No worries. True, they did have $1.1MM in revenue. But if you can't even make a gross profit, why bother? I can see if you have a net loss because of SG&A expenses.

It's funny how once the 8-K was filed that said Ding Dong had to bail ABQQ out (again), all of the chatter stopped. Looks like the flippers moved on already..

First of all, what do you mean by "made 1.4m within the past 6 months?" Is that revenue? Net income? I'm looking at the last 10-Q filed and don't see that anywhere.

So, let's talk about the last 10-Q filed. For the nine months ended May 31, revenue was $1.1MM in 2023 and $2MM in 2022. That's almost half. Gross loss was $1.5MM in 2023 and $238K in 2022. A huge increase. Net loss was $2.9MM in 2023 and $1.8MM in 2022. Another huge increase. The bottom line is that ABQQ has no idea what they are doing. Unless of course, losing money is their objective.

Then there's the 1.174 BILLION shares outstanding. And the OS is only going up. Way up. Issuing shares is about the only thing ABQQ has been able to do successfully.

The reason they keep selling shares is because their operations can't make money. Having a net loss is one thing, having gross losses is another. Now it looks like they can't even sell shares. Why else would Ding Dong have to put $1.5MM into it? He doesn't care about the dilution, ABQQ still has 8.5 BILLION shares they can issue.

It's one man band over there, and it shows.

For those new to ABQQ, let me tell you some things about them.

They are as wishy washy as they come. The whole RS bit? They've stated not once, but twice now that they were going to do a RS and then said they weren't. There's no way in hell they get out of trips or the pinks without one.

Ding Dong has absolutely no integrity. None. How can you tell? A lot of turnover in multiple areas. Like auditors. There have been several over the last few years. And, let's not forget CFOs. They are on their fourth in like 2+ years. To top it off, 2 of them have been close family members (lil sis and sonny boy). When close family doesn't want anything to do with you, that says everything.

ABQQ isn't going anywhere price wise. Sure, there may be a few bumps along the way where you can make some money flipping it, but that is about it.

You need an approval from FINRA to effect a reverse split and you don’t just wake up and do an R/S.

If you have filed and 8K..stating otherwise, FINRA isn’t grant the approval magically so I don’t get what your concern is.

Dilution is a killer of lots of these plays but rather than try to time when dilution is done, i am in already and will worry less about This

The reason why this is in the trips is because they keep selling shares and the current buying market can't keep up with the current dilution.
