Ogallala Aquifer Wells drying up in Clovis NM, they could use that there...
http://www.fresnobee.com/news/local/news-columns-blogs/earth-log/article19642677.html "“Given the furious agricultural and city groundwater pumping going on all around me, how long might that new well last?” he asked. “I'm not a gambler, especially with the kind of money a new well costs.”"
($30k to drill new deeper well)

And that's from Midland/Odessa to Nebraska (Ogallala) including all Texas panhandle... like since corn went up years ago they were planing corn in this semiarid climate where dryland wheat and cotton used to be norm but now they water everything from Aquifer especially in these cheap diesel fuel times even though corn is way down due to over production in China and their worldwide farms (I think they are at economic war with us)....

and recent news Google:
http://www.pntonline.com/2016/03/10/hospital-denied-funding/
"The Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority received $122,000 in reauthorization funds to be used for the interim groundwater project pipeline to run from the water treatment plant in between Frio and Running Water Draw south to Clovis, Portales and Cannon Air Force Base, according to ENMWUA Executive Director Justin Howalt, who said the water authority was originally to receive $172,000 for the project."

Owning shares or partnership units is not an endorsement of management to break the Sabbaths or to do any other unGodliness. I do not share in their sin or guilt and they mislead others on their own accord. I have no major stakes to influence any company.
