Any reason why IIROC is implementing trading halts on this stock? Do they think that stock value is to high? Has Reddit begun to pump this stock??
I think this story about TSNP that ran in Yahoo Finance explains the lower price the past few days. The author is beating down the stock based on its previous construction business entity and is being over critical of the new business venture into fintech.

I am not trying to spread any lies regarding what I posted earlier. This information comes directly from their website and was confirmed by them after speaking with them on phone earlier today when I was trying to buy a bag of the new coffee. By the way I too am also a shareholder.
Went to company website that is selling coffee. Unfortunately, it needs to be purchased through a licensed provider here in California regardless CBD's legal standing in the state. But they are hopeful to get shipments up and running again to the golden state in the near future.
I'VE FOUND THE MINE LOCATION!!!
I think believe that I was able to pin this down. Wolfe County is located South East of Lexington. The map currently shows all of the mines (coal) in the county. Pink squares are unknown status mines and grey squares are inactive mines. The map in Google Earth shows lots of forest area and farmland with the exception of one inactive mine that is furthest east which I marked with a blue circle. At least the ground has already been opened up and ready to be mined up. The others mines on the map are not. Seem like a pretty decent size.
This looks like their best bet, unless they plan on starting from scratch somewhere else in the county. But after looking at the map there isn't anywhere else they can go because most of the area to the west in the county in loaded with oil and gas wells which I also included as separate map image.
Hope this helps!
How do yo go from building IOT and apps for Hololens, to trucking, and now coal production? Seriously!?, What does LLoyd know about coal production? Probably not a damn thing.
How did these two come together? Did they bump into one another while playing hide the salami in the shower at 24hr Fitness?
The one question that really get me is what's in it for Beufort Mining Inc.? Why partner with a company that has no experience in the coal industry and is carrying debt?
What assets can LLoyd pull together to "fund" this next venture? Where were these assets when the Hololens thing was slipping away and shattering all of our financial dreams?
And for God's Sake, will someone please fix the damn landing page for COWI's message board. It's still showing all of the IOT and Hololens type stuff which makes it that much more depressing when I come to this site. Damn...that would have been so nice if the Hololens thing played out. Bummer. :(
Just read good article out of Colorado about a farmer who planted 7,000 acres of hemp but was forced by regulators to destroy it because the THC levels of his crop exceeded 0.3 percent of the set levels by the state. I'm sure that each state also set levels of there own.
So while Bill touts the progress of the giant processing plant he has created, there is a good chance that it will be sitting idle for a bit until hemp farmers can feel confident enough that the seeds that they bought will guarantee a crop at or below the THC level threshold dictated by their state.

Would taking this deal be a loss for the company overall? Do you think that $12 million is a low ball offer considering the 33 aircraft pre-orders and the $10 million that was secured for company expansion? What are the pros and cons of such a deal at the amount offered?
This stock would totally go through the roof if the CEO would change his first name from Joseph to Jason and then announce that they just received a large order from a well known company based out of Virginia. I mean could you just picture in your mind for a moment what the stock would do if that were the case. But hey, I'll bet you that little plane could easily can some light weight ordnance on that thing without a doubt.
"Joseph, if you're reading this change your name to Jason. You're already half way there".
Go PMEA ! $$$
No wonder YA Global Investments wants that money back so badly, they seem to have some of there own (legal) problems of there own. Seems they owe Uncle Sam a whole lot more than COWI owes them. Ouch!
On May 15, 2015, plaintiffs(1) filed this professional malpractice and negligence action against defendants, alleging that, as a result of their reliance on defendants' tax and accounting advice, the Internal Revenue Service determined plaintiffs owed taxes and penalties in excess of $100,000,000....

The excitement never ceases to amaze me on this message board. Go $COWI for what it's worth; even if it's worth nothing at all. HA!
True! I will give you that. This stock has collected more dust bunnies than what's accumulated behind my refrigerator. I want that feeling you get when you're going through some of your old stuff and you find some large bills in an old coat pocket, behind the couch, the dryer, etc. We all want that feeling, just hundreds of thousand$ and million$ of times better!!
Go $COWI !!!!!
I'm starting to believe that LS really stands for Low and Slow or Long and Suffering.
Hopefully there are are words to go along with the pictures. We've already seen the key photo on their twitter page, we already know that they are involved in HoloLens; we just want that 'verbal' confirmation of how involved are they.
I was watching Kelly Evans on CNBC's 'Closing Bell' last Friday and she was testing out HTC's Vive VR headset. While the images look immersive (like being in an IMAX theater), the headset was extremely bulky and the 2 hand controllers look like giant cup holders with handles. You could tell by her questions when she asked the rep if the device she was wearing was a 1st or 2nd prototype (assuming that maybe the device will be less bulky in the future). Surprisingly the rep told her that it was there 4th Gen model (really?)and that will be selling for $799 later this year. Also, this device still needs to be hooked up to a computer to operate.
For all of us who have seen what the HoloLens can do and the plethora of applications that it could be applied to, it is safe to say that there is no 'real' direct competitive threats this device has. Let's be honest, MS has this thing in the bag!
Anyways, I saw this in my TD Ameritrade (TDA) watch list at the end of Thursday's close and the ask was still the same on Friday end of day. Is this a typo error from (TDA) or are they gearing up what's to come down the pipeline??? While I don't have the huge number of shares as some of you pro traders nor all of the platform bells and whistles, I really enjoy reading all of your posts (good and bad) and have learned a lot when it comes to finding these diamonds in the rough. Thank you everyone!!
GO $COWI and keep going!!!!
