CHK will most likely be down big the next day or so. Give it a couple days and the dip may be worth looking into.
Did you not notice the bounce within the past week? No one invests in these stocks, they play them. The stock needs to move to make money.
Agreed. That's the name of the game. Always lock in the profits. The buying opportunities will be back quick. Once it's filed, it will tank for sure. Then it will be time to buy that dip.
I haven't sold yet, but watching real close to lock in the profits. If it tests the upper '20s, I'll jump out this morning.
The swings are amazing on it. What do you think it will come back down too this week?
Enjoy buying the dips. Lower the better!
It might be pathetic, but it sure is fun trading it, which is what we are all doing... right?
Nice looking chart. Will be watching closely.
You would invest over $100k at any given time in BDGR?
Talk about volatile. CMF is still negative on 1 minute chart.
need to get the RSI up some
Is it determined based on who posted first? haha
These "Halt" games are starting to get annoying.
AMR reminds me so much of Pilgrims Pride.
Awesome... just halted.
You can't take your laptop to class?
Do they have other leases than the Siler?
Trying to control the market.
Halted again. Don't like that to much.
Uh-Oh.... not looking good.
They normally bounce like this, but the real question is, where does it go after the bounce.
less than 2 hours later, it's above $0.66
It's off HWY 42 south of Price. You need permission from the land owner before you go out there. There is a gate.
Not much to see out there right now.
Who is the well servicing company?
I am flying on AA today... maybe I should jump in.
Is that the EPHRAIM lease?
What district?
Do they have any in Texas which they want to sell?
The P-4 can't be transferred till all the RRC violations are resolved. That's why they wont be the operator of the lease due to the liability.
They can't produce oil from this lease till they fix all the RRC violations. Type the lease number: 07609 into the Severance Query and you will see there is a long list of violations with fees that must be addressed before producing.
That means they will have to do all the H-15 and H-10 testings on all those wells before production can begin and be sold.
Looks like they don't have anyone working on this lease who has "local" knowledge of the field. Maybe the well servicing company, but who are they going to use?
No body drills horizontal wells in the East Texas Field.
Alright, a Bulldog here. Went there for 2 years. Nothing is really happening on the lease yet. Don't expect production for some time. So really nothing to PR.
Barnett isn't worth anything this far east. No producing Barnett wells in this area. Most wells in the East Texas region produce out of the Woodbine, Petite, Cotton Valley, Travis Peak, or Haynesville.

Just read this one too. I am surprised that they need additional funding already. They will need the additional $2 mil to put the lease back online.
Has anyone here gone and looked at this lease? A lot of these wells are just casings capped with nothing else on them. Every flow line will have to be replaced.
I would be interested in this lease, but it has to many wells, many need to be plugged, and I would probably only produce around 25 on the lease. Spend the money on the 25 wells that can produce and plug all the others.
All the H-15 violations are going to need to be resolved before the lease can pump oil. We are talking at $4 mil to plug and clean up the no good wells before even bringing the decent ones online.
This project will take money, time, and patience, but it will make oil.

I was just reading it and FYI for people who don't know this field, directional drilling is a waste of time in the field. Only a couple people have tried it in East Texas and came up short.
Look, if you drill a vertical well, your fluid level will be high enough to put it on a submersible pump at a rate of 1,000 bbls a day and not pump off. Even on the south end. No need to waste the time and drill horizontally. If you undershoot the "oiled" Woodbine, you will only pump water. Can't fix it either. On a vertical, you can run a liner, log, and perf. You will still have plenty to pump up.
Do these guys need a consultant?
Don't expect production right away. This lease has many hurdles to jump through with the RRC before they can begin production. Many wellbores have casing problems. Some are worthy just to plug. Some may cost just as much to fix as drilling a new well.
Why won't someone from EGOH contact me. I have an East Texas Woodbine lease for sale. It's got 5 wells on it.
