They can't produce oil from this lease till they fix all the RRC violations. Type the lease number: 07609 into the Severance Query and you will see there is a long list of violations with fees that must be addressed before producing.

That means they will have to do all the H-15 and H-10 testings on all those wells before production can begin and be sold.
