I find it interesting if Bigger tweeted that we are days away from NWBO being a hole in one and all investors would be rich. The stock would jump a bit and of course he knows nothing more than any of us. Doesn't everyone here say the same thing, that nabob might very well fail but that thru the trials there is so much potential. What hint is he trying to give any shareholders? If you read all his tweets prior and after one can understand the context of what he writes. I see no problem there.
I , a novice, in this area is looking at it all this way:
Who will the FDA piss off more, if they approve they piss off nobody, if they don't they piss off everybody. Simple.
Under promise and over deliver is his style. Heck he is a cpa, super conservative.
Anyways how could he possibly say he expects priority review even if he personally did or if it was promised him in writing/verbally. A man in his position knows full well until it is done and sent by fda and made public it ain't a deal. So he is playing it safe, he expects standard, which I think is awesome because what if he expected to be turned down, he doesn't and that is conservatively speaking....so conservatively speaking he expects standard review. He can't lose then, and if it is priority then he scores big time....he ends up winning either way. I like his mgmt style.
So if you ask out the first girl that you are attracted to/interested in and she says "No" that will be indicative of every other future girl's response going forward?
I would say statistically that the next girl you ask out would say "Yes" since you will probably alter the way in which you ask and who you ask. And each time you will get better in asking and in choosing.
Why would we have a negative result on the second submission because our first submission wasn't great? Odds are it will get better , not worse, i.e. not stay the same. Change can be counted on not ignored.
What does smarter than thou FFS know more than anyone else here? Nothing. His ego needs to be fed, his presentations need to be heard, his point of view is just that, his own based on sheer egotistical arrogance......I disagree with him and his motivations and that is what is important to me.
Robert who, and did he take DCAVX after surgery?
I like using pure logic.
If there was no Adcom the first time would just about everyone here fear it would occur now?
In my area of expertise, since there was already one Adcom the likelihood of a second has greatly diminished. Added the lawsuit which they lost to the equation and the likelihood of a second Adcom diminishes even further, nobody likes loosing twice. Vengeance is illogical and is bad advertising.
Most here expect another Adcom simply because there was one that occurred already, but what if it didn't, what would you all expect to happen this time?
One must be totally unemotional, because that is what I think is affecting you all, your emotions are influencing you, you got burnt once so you remember it and fear getting burnt again but statistically speaking you shouldn't since you learned from your experience. The FDA learned from their experience, they made a mistake, the likelihood of them blindly repeating their mistake again is illogical. And the likelihood of a second Adcom is far lower than having one. It is akin to having a major earthquake in the exact same place twice.
Just keep repeating after me while looking at the swinging gold pendulum, There Will Be No Adcom....There Will Be No Adcom.......There Will Be No Adcom.
I joke but that is what it is like reading all your posts, just because one Adcom occurred doesn't mean a second one for the same indications will occur especially after all the testing and the better outcomes i.e. things have changed dramatically and nobody is even taking that fact into consideration.
Y'all are just cracking and getting weak kneed.
GLTA
Agreed....where I am from they call it conservative, humble and respectful and not blatantly counting one's chickens before they hatch or today no hi giving in the opponents face.
And for us shareholders like any worthwhile cpa, under promise and over deliver so you look good in the end and can be credible in the future. Thero is my type of guy, definitely not a salesman.....have I ever stated that I hate salesmen.
Are you telling me that you believe the info has been leaked and the market has found that out before us.........that sir is unfathomable. IMHO the so-called brilliant Market knows nothing and the FDA while leaks have historically occurred can't be counted on every single time, but given the fact that the regulatory process is most likely backed up due to the gov't shutdown I would think it will be at the last minute we find out anything. I also believe, not hope, that the FDA takes the high road, they might be a fu@cked up organization but that f@cked up is beyond anyone's senses/outrage.
I had Melanoma approximately 5 years ago, it was cut out surgically along with plastic surgery to cover the surgery up, the doctors told me that they thought they got it and told me that there was no spread beyond the margins. I have been checked out 2x a year for the last 5 years. Supposedly now I am cured, but we know they cannot guarantee it didn't spread or that they got it all although I believe they did. And the 5 year mark is utter nonsense typically based on statistics, which imho is another word for a good so-called educated guesstimate. Be that as it may, wouldn't it be something if surgery could be eliminated via direct along with having conventional surgery at today's incredibly advanced techniques and given DCVAX without typical protocol of chemo and radiation. That is something we all are wishing for here. And I wait impatiently until LP, LL ring the bell.
The American Medical Association is killing us, the FDA is killing us, BP is killing us. NWBO is our greatest chance to change everything. How is it possible that there are some that don't think such a game changing product wouldn't rile the usual suspects and mischief wouldn't be in their arsenal to attempt to either stop us or at minimum slow us way down, slowly choking us off.....it has been done before.
Its freshening that our game changing product is in the hands of the corrupt FDA, whilst the vultures (BP & Shorters & AAA) are flying around overhead trying to pick us off. David versus Goliath in 2019, nobody said it would be easy, but if mgmt were to be in on it and playing us that would be a catastrophe ( i hope it never goes that way) and unfortunately the truth is not easily found out. I want to believe and have been in it for a good amount of time but the wait is literally untenable. I wish all of the Longs here great fortune and to keep the faith, something has to give soon. Cancer is everywhere these days, and we will all need this break thru product to survive, that is the unfortunate state of the health of the world today and the fortunate case that we know about NWBO.
This latest tiny snafu is a nothing burger ( I like that description so I thought I would throw it in :))
We have so much more pertinent , educational, important, relevant matters to talk about, I personally couldn't give a rats arse if they wrote 118 or 11,800.....who gives a crap. Lets move on and not be prevented from having real discussions.
Amazon indirectly has other drugs in the pipeline. If our main pill will work on many indications then it is infect many pills for different things i.e. equivalent to having many drugs in the pipeline. How come you can't see that FACT. It is going to happen, and you can take that to the bank. I rather have one drug that works on may indications than 5 different drugs made for 5 different indications that may or may not be safe, effective and easy os apple and produce. Amin just derisked the whole game. We won!
Lets talk chemo brain for a moment.
Supposedly my Dad was the longest living chemo survivor on Erbitux in the USA. He was on it for over 10 years. He was given it for coloncancer. After practically every chemo treatment in the end he would be hospitalized for sepsis and then miraculously survive without he oncologist ready to put him back on the Erbitux. The end came for him not to die from his cancer metastasizing but from being withheld all food and liquids in a mental ward of a local hospital since his oncologist gave up on him due to the fact that he could no longer be given chemo since he went insane. I noticed that for a couple of years he became more and more paranoid, sometimes calling the police on me until social services began an investigation on me supposedly abusing my Dad by yelling at him. He was hard of hearing but became super paranoid and violent. I had to put him in the mental ward in the end when I received a call from our local police that my Dad had my mother had knife point in their home. They were together fro 65 years.
The doctors there did not know what to do with him, my Dad upon a liquid moment wanted to die, so I gave the ok to withhold food and drink and put him on Morphine until the end came. Two weeks letter he was gone. Later I met with his oncologist to give him crap and he told me my Dad had Chemobrain, he said the longer one was on chemo the likelihood of getting it was greater and since my Dad was on it for 10 years, his brain basically dried up and shrank........thus killing him as opposed to the spreading cancer.
I asked him why nobody ever mentioned this life threatening side effect, he said that typical nobody is on chemo for long time periods and he thought I was told about the side effects. Nobody ever brought it up, and I met with many oncologists over the years. Mutha fuchas!. I hate all Chemo and Oncologists with a passion, another reason why I am here, hoping, praying and staying long.
I think it is crystal clear what happened here.
NW thought NWBO was a phenomenal investment for his shareholders/investors, so he invested close to $200M into it. He singlehandedly raised the pps of the stock through his continual buying spree. He had not problem paying an ave of approx $7/share at that moment in time. So he must of thought real highly of our little company. He later tried to throw his weight around, and used the false PhaseV report to do it, along with sticking Ms Wolf into the ring with LP. Obviously NW thought he could walk on water and due to his investment make LP squeal. Sure it seemed like his motivation was to clean things up in house and use PhaseV report and his reversal in investing as his chess moves to take the pawn i.e. influence our little company.
Since he singlehandedly and successfully made the share price rise he knew full well he would be the one to bring it down which he did as successfully, which is why he didn't bail out when HE made the price fall, he felt he was controlling the price and I assume he thought he could pressure LP to make the changes that he felt were necessary and then go back to support the price rise again.
But he didn't figure LP had huge ovaries and was blindsided by her moves.
Notice that in the aftermath he became very docile and careful and quiet o not to ruffle LP's feathers again. IMHO he has gone form activist investor to full fledge pacifist investor. And thus he has remained invested because he is a believer in the science even though things did not work out as planned.
Tjis is my opinion on the subject matter.
With a post like this, I feel better too.
Either he is an outstanding salesman or your an outstanding customer who needs to be sold. How about some facts, some depth, some sort of intellectual conversation as opposed to a company spokesman told me what I want to hear, I feel a lot better so I bought more.......geeeesh.
Absolutely agree. He is known as an activist investor. He has an ego a mile long. He thought he could manhandle the company. He did his DD, you an bet that, how couldn't he. He is investing other people's money, in a penny stock, and was it is biggest investor other than LP. Come on.
He then got his in-house Healthcare gal to perform subterfuge thinking nobody would suspect it. He knew all about PhaseV, and possibly he knew more too.
This is all my opinion.
His apology was like everybody else's these days, apologize quickly tomato ones problems go away.
Mars,
here we go again stating your opinion as if it is fact.
Please show your proof factualy that LP's husband is currently a billionaire. And what are your sources.
TYIA
How about a new poll.
Changing Mars' name to a more definitive one, examples:

I was on one of those and it practically killed me, in addition weening off of the drug is incredibly hard to do and causes most to go back and continue taking them. Sad, but you are exactly right at pointing this out it is a huge problem and since everyone and their mother is on these antacids that is one of the many things killing us these days. I believe Nexium is the greatest selling drug of all times, I amy be confused with another though.
At this point in time (and prior) Dr Ashkan appears to be the greatest doctor we have promoting the "CURE", even greater than the Great Dr Linda Liau, wouldn't you agree. And it is too bad the word/trademark the "CURE" hasn't been taken as a product name because cancer cells in breast cancer use the 5 year rule which is utterly ridiculous but seems to be industry typical, and yet NWBO's product clearly has the ability to grant a so-called cancer free existence to many patients. I hope the good Doctor is heard loud and clear, maybe Dr Liau will up her game and shout it from the rooftops as loud as he seems to.:)
Iwasadiver,
going along your position can you explain how and why LP thru Cognate charged NWBO the amount of rent that she did for as long as she did and please explain how that affected NWBO and Cognate, remembering LP sold Cognate later for an unknown sum. How was thus the result of insidious outsiders trying to run the company into the ground and should they be blamed for the rental amount charged for as long as it was charged for?
I could use a help in understanding that agreement between Cognate & NWBO and how NWBO benefited.
TY
How many times do I have to admit and remind you that I did poor DD, that is why I am here and remain stuck here. I depended on others like Pyrr & Flip & RYK & Senti & Bio etc etc.
I guess I shouldn't have listening to you.
But once again I know squat, and own so much (for me) because I dollar cost averaged to attempt to turn a negative into a positive.'For a smart guy you aren't, or do you just like to show off and make yourself look good at others expense.....Mr Knowitall. But I know ziltch, got it.
Can someone tell me if this is our stuff, from an article today:
"For the past decade, Dr Elizabeth Jaffee of the Kimmel Cancer Center at John Hopkins has been bringing cutting edge tech to the fight. A vaccine that teaches the body's immune cells,c called T-cells to recognize and attack the center. What it can do very efficiently is deliver the protein, the pancreatic cancer proven, to the immune system and say hey T-cells, recognize me, Jaffee said"?
I just gave it a thumbs up if that means anything.
A little commonsense is sometimes best....how many people do you all know who had cancer, took chemo and did better (meaning the cancer retreated) for a number of months and then died thereafter after when the cancer came back with a vengeance.
Immunology is the future whether you like it or not, no two ways about it. It just makes sense. Rather than kill every cell just kill the bad ones through the body's enhanced immune system. Harnessing the body's own immune system is plain genius and totally logical. But given that you can well understand how BP totally dependent and all into chemo would rather not root for immunological products.
I don't understand AVII's stance on DCVAX and cannot wait for him t be wrong, same with Ex.
I thought LP was the greatest CEO alive, now not so sure.
I thought LL was the greatest surgeon alive, still think so.
I thought LG was unnecessary from day one, but since LP can't do everything I understood the need for a trusted right hand man. Is this the best she can do, I am unsure?
Has mgmt strung us along, I believe so imho.
Will mgmt bring in this product successfully or will they sacrifice us and throw it over to a new entity that they will fully control again and start over reaping all the rewards, I don't know.
All I do know is while most here are optimistically awaiting extraordinary news at any moment I am stressed beyond belief that once again whatever that has been previously promised will not come to fruition. 6 years is a long time to wait, considering every year promises seemingly were made to get me to invest each and every year, which I did.
Many here have short term memory loss or don't know the history. I myself did lousy DD and relied on others here, my bad and for that I will most likely pay the ultimate price. I will never make this kind of mistake again, until news this has to be the worst investment that I have ever made. Not proud at all at this point in time.
Can you blame me if I remain a skeptic.
This is all my lousy opinion.
I have never witnessed a CEO that played with its shareholders as much as our does.
And the choice words used each year from "secret sauce" to "stay tuned" to Ginormous" makes me sick. I feel that I am being played like a fiddle. All I hear are lies and more lies, and that style of mgmt is what seems to be getting us to the supposed movable goal line and nothing else. Form over content, as simple as that.
This is all my lousy opinion.
Finally Hopeful comes clean and speaks the truth and not the usual rah rah rah!
Thank you for finally telling it like it is.
Mgmt is obviously full of themselves imho and few here can see that fact, although it is only a option at this moment.
I rather have a mgmt team that is hungry and humble and absolutely works for the shareholders. But then with this company that is obviously too much to ask.
I hate hearing that the buying is coming from us only. Reminds me of the movie Dumb & Dumber. I would like to learn of fresh meat buying instead. Do you blame me?
The fact that the product is getting better is music to my ears. Now if we can expect the same of mgmt on behalf of shareholders I will be overjoyed.
I am happy to read that fact, although I believe that they should have been number uno.
Any predictions form tomorrow or Monday? They got to come in if repeated weekly, wouldn't you agree?
Edited to add...ooops....you already made your 900th prediction earlier today for Monday. That's my boy.
Hope you are right............this time.
When have you ever made a correct prediction? Please tell me.
Thanks
Can you prove it?
I want it but just because I want it doesn't mean it will happen.
I want it more than you, after 6 years and 700k shares, and all the loyalty in the world , after never selling a share, I deserve it.
SO embarrassing, every time the pos goes up a couple of cents the celebrations begin. LP has the board right where she wants them. We are a bunch of fools that is for sure.
Do I wish every day for a miracle, that our savior LP takes us to the promised land, of course, but has she yet.....its been 6 freakin years!
Imagine lending money to your own company, to yourself in essence, one that you completely control 100%, because that is the way you run it. At wonderful terms where you control if and when you get paid back.
And imagine how this loaning of money appears to shareholders, would shareholders think as you do i.e. that the owner believe's in the company since it appears that the power is putting their own money into it. And as the owner you an make sure you get salaries and other perks too. And what if you made a substantially larger amount than $5M from a sale of an asset recently to enable you to come up with the $5M i.e. i was a drop in the bucket.
Tis is just conjecture and opinion but what if it is correct?
"Bidwells had recently let the main warehouse building of 275,000 sq ft on the estate for £1.1 million a year which also formed part of the sale. NWBio was able to retain 17 acres of the site which has significant residential possibilities in the short/medium term."
Note the last sentence quoted from the article many here are posting. NWBO did not write the article, yet the author was able to get into the thick of things and find out that the 17 acres has tremendous future vale.
If you were expecting ganormous news would u cloak and dagger it by using the word "update"?
Seems disingenuous to call it only an update. I just can't believe mgmt would be playing games as ASCO.
I thought mgmt revered ASCO.
BIOB,
I would like to personally thank you for adding in red your corrections to that heavily flawed article. Nt many members do what you or would do it as well and as necessary as you do. You provide critical info, correct public articles and strive to make things right, a big job but you handle it just fine.I wish the company did half what you do for the company, it borders ridiculous that they don't contact you and have you work for them or at minimum help them.
Again thank you, you are the 9th wonder of the internet.
Time to back up the truck.
Agreed, how can it be less......only a complete fool would sell it on the cheap, mgmt are no fools. This is so huge that most can't grasp the reality of it.
