .005 for their many many shares....as they work it and you send your money to them hearing that this one is going up now they get that "chime" from their bank.....
Next should be a nice re-structuring somewhere before .0009 or so and maybe I will try some! But it's SOOO much less likely to go up the second time it seems... or maybe I need to wait longer?
Even with the new 800,000,000+ shares in issue?
I must say I made quite a bit on this so-called "crash"! I HAD 13 SHARES WORTH $130. THEN WE GOT 1 INTO 20 SPLIT. Today my shares are over 1000 and I also have some spin-out that may or may not be any good.
Which is the truth; I have never met these guys or seen their office but just look at today's release:
Generex Subsidiary NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology Announces Publication of Positive Results of the AE37 Phase IIb Breast Cancer Tr...
April 28 2020 - 02:05PM
InvestorsHub NewsWire Print
Prospective, randomized, single-blinded, multi-center phase II trial of two HER2 peptide vaccines, GP2 and AE37, in breast cancer patients to prevent recurrence
Conclusion: AE37 Ii-Key peptide vaccine is safe and associated with DFS in sub-sets of breast cancer survivors after 10-year follow-up
In patients with both advanced stage and HER2 under-expression (HER2 2+, 1+, triple negative) there was a significant improvement in Disease Free Survival (DFS) favoring the vaccine group (AE37 83.0% vs Control 62.5%, p = 0.039, HR 0.375)

MIRAMAR, FL -- April 28, 2020 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Generex Biotechnology Corporation (www.generex.com) (GNBT) (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GNBT/quote) is happy to announce that the final results of the Phase IIb clinical trial of AE37 +/- GM-CSF vaccine for the prevention of recurrence of breast cancer have been published in the peer-reviewed journal, Breast Cancer Research & Treatment. In the AE37 arm of this trial, the investigators* found that patients with advanced stage, HER2 under-expression, and TNBC may benefit from AE37 vaccination, and those with both advanced stage and HER2 under expression have a significant clinical benefit to AE37 vaccination, demonstrating earlier DFS plateau that was maintained for up to the ten years of follow-up. The study showed that AE37 induces CD4+ T helper cell stimulation which is required for the effective generation of long-term cell-mediated immunity, and postulates that the AE37 vaccine may have more of an immunoadjuvant effect to augment a vaccine-induced CD8+ T-Lymphocyte (CTL) response. Further, AE37 is able to directly stimulate the HLA-DR alleles with epitopes present in the HER2 protein, increasing interferon gamma (IFN-?) and CD4+ T-helper (Th1) cells which in turn assist in strong in vivo autologous lysing of tumor cells by CD8+ cells. Thus, the addition of the Ii-Key in AE37 specifically enhances immune responses via the MHC class I pathway. Additionally, the study shows that the Ii-Key acts as an immune system adjuvant, activating both the CD4+ response and the CD8+ response against the HER2 antigenic epitope to which it is attached. The authors point out the benefit of such a complete immune response that combines CD8+ and CD4+ activation may not only induce an immediate cell mediated cytolytic response versus tumor cells but may also induce T-Helper cell mediated long-term immunity to protect against tumor recurrence.
Generex President & CEO Joe Moscato Said, “This is fantastic news for NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology and our AE37 Ii-Key immunotherapeutic peptide vaccine. The study results confirm that patients with advanced stage, HER2 under-expression, and TNBC may benefit from AE37 vaccination, and we now have statistically significant 10-year disease free survival data that demonstrates clinical benefit in the most difficult to treat patients with advanced disease and low HER2 levels, including triple negative breast cancer. For the last three and a half years, we have worked diligently to turn around the NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology development program, and to unlock the true value of the Ii-Key technology. These positive data confirm our ongoing belief in the power of Ii-Key platform to modulate the immune system to fight disease. We will continue to develop AE37 in our ongoing Phase II clinical trial in combination with pembrolizumab (Merck’s Keytruda®) for the treatment of triple negative breast cancer, and we are planning a trial of AE37 in bladder cancer. As we spin out NGIO as a separate public company, we are excited about the opportunities for AE37 and our other Ii-Key immunotherapeutic peptide vaccines GP100 and TYR for melanoma, and we plan to explore additional tumor associated antigenic epitopes for our Ii-Key immune system modulating platform.”
Mr. Moscato continued, “In addition to our efforts to develop Ii-Key peptide vaccines for oncology, the Generex management team is actively involved in a COVID-19 emergency response effort. We are advancing discussions with BARDA and have been working hard to assemble an impressive group of partner organizations to implement an accelerated, multifaceted development program to commercialize our Ii-Key-SARS-CoV-2 peptide vaccine in response to the U.S. government calls for a vaccine solution to the coronavirus crisis. We are working to secure manufacturing, laboratory, clinical, regulatory, and expert medical advisory services with world-class organizations like PPD, Polypeptide Labs, Bachem, Ajinomoto, Thermo-Fisher, CTL Laboratories, and San Diego Center for AIDS Research as well as renowned clinical research sites at Tufts University Medical Center and Wake Forest Baptist Health. Together we have prepared a full proposal for the end-to-end development of an Ii-Key-SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. Additionally, we continue discussions with Canadian health authorities, having held a pre-CTA teleconference last week, and we plan to finalize our regulatory strategy in collaboration with Health Canada in the coming weeks. We will keep our shareholders updated as we progress in our coronavirus vaccine development program using Ii-Key peptides to activate the immune system for protection from COVID-19. And to all of our valued investors, please stay safe and be well.”

One reason I have never bought any is the reviews of the product on YouTube. All in all they give the impression of a stock selling company that is not that concerned with their "professed" business.
Looks like a good time for those guys to come back and buy in again....
From latest filing:
In the event a property is not currently zoned or does not currently allow permitted use as a regulated cannabis or marijuana facility, we may work with local authorities to seek changes to existing zoning or permitted use. Our efforts may not be successful. For example, our property located in Gilbert, Arizona has not been successfully zoned and permitted for a prospective licensed medical marijuana dispensary nor has it been leased to a medical marijuana operator. We plan to lease this property to a non-cannabis tenant in the interim.
The Company has established a network of experts in the fields of real estate, design, construction, operations, and corporate social responsibility in order to provide tenants and clients with comprehensive solutions to best meet their needs. We require our prospective tenants and clients to go through extensive due diligence in order to meet the Company’s standards as sophisticated and experienced operators.
Our vision is to be recognized for setting the standard in sustainable development for emerging industries, while increasing community prosperity and shareholder value. We believe that a focus on real estate and the sustainable development of properties will bring value to the local communities in which we operate and to local stakeholders. While we intend to expand into a variety of emerging industries, our current focus is on developing projects within the regulated cannabis industry.

Calling Fosi brainless?? Projection Personified...
Anyone have any solid information on ZDPY? It seems like if it were a real REIT I would not be able to afford it... has anyone ever visited their offices?
It sure is a temptation but then again I wonder if it is a real chance to buy an REIT or simply another scam designed to sell shares....?
I bought 60000 at 0009 since it seemed I saw some income and cash....after looking over this "fabrics and fashion" (back then) company I figured I was wrong to buy. It seemed to me (from google-mapping their addresses) that they had a fairly decent house and access to a convenience store for income proofs...
There were "4.5 billion shares" back then... if I waited and could actually sell at about the 3.9 cent top I would have made like $1900 from my $55 play. I did take about $100 for 1/3 of my shares and the next 2 sells got me about $450 more so I was pretty happy with it...
One problem with these things though is that we think they are going back up but instead they are literally begging for people to buy their shares at anything above 002 or so and then later they will be begging to let the price drop to 0001 once again....
One question I have: it seems they claim almost $8 a share income across over 1.4 billion shares! Wonder how...or how they avoid prison for fruad....
All in all it's like winning at the slots: just costs you too much in the long run... I need to make my own shares to sell!!!
NBC Hemp story posted by KALY release:
http://www.nbcnewyork.com/on-air/as-seen-on/Struggling-NY-Farmers-Betting-the-Farm-on-Hemp_New-York-511323092.html
I thought it was really good though I do believe there were Zero KALY or USMJ products shown; I am not 100% sure about that though....
I do wonder why we never hear of the "FDA Problem"...legal is legal but then again the FDA has not approved these extracts as food additives...
I'd suggest if they allow "Taurine" in food then they had better just move out of the kitchen on this one!!
Must say I am not at all sure myself.
But above the pinned post: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=147995490
suggests over 15 billion shares
Of course means there must be a reverse split or perhaps fraudulent filings...
At the price I can agree perhaps...especially since they have such a fine set of websites..."not bad" but then again I wonder why such a company would work so hard staying "under the radar" when they should be able to deal in $5 shares without breaking a sweat...
Maybe "not bad" but I guarantee when they deal with their "whales" someone like me will not be happy with his results.
It's so difficult to believe people really don't know who's selling a stock!!
I'm not saying it's wrong...at least for now...
but usually times of "news" and "promotion" are indeed good at selling shares but don't forget there is a VENTURE HERE (or any cannabis stock /stock under $10) and they are here to collect capital.
You never see a price higher than looks really really attractive to BUY and it is a sweet piece of candy indeed.
We do need an operation who will check on their intentions and progress however because I am getting sick of people who should be robbing banks.
I really can not tell who is who but I AM WILLING to send them to prison for taking people's money and then not even giving it a try.
Does this have something to do with LSTR?
I was told it LDSR was a "known dilution scam".
I have some IRNC which I am way down on but I was considering adding to it now...
I have little to risk indeed since I will not even be getting money for July and beyond since I was cut off for having over $2000 in assets.
I will be refusing to sell everything (I am down 40% on but by and large happy to have) and shoving it up my nose...
...I might be into selling some of my PYX or all of my KALY and trying LDSR based on their own web pages and releases... billions of shares doesn't seem too bad if they can really get their volume up from here...
I hate how I always end up losing my money just to send some criminals off to prison!! Should I expect this will be the same nightmare once again?
A letter I posted to "Flavors hook kids" website.
I swore off ever posting anything anymore since I always attract too many jerks, but I just had to log in to send up a Carbon Copy of my letter to Flavors Hook Kids .org.
It will certainly be totally ignored I am sure but that is really not my problem -- at least I tried!
I think it applies to VPRB and many others:
I just want to say that I feel you always act too strongly on your impulses.
I first used an N-joy 501 in 2009 while I was with my sister who smokes Newports. I was also smoking them myself.
Cigarette smoking is a strange thing that really takes your choice away while at the same time making you feel worse and worse all the time.
It pretty much feels like you have taken a poison and the only antidote is to take more of the poison.
E-Cigarettes (with nicotine) seem to be the true antidote.
They are not at all as good as they were in 2009...
that is, if I smoked a cigarette back then in 2009 it did nothing for me. For about 3 or 4 months you are fully convinced that the E-cig is "more addicting" but "so what??" it's also better...
Well after a long while on the E-cig you would see that it was actually the old-fashioned "analog" as they call it that was actually so addicting.
I have everything I need including e-juice and batteries but I only use coffee at this time. It also helped me stop spending money on Marijuana -- I have bought no Marijuana at all this year.
I assert that someone can indeed place nicotine or heroin or some other addictant into your precious skittles and M&Ms. On the other hand I see nothing at all "insidious" or "wrong" at all in allowing children to get their "candy fix" on clouds of pink and blue e-juice which will also have tons of nutrients added and will cause no diabetes or tooth decay.
Yes the cookie cake and candy industry are much more vast and rich, but I do not see your point at all.
Someone who has smoked only nicotine E-cigarettes , whether for the anti-depressant effect (quite strong) or the flavors are not very likely to take up "real" cigarette smoking.
They are very powerful (about 2 a day is the most one should ever want to do) but then again they have little reason to switch...
though, as I alluded to before, RJR and others have been working on them since I found them in 2009.
Their goal?
Keep people buying packs of cigarettes.
While I was still smoking e-cigarettes I had friends sort of "force me" to smoke a cigarette and it did make me really high and also had some bad withdrawal symptoms....a big contrast to how I forced myself to smoke 2 Newports (months apart) In 2009 and simply felt disgusted with it and felt no reason at all to continue. One of the differences: I am sure a small bottle of that 2009 E-juice would probably kill someone if they drank it. Also it would be pretty necessary for one to taper off and use less and less whereas today's huge tank E-cigs are much more likely to quit "cold turkey". There would be days where I was actually feeling pretty bad and was pulling on my E-cig (around 2 or 3 PM) feeling like I failed myself for not taking my e-cig in the morning like I should have.
The same is true for the old types of cigarettes....whoever said you can't taper off is really crazy -- probably like your camp simply reacting without knowing what they are saying. It is VERY IMPORTANT to taper down to 2 cigarettes or less a day and then, from there, the "cold turkey" that is indeed required is quite manageable.
However with the benefit of E-cigarettes it can be much more simple and quite painless. Quitting the cigarettes can leave you feeling "off" for literally decades....of course you are not that likely to start up but you do feel like you need a cigarette for a while. With the E-cigarette you can feel completely "cured" and it is a miracle.
An interesting point is that about 80% of the life-saving effect of an E-cigarette can be provided by e-juice without any nicotine at all.
Flavors hook kids but the e-cigarette is a lesser evil by far than candy and soda. And there is not much reason really for an "acceleration hooks kids" campaign to shut down the theme parks in my opinion. Instead use your chance to replace "now and laters" with something that's actually healthful and inoculates children against using hard drugs like tobacco and other smoked substances.
When, soon enough, people get their PTSD or ADD medicine via E-cigarettes it will appear that they have been hooked since they will need their "fix" to simply concentrate and finish their "work".... but the difference is in the person's opinion of how they are being treated. With "chew" or "smoke" they are actually being abused for a capitalist's gain whereas the e-cigs are far less of a problem and also "generate" less revenues. It's not only Mars and Nabisco it's also the (animal product) insulin corporation that are on your side.
I was hoping I could get some /positive/ advice by looking into your posts...hmm...
Can't you please explain the reasons you know so much about ISCO?
Or is this statement about any capital-seeking company, in general?
I believe these guys seem to be pretty reasonable:
http://www.edisongroup.com/publication/third-cohort-ready-to-go/7175/
Their coverage of some of the other companies seemed pretty good to me.
They Say their Valuation is $5.46 a share which isn't really that much considering the low number of shares out.
Looks good but I wonder why they seem to be hiding their history as HMDEF? I won't be able to help spending some of my very tight "budget" on this one but I will be wondering if their website is telling me the truth. Most stocks I assume will be sinking as they capitalize but this one is so short on shares that I will expect it to be expensive pretty quick. I hope I am not being a fool; I was going to get some CannTrust so I will feel badly if I am miss-placing my funds...
Can anyone shed light on if these guys were actually HMDEF or was there some kind of takeover....?
Might have been I suppose... I believe you need to divide by 10 at least for the reverse split.
Here is my history of buying Cryptobloc which is one of the early stocks I bought:
06/12/2018
Buy Trade Details CRYBF CRYPTOBLOC TECHNOLOGIE F
350 $0.1657 $4.95 (commision) $62.95 (total cost)
I had no chance to come out ahead along the way: I do check on things daily.
Now I have 35 shares worth nothing but it is a temptation to get myself 1,000,000 shares for $105...I could even ask for a batch of free trade and save 5%...
Problems include no share structure reported at all on OTC and also I have way too many things I really want to buy but don't have the money to get them... look at the ask and the bid also I suppose I would totally be wasting my money. The again $15 could get me 100,000 shares and over a year or more it really could pay off... I doubt it though. If I see some volume and movement on my 35 shares maybe I will try to get in at 0005 or so I guess.

That's the best part about this one as far as I have seen...
not too difficult to put out news (or a website for that matter!)
but then again if they are really very busy that's a good sign...
I really have no doubt this is a total scam but then again so were Monster and Amazon when they were in the penny-stock range....
It seems fair to me to try to get capital from investors and then again one has to wonder what happens when they are totally unhappy with their results ??
If you require a company to be a huge profit-maker before you will invest it is really difficult to see how it will work at all.
I wish I had a magic crystal ball and could see through to their true intentions. But their nice web page should make it an easy pump or perhaps sets them up for a prison term if they are totally fabricating there....
Another wish: when someone spends time and effort and even quites names of people involved, can't they please back up their (potentially slanderous) statements with some footnotes?? One thing I will assume is that these workers are in on the scam and do indeed know what's going on because they are profiting from the very ticker that they are so worried about....
