LOVE LOVE seeing the Sensortecnics logo on EGYF IR twitter. Thats where the IP is, and yes the RM from back when. Looks like company is working hard behind curtains. Although the potato chip selling as we ARE OTC, does not dictate that this float is not being locked up tight. When this 10K solves OTCM shell status and we open up to ROW, I'd think we see an entire new investor base flood the gates. WE are the early birds, mark that IMHO. These guys are solid as a rock, and it seems the current shareholders are same. Count me in! I buy weekly. Gladly. Proudly.

The key to a successful company in this sector is a strong BOD, disruptive tech and good communications. EGYF nails it IMHO.

Add on top a stellar IR at helm; this looks like a recipe for success. Sprinkle on one of the best Share Structures in town, with a 78M tradable public float / no debt and sky is the limit. These folks have my full attention.

Looking very bullish here since the Non Dilutive $50M Angel funding news yesterday. Market beginning to catch onto how big this actually is IMO. As we near April and further news on Roadmap milestones met, believe this low float #Gold stock is going to get alot more rowdy. On top of the now est ~5B gold reserve they sit on, WST Global is doing a TV Streaming production series showcasing Osceola's mining operations. This "OTC" has a ton going on. Big changes for OSCI, very nice to see.

My pleasure, and yes pivotal indeed IMHO. Seeing IR transparency now is great news. IMHO the only people who do not love this company and stock are the ones that clearly just don't "know". As updates for milestones hit wire that will change abruptly I believe. I am PUMPED to see the IR live. Very telling... As for the trade tape, its clear that shares continue to be "locked" at all avg levels above that old 08/.09 support. We test a ".19" resistance right now which is barely hanging on. A/D is strong as bull, look at the chart. These shares are vanishing, agree or not. With the 78M float under lock down, we'll see a very big move soon as company gets active on wire. All eyes from me. Looks solid.

Osceola Gold Enters Funding Agreement for $50 Million



WEIRTON, WV / ACCESSWIRE / February 25, 2022 / Osceola Gold a precious metal mining company that focuses on the development and exploration of gold and other precious metal mining projects has entered a Letter of Intent for funding with Sajeinidus Agromine S.A. on behalf of 40 Brightwater LLC.

The initial funding of $5 million will be distributed within the next 7 - 10 business days. It's anticipated that the balance will be made available within the next 30 additional business days. Sajeinidus Agromine S.A. is currently finalizing all terms with its Banking Institution on the balance. This funding will provide the resources and capabilities to maximize mining operations to enable the achievement of 2022 production goals. The expected mining operational start is the week of April 4th, 2022.

Additionally, management is pleased to announce the finalizing of most details with WST Global, to arrive on site for pre-production early April 2022. WST Global management has indicated that it's an advantageous time to start filming this goldmine series. In the plans for 2+ years, like many other issues, had to emerge from the challenging landscape left by the pandemic.

Shareholders will be updated upon development in the coming weeks.
