Any real companies or just scams (AKA out to con stock investors into supplying capital for their idea which they never obviously intend to succeed in if buying a noncurrent shell)... Shall we take it something is up? okay I will unless otherwise happens...

Ah, maybe its because its so cheaper getting a shell noncurrent than the other. Why wouldn't they just startup clear with their own company does the SEC take too long or OTC markets or what? Don't need to answer if you don't want to as obviously if I really wanted to know I could research it.
