The ratio is 5 shares for 1. I am by no means qualified to actually know but I just don’t see how this could be good with potential dire economical times ahead. Someone please make arguments for and against this reverse split. Thanks.

I still have my enlarged gonads intact after navigating 20 years of treacherous waters with PPHM/CDMO after two reverse splits finally up to a double bagger. I was just too stubborn to jump ship. It’ll be the same I recon with IBIO.

It’s next to impossible to get Ivermectin. Doctors won’t prescribe it. Frontline Docs are overworked, can’t get them to call back or even reply to a text.

Endo Not sure about the Lonzo. A poster called Allendale around 2002 I’m guessing around the time TCLN turned into PPHM convinced my brother and I that PPHM was going to be a great company. He was right. (Smart guy). I should have sold like everyone else when it spiked before it crashed. After two reverse splits my cost basis is $13.70 so happy that at least I’m in the black. Luckily I bought more shares at .25 and .40 after the first split otherwise my break even would be between $40 and $50. It’s been a long haul. Things are definitely looking up.

I agree! My gumshoeing efforts weren't very good. I went back the second time to tell her she was being talked about on a public stock message board and that she should let CSM know so to clear her name etc...and to see what else I might be able to surmise. If I make a 3rd trip I will post again. She told me she didn't know anything about it. I admit I was a bit uncomfortable showing up at a stangers door just as she was coming home from work. She told me she was working at Microsoft doing what she didn't say but they must have seen something in her to hire her. Again my point was that we all are innocent until proven guilty besides the fact that she could have been my little sister. If she's guilty I would have to disclaim her as my sibling. I waited this long to give my thoughts as I was hoping we would have heard something by now on the CSM matter either proving her guilty or innocent and since we haven't wanted to portray a more human side of her to any potential lynchers. Go PPHM!

I have been investing in PPHM for many years and reading most posts, especially recently about the CSM tragedy. I actually bid and recieved work from CSM in 2005 when they remodeled there prior building before moving to another location for the company I work for. I know Fargo (where I live) isn't a huge city so I took it upon myself to look JB up about a month ago. The first address I went to was in low income apts subsidized by the city. The second address (where she lives now)is where I briefly visited with her. Coincidentally she lives in a house rented from a co-workers father who owns several rental properties. Her 12 or so year old son answered the door and said his mom should be home any time from work so I waited in the car outside and when she pulled in a couple min later I asked her what she could tell me about pphm, the law suit and what happened. She told me that she hadn't worked at CMS for going on 2 years and really couldn't tell me anything about it. I asked her if she had a friend I could talk with from CSM and she said she hadn't talked to any of her co-workers since she left. She seems pleasant, had a nice smile and didn't seem to be under any stress about anything. Feeling a bit uncomfortable and not having all my ducks in a row to ask her more pointed questions I left and then stopped back by a week later. Her mother was watching her son and said she was out of town. I guess what I am trying to say is that she could be anyones daughter, sister, mother etc... and people trying to portray her as anything else is just not right. I think whether or not she does know something it should be left up to the investigation and no one should be painting a picture of her being anything else but a single mother working to make ends meet. Time will tell. I think it was Volgoat who said they had a contact in Fargo. If you could somehow get me their contact info it would be fun to visit with them. I have told probably a dozen people over the years about PPHM and know that at least four or five of them have invested as well. FWIW LONG AND STRONG PPHM! Hopefully sooner than later as 10 years or so is a long time, Alandale times I believe.

Thanks for the pics. I noticed the size of the well pumps are quite a bit smaller than the ones we have in western North Dakota around Dickenson and Williston. Also Wyoming. I would imagine the capacity would be smaller also. Can't wait for news to increase share price. Long and strong!
