there is a "Subscription Receivable" on the balance sheet for 8.2 million. related to the purchase date of Nov 30th 2023 of 2.5 million series A preferred stock for 2.5 million us dollars and 50 million shares of common stock for 5.5 million us dollars .. all have been issued to Gope Kundnani as of Nov 2023 .. there was previous amount of 200,000 from earlier report .
None of these shares have been paid for , hence the receivable position on the balance sheet .
Could reflect the purchase of 100% of Alchemy markets Ltd from Mr Kundnani, more clarity will come in Feb filing
and yes .. a receivable can be listed as an asset.
Kundnani is a related party " director" with control of more that 51% of common shares
