Massive share reduction one week only to severely dilute the following week (still at an unknown amount) I feel is intentionally misleading, unethical, and potentially fraudulent. It’s the equivalent of saying, “invest into my business plan since the structure of the company has changed significantly.” Ok, so people invest. The following week the CEO says, “Oh yeah, we’ve decided to restructure the company similar to the way it was previously.” Once the SEC is notified they might at least dig into it, and a judge could see the intent malicious.

He’s a close family friend and he is.

Spoke to an attorney today. He’s looking into it. Due to the timing of and content of their PR, and the immediate dilution based of an unknown amount, and an unknown schedule to dilute, the company may have been misleading the public of their intentions. This is obvious to most. The company reduced the overall shares by 2/3 to spike the share price only to dilute it slowly creating debt payoff leaving bag holders everywhere. Currently there are zero long term investors who aren’t below water on their investments through KYNC. My attorney feels this is misleading and worth investigating.
