DRUS really survived quite a few pumps recently. Not a perfect stock, but I think it has a lot more potential than a lot of other plays right now, and holding its own in the last few days will bring in some new players. Imo

This is set up to be a great play this year.

I think it's just lack of interest the company is showing toward the stock.

That's what I'm thinking. If you translate the Chinese text, they seem very excited about the future. So now they are not only producing products they are developing the future of their industry, and have the ability to produce it too. From what I gather.
