Just read good article out of Colorado about a farmer who planted 7,000 acres of hemp but was forced by regulators to destroy it because the THC levels of his crop exceeded 0.3 percent of the set levels by the state. I'm sure that each state also set levels of there own.

So while Bill touts the progress of the giant processing plant he has created, there is a good chance that it will be sitting idle for a bit until hemp farmers can feel confident enough that the seeds that they bought will guarantee a crop at or below the THC level threshold dictated by their state.
