A market maker on the EM agreed to execute the buys and sells on the rare chance it does. The money...big money...they make on their regular trades with a nice spread more than makes up for the rare trade here. Market makers do this...they agree to. The co isnt making money here...how could they. They have zero part in the trade. Plus xreg has no business ops and never will. They were in it to sell shares while they could before the new regs took effect. Bad peeps cant do the dilution gang bang on the otc as they once dud...and thats great.

It was blown up by the feds when this co failed time and again to file reports. And the owner here knew the ATM was closed. Doors shut. Lights out. Call their office and try to talk to mgt.

The company isnt paying to trade on the expert market. C'mon pal. Broker dealers do and they make bank trading...it has nothing at all to do with the co. Not only does this co have no cash they have no business.
