New letter to shareholders... 

I know you like to hear yourself talk but that doesn't answer the question..

Another question.. in order to get current do they have to file all back Financials or just the most recent year... anyone know?

So if I'm understanding that letter correctly..the company had to reply by the 18th of Oct why they missed filing Financials for the last 2 years, and after that the sec rep would take another 14 days to schedule an interview to determine if the answer is sufficient. If they don't like the answer then TTCM won't be able to trade for up to a year... is that right so effectively by nov 6-8th is we will know how good or horrible this new management team is?

Did I miss something?

I've been both positive and negative on this company.. did not like DLM's pump and dump.... but I've never been "Huggy" negative... and with a new leadership team wanted to see if he was going to give them a chance before inciting civil unrest on them. 

Out of pure curiosity...if this stock starts trading again under the new management.. are you still going to town doggin' it or was it just the nugent team you couldn't stand. 

Oh no, this scam took off last year with that infamous 2023 pump and dump by lamountain.... i was just saying for you and dragonlady to waste time commenting on this stock that something might be brewing.

Something must be happening, both Huggy and Dragonlady are posting again..that's gotta be a sign the stock.is about to take off.

Just got an email from DOCKETBIRD that they finally are closing out the lawsuit and Findley lost.. my guess are those shares sold to close out and cover any possible costs.. who knows at this point.

I guess its hard for David to pump and dump this like he did last year being in the Expert Market so they gotta do what they can. Kudos to being courageous enough to solicit stock holders after not filing anything for a year.. that takes some serious... well you know.

I doubt it.. he hasn't put out 20 8-k's or 17 tweets in the last week about it... so it's not happening.

Oh you mean Karen..yes.. she is the all knowing non-shutting up voice for this stock..She thinks that being a successful business owner is not operating one successful business, but just opening many that fail.. The more you open, the more successful you are.

Can a company use Authorizes shares as collateral to obtain funding if in the grey narket/current ttcm Status?

Only if their opinions are facts, and those are not in support of the company. But hey, we are now in the 4th quarter so that gives good 'ol Tim Holly the ability to go late on 3 quarters worth of financials.. His record is 3 years so we got a lot of work ahead of us... almost a fourth of the year remains to bring it current.

And the main reason people stuck around -- ARknet-- we are now supposed to forget about it, it's not relevant at this time.. some Karen's really are pushing it...

I would love to sell and get out.. and I will sometime in the next 3 years when Tim Jolly, Chuck Wagon, and La Mole Hill get their act together.

I guess according to Paula--a successful business owner is not someone who has run a successful business, but successfully opens a plethora of businesses without worrying about what happens to them.
Now they are waiting to get a valuation for their secret Sauce-- this PXR or PJR or PBS or whatever it is.. It doesn't take 4 1/2 months to get a valuation by any means..
David LaMountain really screwed the pooch allowing this group to come in and take over. and pooch being the shareholders..I'm sure DLM was one of the people selling at .0017 after his March April Pump and dump.

The telegram group is scared.. they are realizing ttcm is a scam. DOUG the operator keeps deleting people who don't root for ttcm. He is going to lose a lot of money on this.. and it shows.
Believing in Chuck Woo was a mistake.. he was sent in to keep them on the hook and it worked. I feel really bad for most of them.. glad I'm not out as much as they are... that would suck to be a bagholder like Doug..

First off, i like the idea that ttcm one was, but when this leadership change started happening i had a feeling something was up... this guy Chuck Woo started trying to talk up Tim Holly, Wendell Mccain being sued for misrepresentation, david lamountain saying this was going to be good for stock holders... all raised flags.

What i don't get is why spend 50k to get 2 annual audited financials and not have the qurterlies ready to follow up especially if you are trying to pump and dump..

I do think that they will get the 10-q's out in the next couple weeks but the damage might already be done...unfortunately..

You can still buy and sell in the expert market.. but no one will buy so here we go. I guess the telegram hopium will do what it can to keep the price up.. to no avail.

I think after all of the court stuff and the business can reopen without Bernard Findlay at the helm, this has a good potential of increasing share value...but that is going to take a lot of time. If they can get pink current again, than absolutely this can run.. maybe that happens late 2021, mid 2022. A lot of ducks to line up.

I'd just like to thank all of you that got this out of no bid and allowed me to make $5k on it. Here I thought I was going to take a loss on this after holding for 2 years. I appreciate all of you.. Thank you.

To the person talking dilution.. if the CEO tried to sell any stocks into this right now during his court process would probably not look good.. and make it worse for him in the long run..

Not concerned about that right now which is why this is even looking better.

It's the infamous 10 bagger.. they are happy with that.. but with this volume we've had over the last 2 weeks.. I think it's gotta get up over .002.. and if news does finally flow.. how high can it go?

I do hope it's the court making him buy back (or his attorney telling him to do the buy back ) so he won't take it in the shorts at his hearing.

I'm sure what we saw today were a lot of bag holders sitting at .0001, .00001, .000001 for the last 2 years finally getting some money out.. I don't think this thing is over yet..

This can run for a good month or 2.

It's just supply vs demand..and right now supply isn't keeping up with demand.. no catalyst.. .. it started with billion share volume days a couple weeks ago..and hasn't looked back..

It would have been nice to get some sort of news ..but right now it's just retail investors looking at .0001 stocks and making it run..

I've had 5 million shares for over 2 years.. multiple times thinking, just sell..get the $50, take the hit on taxes...

Now I'm paying taxes and it's way more than $50 bucks.. whoever is doing this I'll just say thanks..

Once over .0025.. My stop goes on and I'll just watch from the fences.
