Will we get an update and next corse of action about lawsuit from Leo/management this week?

How about this as a proposal, Sullivan offers a deal of no sanctions to Zangammi(I think that was the "shareholders" name) in return Zangammi tells the truth about his involvement with Rosen. At this point I am not worried about the money but I would like to see Kim if not Rosen disbarred. My opinion from a 3 yr shareholder/wall flower on this site.

Any word on the lawsuit? I would have thought we should have had some pre trail or dismissal talk by now?

Why has Leo not talked about finding and sueing the responsible parties for the hatchet blog. i may be wrong but I would think he would not have to follow SEC rules when talking about sueing for slander/liablous statements? I for one would be pursuing this aggressively if I felt they purposely did this to lower stock price and I would be updating shareholders every inch of the way. Am I missing something?

I have been following board for last couple of weeks and have a question I don't think has been asked that Ive seen, does B have any comparable competition and is that competition ahead of B in development? If that product exists does anyone know it's name or the company developing it? And finally how is B stacking up? Would love to hear from you, thanks.

Gov, I'm with the ctix family have been long and accumulating for about 1.5 yrs on p and k but I am leary about b and its acquisition. The term was stalking horse but that too raises issues. I just feel like there is a missing piece. Hope I'm wrong and this takes off I would not stare that gift horse in the mouth.

If polymedix was an outperformer and B was a game changing drug how does polmedix go bankrupt? Ok say bad management then why what seems to be only one suitor in buying the 9 pipeline compounds?

I have what may be a dumb question but I'll ask anyway. If I remember correctly 'B' was picked up in the purchase of a failing company, why if it has so much potential why did that company let it go for next to nothing?
