That'll never work long term as there are so many people out to bend the spirit of the deal to make themselves rich over that its unlikely to matter. They could just start shell production in many other countries that they were looking to do a year plus ago (as they may have already started)... so, for example, Veit Nam (example again like if it was one of those Asian ones an article was writing about) develops an eagleford like find, they are not in any curb production deal and all it would do is dump on the developed countries oil markets.
The deal needs to include shunning oil from new sources until oil is above 80 (and I am sill pissed that Canadian oil sands needed $85/bbl to profit so why are they wanting a oil pipeline and still dumping on US markets?) Insane lies or insane business practices... probably just Pickens et al trying to lessen their loss because they all believe this low price is all temporary as oil is redistributing supply shipments... I guess... sigh!
Any real companies or just scams (AKA out to con stock investors into supplying capital for their idea which they never obviously intend to succeed in if buying a noncurrent shell)... Shall we take it something is up? okay I will unless otherwise happens...
Ah, maybe its because its so cheaper getting a shell noncurrent than the other. Why wouldn't they just startup clear with their own company does the SEC take too long or OTC markets or what? Don't need to answer if you don't want to as obviously if I really wanted to know I could research it.
What ever happened to the Mexican suit claiming bribery to win appeal on the bigger billion dollars mark down by the appeals court on BP winning... they tried reinstating it because of bribery claims...?
Maybe the Trump del. could spill the imported oil on the abstaining ballots to make them not count? Go Trump!
Great ideas fighting back against the importers trying to keep the glut in our markets to ruin our economy.
HAHAHA... Your 'Uneducated dummies' thinking oil spill could make an abstain vote invalid (ERRRR just like abstaining...)
Why don't they do what Frito-Lay and other chip companies do to their bags and pricing for a barrel of oil? lol (ERRR... make the barrel smaller to keep the price the same...)
I've been hearing on radio shows that China is buying up farms throughout the world (and in the USA too) along with other countries (Russia, India)...
Are they about to make a play on food supply too? (as we already know China and Russia want to spread other currencies into the oil barrel pricing.
Anyway, wake up call for everyone in the world waiting for the Anti-Christ nonsense story (esp. when the super apostles already wrote that it was among them already) about waiting for a one world currency... the US Dollar been that for some time now. (Gold and silver is widely hoarded, people afraid of sea waves, rumors of war, people saying 'that's been said for a long time and has never occurred' on end of days). The better question of this off subject related to dollar world currency topic is are the growing pangs ending soon (or in other words, the end upon us?) In that case what good would a closet safe full of gold/silver do us... but at least if its still growing pangs then we have something to spend... but I don't see waiting to look for a replacement world currency as the BS from American evangelist when its already here for sometime.
More like what are their financials ... how are they getting capital if they are down trodden by oil drilling decline (since Sept. 15: 2 billion authorized shares, 1.9999 billion outstanding, for example?).

When I got a phone last week, I asked for a Blackberry at BestBuy they told me I could go to the AT&T store or wait as they were about to get BlackBerry's there (soon)....
You probably need to move them to a brokerage firm like Morgan Stanley that can sell them on the Paris exchange http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/overview?symbol=ALUA.PA .... says 3.24 Eur

New York, NY
EVENT PROFILE
For over 20 years, IPAA's Oil and Gas Investment Symposia (OGIS) in New York has served as an annual energy investors' conference that attracts over 2,400 investors, industry, and financial representatives featuring up to 100 of IPAA's public member companies, ranging from $9 million to $230 billion in assets.
Hear company executives provide their corporate presentations in a neutral environment and answer your questions in small group breakout discussions, as well as have a chance to speak one-on-one with CEOs and company representatives through arranged private meetings. OGIS New York also offers the ideal venue to network with other industry leaders at the IPAA-hosted luncheons and evening receptions.
I heard on CNBC a couple of weeks ago from one of their oil chats that some companies were returning to old fashion wells (vertical) to keep costs down. (and I assume to lock in leases...)
Still any analysis on oil pricing not including Aramco's objective of going public is incomplete (they'll have problems in higher education turning that paper in...)
This proves by his analysis my expressions of Saudi wants to ruin (warring) the USA (only positive out of them was going public and some evidently approval of Libya air strike after Obama visit... sure wish I knew what they have been demanding in meetings since Russia/Ukraine this secret stuff is all BS is a free society...:
{....OPEC leader Saudi Arabia has already achieved its objective of curbing supply growth from rivals, and its diplomatic efforts with fellow producers may be aimed at averting a price surge in coming years as production falls short of demand, according to the newsletter. Most OPEC members will meet with Russia on April 17 in Doha to complete an accord on capping oil production, an initiative that has helped revive prices.
“It is possible that the Saudis are now less worried about short-term downside risk than medium-term large upside risk,” Andurand wrote. The kingdom, which “does not want crude oil prices to spike,” has realized that the slump in later-dated futures prices “has created a significant supply gap in the years to come.”
http://www.worldoil.com/news/2016/3/30/oil-trader-who-predicted-slump-sees-bull-run-starting}
Oh and plus... there is still not much oil left in the world of Saudi (20-75 years)... why else would they be willing to go public? All the hidden/suppressed new energies waiting for their light?
I found gold in the rockies twice, in crystal by state park NE of Santa Fe, just put it back down and showed to some biker needing help with flat (had to give him a ride home)... and on Indian land in granite looking rock but it wasn't strong (pinkish, natural flat finish hard appearance, so like a kid I just picked it up and forced down hard it broke open revealing gold in it (shine at any angle whereas fools gold shines from one angle) and could crumble in hand after I found out how easy it was to break (long story but after I showed to tribal member the next day all those kind of rocks that I could see were gone their were a few around (creek bed) North of Santa Fe.

You made out well here if you did in time... gratz...
I guess its a lost cause... they are increasing their output... What? ...
I guess it is like we've made poor returns in the low 30/bbl now its close to 40 so lets increase production to gain more capital? Nuts! But imagine every tom/dick&harry outfit doing the same thing for the same reason even more as the price rises.... GLUT, GLUT, GLUT

Dollar value and oil are not tied what-so-ever. Way back in the first moves to the $50's for oil after Iraq Freedom (91 war) they tried to explain the value as to inflation. Nobody can say the value of the dollar is better today than back then of their $50 story. Don't fall for their lies. Oil would not be below $50 if that was the case.
Let's look at Saudi 30million barrels per day right now on Aramco articles on them going public (IPO) with 290billion reserves that means totally gone in 73 years from now, nothing left.... PERIOD...
260 billion / 30million = 8666 days / 365 days = 23 year... oh my 23 not 73 must've had bad vision yesterday
http://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/What-Can-We-Expect-From-A-Saudi-Aramco-IPO.html
I don't know where I got 30 from then maybe as * 3 for 10 million a day would be 73 yrs... doesn't matter 23 yrs 73 yrs it's a lifetime left or much less
I can also say these people are now setup to lose everything big time if for instance... (what it could be) - Saudi's buy big in other markets before the US markets bring price up (I noticed this on its way down to below 30 again) then someone shorts/sells driving down the price. So they noticed before (whomever they are). So this time they are ready they tried fast raising to 39 and did then US markets brought it back to 31 all in within 24 hrs after hitting 39. So then we creep up back to 39 then hold at 37 with all kind of oh rip faces off if it were to continue up (meaning shorters). Now tow days in a row with 42 morning then US markets drive back down (obviously loony sellers betting the farm, aye?).... So now they are setup to lose everything, Saudi could curb production and ruin whomever these shorters turds are... forever gone from the market.
It's clear, two days in a row up to 42/bbl in early(night) morning USA time and US markets open and crash back below $40 on oil again (now twice in a row) that its American funds, billionaires, groups, et cetera that are out to ruin oil companies (or at least trades for US are more anonymous than other world markets if not American originated (or foreign companies trading in USA keeping clear of finding out its ISIL for example... but more likely China... who knows, but some BS from somewhere).
After posting that I started thinking how one might try stealing gold without being caught which immediately went to Fort Knox and the guards.
Whether bringing the acids in and attaching something to a drain pipe to pour out the dissolved gold into the drain connected to their collection system ... to... taking a bar a day from their thermos (acid in lots lighter than on the way out). Man, wouldn't that be hilarious if the guards stole all the missing gold... lol
I am thinking a lot of it has to do with Aramco going public, favors and proving they control the pricing (now as I wrote, maybe why Russia withdrew, a deal-deal... like Kelly's Heroes movie line).
"Aqua Regia produces a lot of dangerous fumes and is a highly complex process. It was most famously used to hide the nobel peace prizes of German Physicists Max von Laue and James Franck from the Nazis. Once the war was over, the dissolved gold was recasted in the metals and presented back to Laue and Franck."

A gold dealer in Albuquerque told me after asking that yes the US Government can still seize gold here and that they would not seize Gold Eagles (the current gold coin) since a tax is built in...
I also remember a radio show where a guest on there claims they suspect that the last big run-up in gold that the US dumped gold on the market to keep the price down (the mid 100's to 1200 for example). But then they make it sound like a hunt for info for what's in Fort Knox instead of just reporting facts.
Of course it just hypothetical on 3% for Munich Re.
And on, "Due to the very small size of the above ground refined, investment grade gold bullion market, the development of even a small amount of institutional buying should help put a floor under prices and indeed could propel gold prices higher", if its that high, I was wondering who was backing those small smelting of gold to cash on the spot by those gold mines (for example, the one Parker in Gold Rush TV show took to get money to pay bills for at beginning of maybe last season).
So paying a premium around them to get the new gold might be worth a lot more than they are figuring as you know its not loaded with fillings since you melted it but where does one find the honest employee to handle 1300/oz gold at a premium to miners to keep from having false gold bars (gold bars with Titanium fillers for example)? The higher gold goes the more cheaters appear, I would imagine. Then that brings in the lack of pure gold coins from US Government, why don't they want a gold coin out there that can be malleable... Canadian coins pure gold seem to last well...
"Gold - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold - Cached
Gold is the most malleable of all metals; a single gram can be beaten into a sheet of 1 square meter, or an ounce into 300 square feet. Gold leaf can be beaten .."
Speaking of which it would be best to have gold foil in installation (like along paper backing) for radiation protection... lol, that would be funny as who could trust them too... But seems like with all the survivalist that appeared for Mayan Calendar ending Dec. 12, 2012 ... one could gimmick (market) that too them until US comes and rips their installation out to seize their gold... lol
And now we know why (hour old news) from same link
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 17, 2016) - Lake Shore Gold Corp. (LSG.TO)(NYSE MKT:LSG) ("Lake Shore Gold" or the "Company") today announced that ISS Proxy Advisory Services ("ISS") and Glass, Lewis & Co. ("Glass Lewis"), two leading independent proxy advisory firms, have recommended that the Company's shareholders vote FOR the Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement") through which Tahoe Resources Inc. ("Tahoe Resources" or "Tahoe") will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company (the "Transaction). In their assessment of the Transaction, both ISS and Glass Lewis identified the reasonable strategic rationale for the business combination, implied premium and expected enhancement to trading liquidity and overall capital markets profile of the combined company as factors supporting a FOR recommendation.
Under the terms of the Arrangement, all of the Lake Shore Gold issued and outstanding common shares will be exchanged on the basis of 0.1467 of a Tahoe common share per Lake Shore Gold common share....
That was an interesting piece of work on China
I looked into gold some last night after reading the cork's implied great rise of gold and stopped to watch Jerry Lewis movies on TCM (Turner Classic Movies cable TV channel).
http://www.gold.org/supply-and-demand/gold-demand-trends
Seems that need demand is 33t of gold from Central Banks, but I immediately thought that, that could be just for the new reserve requirements brought about in EU (and maybe even the world group). So I was ready to just figure a soon as they hit their reserves they demand vanishes (maybe already occurred for the next thought this morning after seeing this post about gold just now...).
So now perhaps more demand when gold went lower (what is it every quarter, half-year or year those reserve requirements?) that maybe they will (or just now as writing this, did just) refresh gold amounts to meet reserve requirements. This could have led or did lead to false demand.
But seeing that technology demand is down 6t (perhaps gold wire connectors for video/audio replaced with wireless abilities)... For whatever reason...
Investment +25t is a big negative to future price gains as a good portion could dump when prices soften. So the demand rise is a risky venture into gold price rise, (and a sign of the end of times - gold hording).
http://www.gold.org/supply-and-demand/gold-demand-trends
http://www.gold.org/download/file/4815/GDT_Q4_2015.pdf
"Gold demand in the fourth quarter increased 4% year-on-year to a 10-quarter high of 1,117.7t. Full year demand was virtually unchanged, down just a fraction (-14t) to 4,212t. Weakness in the first half of the year was cancelled out by strength in the second half. Fourth quarter growth was driven by central banks (+33t) and investment (+25t), offset by a marginal contraction in jewellery (-6t) and continued declines in technology (-6t). Supply remained constrained: annual mine production increased by the slowest rate since 2008 (+1%) and recycling dropped to multi-year lows. Total supply declined 4% to 4,258t – the lowest since 2009."
When is this second company spinoff going to occur in the second half of the year and the date of record and amount of shares per shares of $AA going to be?
Sounds good to be in in time for that. I remember when Coors spunoff and nothing happened price wise until the spin off date and Coors still traded around 19/share but I had 1 for 3 of the new company trading not too much later in the 30's... lol
"Goldman Sachs Group Inc lowered its crude oil price forecasts for this year and next year on Friday, saying prices need to remain low enough to ensure supply is reduced over time.
"We caution that a premature recovery in oil prices could curtail an oil supply correction, and prove self-defeating", the influential investment bank said in an equity research note to clients on Friday.
The bank said it expects Brent prices to average $39 a barrel in 2016 and $60 a barrel in 2017, down from its previous forecasts of $45 and $62 a barrel respectively.
Goldman also trimmed its 2016 West Texas Intermediate (WTI) price forecast by $7 to $38 a barrel, and its 2017 price forecast by $2 to $58 a barrel.
Predicting a slower recovery into next year and sharper oil production declines in 2016, the bank said it does not foresee production hitting previous peaks until mid-2018."

Goldman Sachs cuts crude oil price forecasts for 2016 and next year
By Reuters | Mar 12, 2016, 01.03 AM ISTPost a Comment
Well, all that did was verify what Goldman Sachs said almost a year ago

which links http://www.smarteranalyst.com/2015/05/19/goldman-sachs-warns-against-long-term-oil-investments-linn-energy-llc-line-murphy-oil-corporation-mur-chevron-corporation-cvx/
Which says, "Goldman Sachs continued, “Despite the perception of improving fundamentals,” the oil market is “still well oversupplied through 2016.” The firm believes that global oil demand will be filled through U.S. shale, which is “continuing to benefit from efficiency and productivity improvements.”"
Hope Goldman Sachs agrees to much higher oil prices soon (today is fine).

Interesting pdf on Shale... A smaller company likes Eagleford and says it makes money on under $40/bbl (claims 15+/boe cost) and has 80k acres... another shale story not in the pdf
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=70488201
"....Carrizo is testing multiple initiatives aimed at significantly increasing its Lower Eagle Ford drilling inventory on its existing acreage position. The Company continues to see encouraging results from its remaining 330 ft. downspacing tests, and currently has production online from three pads testing even tighter spacing through various stagger-stack configurations within the Lower Eagle Ford. The stagger-stack pads are currently testing effective lateral spacing ranging from 165 ft. to 280 ft. which, if successful, could increase Carrizo's drilling inventory by 200 to more than 800 net locations relative to a single layer development plan at 330 ft. spacing. The pads have been online for periods ranging from three to four months, and to date, the Company has not seen any data that would indicate a stagger-stack development is not feasible. However, more production history is needed to determine optimal spacing. Carrizo plans to provide an update on the results of these initiatives later this year.
During 2015, Carrizo also began production from its initial Upper Eagle Ford test. The well has been on production for 115 days, and had a 30-day peak rate of 395 Boe/d (93% oil). While the well experienced a lower initial production rate relative to the Company's Lower Eagle Ford wells, it has also exhibited a shallower decline. Importantly, the Upper Eagle Ford formation does appear to be acting independently of the Lower Eagle Ford, adding another layer of potential to the Company's development options in the region. Carrizo currently estimates that the Upper Eagle Ford could add approximately 50 net locations to its inventory count. While the Company does not currently expect to allocate much near-term capital to the Upper Eagle Ford, Carrizo currently believes it is able to hold all of its Upper Eagle Ford rights with wells drilled in the Lower Eagle Ford.
The Company continues to improve its drilling efficiency in the Eagle Ford, with recent leading edge spud-to-total-depth drilling times now becoming more the norm as it has further optimized its drilling program using the two newbuild rigs it received in 2015. As a result, the Company drilled approximately 2.8 long-lateral wells per rig per month in the fourth quarter, up from approximately 2.4 in the prior quarter.
Carrizo’s position in the Eagle Ford remains in excess of 84,000 net acres. As the Company believes that the Eagle Ford is one of the lowest break-even cost plays in the U.S., Carrizo continues to look for opportunities to add to its acreage position in the current environment...."
I take no desire to find out myself as they used a lie to lead into their attempt for e-mail with $50 won't last ... went back right now and this time is $45 won't last...

"This Could Be The End For Big Oil
By MONEY MORNING STAFF REPORTS
A stunning breakthrough in chemical engineering has unleashed a massive supply of fuel…
Enough fuel, in fact, to power the entire globe for over 36,000 years.
This fuel is so revolutionary, it’s poised to decimate Big Oil’s obscene profits, make OPEC obsolete, and hand the United States 100% energy independence.
In fact, the U.S. Department of Defense just invested $7 billion in a single day…
Apple, Google, and Facebook are spending billions racing to implement this technology.
And billionaires like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett are going all in.
The International Energy Agency predicts $48 trillion could soon flow into this sector, making it the #1 source of energy on the planet.
The incredible thing is, it all starts with a tiny grain of sand…"

Oh wow, thanks for the correction... Sqauwk box hiding quest stuff again or just lagging but awoke to flip on to CNBC and some guy was making a case for $80 oil this year again (heard 3 times now since last Fall but can only find the first one on a Google. He was trying to point out the lack of oil and how new fields were needed and that we were not getting them at $110 per barrel... was trying to soak in info but ignored his name figuring I could see it later online... I guess they are hiding any oil positives. Goldman must be short again.

And that's from Midland/Odessa to Nebraska (Ogallala) including all Texas panhandle... like since corn went up years ago they were planing corn in this semiarid climate where dryland wheat and cotton used to be norm but now they water everything from Aquifer especially in these cheap diesel fuel times even though corn is way down due to over production in China and their worldwide farms (I think they are at economic war with us)....
and recent news Google:
http://www.pntonline.com/2016/03/10/hospital-denied-funding/
"The Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority received $122,000 in reauthorization funds to be used for the interim groundwater project pipeline to run from the water treatment plant in between Frio and Running Water Draw south to Clovis, Portales and Cannon Air Force Base, according to ENMWUA Executive Director Justin Howalt, who said the water authority was originally to receive $172,000 for the project."
Are they still getting the visits (more actually since I've seen plenty of TV ads) to their site?
I have no idea how companies make money in a honest way from click ads (dishonest is paid clickers or bots acting so)... I've never remembered a single ad from Facebook (they must get cuts off games sells maybe?) and Twitter I don't use either. Google gets an ad click every once in a while because ad matched search and was on top of regular results so just as easy to click it off a laptop than swish the finger down (and worse with sidebar).
I looked at Angies List long ago (12 yrs?) for builder/roofer something but wanted login info... so bye-bye its been. Either way if they make money they make money and this year they were scheduled to start making profits but I saw an ad from another company a few weeks ago, but they are not aggressive yet or that channel was a rare visit. I've never seen Home Advisors nor probably never will, but nice to hear the info, thanks.
(Yes, still no smart phone too and bogus username on facebook, its really none of their business what I do....)
Looks like it was lowered... http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/vnr div. payment date 15-mar.
Thanks for the info starter. You may want to check the links with '...' as about 4 of 7'ish have invalid link like the ... has been copied instead of hiding/compressing real link.
i.e. http://www.appliedmaterials.com/search/site/Oncoscope finds article but page link 'not found'
Not a current filer to the SEC is why... Is the most current news 3 weeks old? Or where else are y'all finding news on SCIE?

PRESS RELEASE
SAN DIEGO, CA–(Marketwired – February 23, 2016) – SpectraScience, Inc. (OTCQB: SCIE), a medical device company utilizing light technologies to detect and diagnose cancers, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Oncoscope, Inc. of Durham, North Carolina. Oncoscope developed a proprietary optical imaging system to provide immediate, minimally-invasive detection of pre-cancerous epithelial tissues using scattered white light. Their first target indication was for Barrett’s Esophagus, a precursor for cancer of the esophagus.
“The Oncoscope technology is the perfect complement to ours. SpectraScience’s Laser Induced Fluorescence Spectroscopy (LIFS) measures concentration of specific biomarkers in epithelial tissues. The strength of Oncoscope’s technology is its focus on enlarged cell nuclei, an early marker of pre-cancers and cancers. Both technologies arrive at the same conclusion by measuring different indicators. Having two complementary technologies allows us to address multiple types of cancers including both esophageal and colon cancers,” said Michael Oliver, President and Chief Executive Officer of SpectraScience. He went on to say, “Oncoscope’s focus on a diagnostic for Barrett’s Esophagus will shorten the development time for a commercial product to address this indication. With a solution for diagnosis of cancer in the upper GI as well as the lower GI, we will be able to more efficiently utilize our manufacturing capabilities and leverage the sales channel to Gastroenterologists.”...."
