Is WLGC still in business or is the company history?
I received an email from an individual that is very knowledgeable about WLGC. He told me that the statement that Frank made in departing does not indicate that a no prosecute agreement was made between the new management and Frank. I have no reason to not believe what he told me and although I have not had a lot of contact with this individual over the years that I have owned WLGC stock since 2004 I do have respect for him and I hold him in high regard based upon what other people have told me about him. Sincerely, Senior Chief
ollybeak: Thank you for the kind words. I'm still fighting Agent Orange caused medical conditions and as a result of my annual physical I have been referred to a lung cancer doctor that will be running test on me every 6 months because of his concern that the many nodules in my lungs will turn cancerous. Still attending to skin cancer problems but seeing that doctor every 6 months also. I did read on this board where a member intended to file a formal complaint with the SEC regarding fraud by Frank but I have not seen if the person followed through with his statement. I guess any agreement with Frank could include a commitment/agreement that no formal complaint will be filed with the SEC if Frank agreed to immediately step down in which case I ask how would the SEC know to start a formal investigation. Since I posted here and by private email my concern that a no prosecute agreement was made with Frank and the status of Frank's WLGC shares some individuals have stopped communicating with me or so it seems unless they could be on vacation. I have asked myself if me asking these two questions have hit a nerve with some individual(s)? I still believe that the shareholders will be keeping a close eye on new management for any hint of any instant replay of Frank's BS. Sincerely, Senior Chief
bsdelectro: I will have to reserve my comments about Mr. Dowding because I don't know the man and I have not seen any decisions that he has made regarding WLGC. But I do contend that Frank was so bad that the shareholders are going to have a very watchful eye on this new management for any sign of an instant replay of Frank's actions. The data that I highlighted in todays PR does lead a reasonable individual to conclude that an agreement was made not to prosecute Frank so I fully expect the new management to address this issue in a very transparent manner and do so soon! I believe that it is safe for me to say if such an agreement was made that decision will not set well with the shareholders and will not be a good start by new management to convince the shareholders that there is going to be a positive change including the management have a goal of looking out for the shareholders. Also high on my list is what happened to the shares that Frank held? Sincerely, Tuck
In addition to it looks like new management has made an agreement to not prosecuting Frank, I would like to know what happened to the shares that Frank owned which if my memory serves me correctly was around 6 million shares. If there was an agreement to not prosecute Frank I fully expect to hear a big Dog and Pony show from the new management to the extent of;
1. Well it was the quickest way to get Frank out.
2. You should just be happy that Frank is gone.
3. If not talked about soon, I expect to hear words on how good it is going to be for the new management to "Reverse Split" the shares to get the shares outstanding down to a more reasonable level.
I fully expect that new management will be watched very closely so any slight of hand will result in appropriate shareholder comments.
I may be totally wrong with what I have said in this post, time will tell!
By this press release it looks to me like there was an agreement not to prosecute Frank which in my opinion is a bunch of crap!

bsdelectro: Yep I sure can't disagree with your post. One item that I just can't remember now but the specifics of, is the I think $500,000.00 that WLGC got from I think Microsoft for infringement for a specified period of time and what happened to that $500K? I think I remember some of it going to buy out/pay off a Mr. Silverman ( the man that may have replaced Frank as President/CEO but I can't for sure remember his name ) and if my guess is correct because I don't know for a fact, the remainder of the $500k went into Frank's pocket. So a reasonable person would ask; Did the board of directors authorize Frank to put the remainder in his pocket if that is what happened? For sure if the money went into the company there should have been funds there for attorney fees to go after Swiftkey for their infringement prior to the Microsoft deal that I believe did not protect them for the infringement prior to the date of the Microsoft buy out of Swiftkey. I must admit that over these many years I got so disgusted with WLGC/Frank that I stopped being a well informed investor in WLGC because the news was always bad news which is why I may have some of my statements incorrect. In any case I can see where the investors that I read here that are more informed than I am do have possible justification for an SEC investigation. Good luck my fellow WLGC investors. Sincerely, Senior Chief.
seafever: I received the same email from Mark, approved him using my email data with other shareholders like he asked and then I received his replay addressed to all shareholders that have authorized that their email information be shared.
I will tell ya this much about Bob Tucker in case there is any doubt in anyone's mind, Bob Tucker will always tell the truth and those WLGC shareholders that have known me since 1990 could attest that this statement is the truth.
Y'all have a great evening.
ben711210: Too bad you didn't start such action sooner like when Frank made the deal with Microsoft and got what $500,000.00 of which what some went to pay off Silverman or whatever his name was and the rest went where in Frank's pocket or so the rumor mill has it.
seafever: I sold the majority of my WLGC shares in 2007/2008 when the share price was in the high three dollar/low four dollar amount and use the capital gains put purchase our retirement home in South Carolina. I have provided Mark with the email that he requested and I reported eleven thousand ( 11,000 ) shares currently held by myself and my wife. Mark sent me an email this morning asking my permission if he could share what I reported with other shareholders and I replied with yes that he could. Hopefully all of my posts today answering questions will put y'alls concerns to rest. Since I am a nobody other than a WLGC shareholder I suggest that you ask Mark your questions since you have his email address. Additionally since I seldom post here I think I remember that not being a paid member that I'm limited to a certain number of post in a 24 hour period and I may be close to whatever that number is. So if you want to contact me more feel free to locate my facebook page or contact Mark directly.
FOR MARK if you are an IHub member and/or TO THE POWERS THAT BE: See I initially told ya right off during the first telephone conversation about the forthcoming many initial questions from the shareholders. Do ya believe me now???
ben711210: Geeeezzzz I sure don't understand all of this conspiracy thinking!!!! I am Robert Tucker RMCS USN (Ret.) and I've been a WLGC stockholder since 2004. I live in South Carolina and I have a Facebook page. So if you want to investigate me, go ahead and knock yourself out.
ben711210: When the discussions on shareholders voting Frank out started recently and when I was first contacted Frank had no idea that such discussions were even taking place and heck maybe Frank does not even know today. I used the term "Powers to Be" because I am no way shape or form involved in what a "new" WLGC will look like and today I am nothing more than a shareholder like you are and I will be nothing more than a shareholder in the future. So I am not part of the powers to be that will be intimately involved in submitting for an "Emergency Proxy Vote" or a proxy vote as part of WLGC annual meeting. I still foresee a huge future issue of how does this happen if WLGC does not have the financial resources to get the proxy materials to the shareholders. I was initially asked by the powers that be to make a post here on IHub so the powers that be can ascertain how much interest the shareholder had in doing this vote. The first thing that I cautioned them was that the members here are a very small fraction of the total number of shareholders and he said; I understand but please make the post anyway so we can see amount of interest so I said okay I will do that for you and obviously I did as I said that I would. I am 72 years old, fully retired, and all ate up by Agent Orange caused medical problems including cancer, 4 Carcinoma cancer surgeries and currently being tested for lung cancer because I was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam so not only am I not interested in any position with WLGC I'm not interested in working for any company. Sincerely, Senior Chief
ben711210: My post prior to reading this post form you answers most of your questions. I can add that based on communications that I have received from individuals that I have known since 1990 I 100 percent believe that Frank is not involved at all in reorganizing WLGC to a new WLGC ( new WLGC is my wording ) and I believe that when Frank finds out what is occurring if he has not already found out that Frank will be plenty angry! When I was recently asked for my opinions about the shareholders voting Frank out I raised what I consider to be some valid concerns about how do the powers that be make this happen. One question was ( but I had several questions ) how is the Proxy Vote materials going to be prepared, duplicated, and distributed to all of the shareholders? If part of an annual meeting how is this going to happen if WLGC does not have the funds to prepare duplicate, distribute the materials, and pay an accounting firm to tabulate the shareholders votes? I also advised the powers to be that they had better get this right the first time and be able to answer the shareholders questions because there will be no second chance...do it right the first time or you will lose all creditability with the shareholders. Sincerely, Senior Chief
ben711210: I am not sure what the correct answer is but I agree with you that with a wordlogic email address he must still be connected with the company in some capacity. Since I have held WLGC stock since 2004 I have never verbally talked with Mark and I have only exchanged email dialogue with him one time. Obviously I do not know Mark but I will say from what I have heard by people that know him a lot better than I do I have no problem with Mark and I have no reason to disrespect him. I would have no trouble putting my faith in him as a individual that has a position of authority in a new WLGC if a new WLGC does happen in the future. Sincerely, Senior Chief
WLGC Management. I forgot to add to please inform anyone else that you know that has WLGC Shares to send the email ASAP.
Important, it is happening. I have been asked to post this information. If you are serious about voting your WLGC shares to replace Frank as President/CEO and also replace the current Board; the powers to be request that you send an email to mdostie@wordlogic.com and provide your name, your email address, the number of WLGC shares that you own. Please do this ASAP because things are starting to move faster that I thought they would. Sincerely, Senior Chief
ben711210: I can't tell you how many times Frank has told me on the phone that he expects WLGC to be bought out for $10.00 per share. I am surprised some shareholder with the wherewithal didn't report Frank to the SEC for several decisions that Frank apparently made unilaterally. Oh well hopefully the powers to be can get the proxy vote materials out to the shareholders and be successful in installing a new President/CEO. Sincerely, Tuck
ben711210: I have heard but not confirmed and I have no assurance that this is true; Swiftkey was not protected from legal action for patent infringement prior to the date of the Microsoft takeover but it was a matter of WLGC did not have the funds to pay for attorney fees to pursue getting monetary compensation for past infringement. I stress I have absolutely no confirmation that this is true or untrue but in my personal opinion this seems logical to me. Sincerely, Senior Chief
pragmaticjoe: The process for an "Emergency Proxy Vote" or a "Proxy Vote" in the pre-annual meeting materials is currently being investigated by individuals that are a lot more powerful than I am and I was just one of the long term ( year 2004 ) continuous shareholders that an individual contacted to get my thoughts on the shareholders removing Frank and what my thoughts were for a shareholder voted in replacement President/CEO. The individuals are currently planning/investigating how to proceed so no required step is overlooked and when they are ready I believe that they will be able to answer all shareholder questions pertaining to how the Proxy Vote materials will get to the shareholders and what action(s) will take place if there is a successful vote to install a new President/CEO. I have asked some questions to those individuals and as a result of three telephone conversations I have a high confidence level that the individuals are in fact taking this seriously to research and develop a Flow Chart to ensure nothing gets missed or done incorrectly. Sincerely, Senior Chief
I don't post that often. After I read seafever posts I checked and none of my posts have been deleted. Sincerely, Senior Chief
If I may very respectfully jump in here albeit I was not addressed on this post. If there is a Proxy Vote to replace Frank all shareholders will receive their ballot to vote and if your shares are held in "Street Name" by a Brokerage firm the firm will be required to get the ballot to you for voting. There are some individuals working on making this happen so for full disclosure it is not just me posting something. At this snapshot in time it is so early in the investigative process that I'm unable to predict what the odds are to get either an Emergency Proxy Vote materials or Annual Meeting Proxy Vote materials in the hands of the shareholders. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Research. I just brainstorming here. There are 91 followers here and if all 91 are stockholders I would be interested in knowing how many of the 91 would be in favor of a "Proxy Vote" of the shareholders to remove Frank as President/CEO and elect a new President/CEO? The name(s) of the prospective President/CEO to be identified in the proxy vote considering that there may be more than one name submitted for shareholder consideration. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Proxy Vote to replace Frank. I have started some wheels in motion to see about getting a shareholder item to replace Frank on the next Annual Meeting to be provided to all shareholders to vote on. Frank's 9 million shares are not a factor with 134 million shares issued so the stockholders have plenty of shares to vote to elect Mr. Mark Dosie as President/CEO. I will let this board know how the wheels that I have put in motion progress. Sincerely, Senior Chief ( a WLGC Shareholder since 2004)
Mark Dosie WLGC President/CEO.... Enough of Frank, I submit for the stockholders consideration that prior to the next annual meeting that we get a Shareholder Proxy item for the shareholders to vote on to have Mr. Mark Dosie as the company President/CEO and Frank as an adviser. Frank has messed up so many things lets give Mr. Dosie a shot at running the company.
Comments/Opinions/other Proxy item for shareholders to vote on????
Sincerely, Senior Chief
So Microsoft screws Frank and also Frank screws himself by his past license agreement with Microsoft. I've been in this stock since 2004 but thankfully in 2007 or 2008 don't remember exactly now it has been so long that I sold a significant portion of my holdings in the $3.00 and change range, but never been totally out of this stock. Thankfully overall I made a few bucks on this stock but the potential for what all of us could have made was a lot more if it were not for Frank. I'm personally aware of a broker at a Tier 1 Brokerage Firm that time and time again gave Frank good advice and Frank never listened because Frank knew it all....so Frank how is that massive amount of know-it-all knowledge working out for you now with a 3 cent stock? I know of some real nice men that I'm proud to call my friend that really got hurt owning this stock which is a shame. Sincerely, Senior Chief
I've been a WLGC stockholder since 2004 and I've been in the markets since November 1966. I've been involved in about 5 litigation against a public company and after the first 2 I don't even bother joining any class actions because at best you get a few cent on the dollar for your losses and the attorneys gets most of the settlement amount. I had high hopes for WLGC and when they were in the high $3.90 to low $4. something per share.
What a frustrating disaster VTCQ pps and the pps of M---!
Because of my poor health and my wife's poor health I have not followed any of my stocks, including MCIG, for months now. Stopped by this forum today and was shocked to see how low MCIG is and also VTCQ. Very discouraging! Started investing in marijuana stocks a little over a year ago as inheritance for the heirs of my estate and I'm disappointed that I did! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Scottrade is showing all of the trades but still no Bid/Ask being quoted so to trade with Scottrade you have to call in your order over the phone.
The trouble with Scottrade not being able to trade shares on-line and having to use the phone and call in your buy/sell order is because there is no Bid/Ask quotes being published. Does anyone have any idea ""Guess"" when a Bid/Ask will be quoted by a brokerage firm? Once a Bid/Ask is being quoted then Scottrade clients will be able to trade on-line. For full disclosure I will not be selling any of my MCIG or VTCQ shares anytime soon, I've been in MCIG for so long now no way will I be selling my shares. Hope that y'all have a good day and a very profitable 2015. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Scottrade showing active trading with 89,386 shares traded
Yahoo showing 500 shares traded at $0.01 a few minutes ago. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=VTCQ
Hi lesgetrich: I also expected such a drop after the X-Div date but I was hoping not since I'm in so deep with 255,000 shares of MCIG. I have the funds to purchase more MCIG but because I'm in so deep already plus my 3 cancer doctors tell me that although I beat the cancer for the second time they fully expect that I'm not done fighting it due to being exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam. And they said the chances are good for "The Deadly Melanoma Cancer" next time vs. the Carcinoma cancer that I've fought and beat twice. Does anyone have an educated guess when we will see the VCIG Share in our accounts, I trade with Scottrade? I've been pretty much away from watching the market and my stocks since September 2014 so I'm not fully up on what has been going on. I hope that y'all had a great Thanksgiving and I wish all of my fellow MCIG investors an enjoyable and safe Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our Savior Jesus. I hope for a very profitable 2015 for my fellow MCIG investors. Most sincerely, Senior Chief
One thing that I don't understand and maybe Tounces has the answer. I have owned this stock since 2004 and I have only received a proxy in the mail to vote one time. I've been in the market since November 1966 and all of the stock that I have own I've always voted my shares at least once per year at the annual meeting. What am I missing that I don't get something to vote at WLGC's annual meeting? Thanks in advance for your time. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Silvertip: Thank you. Final cancer reconstruction surgery is Dec. 15th which will make my second time beating the cancer and hopefully the last time I need to fight this even though the cancer doctor tells me it is likely that I will have cancer attack me again. Y'all have an enjoyable and safe Thanksgiving. Sincerely, Senior Chief
DrContango: Thank you. If WLGC pps would go up that would be a very pleasant surprise for me. Have not been on here much due to the never ending cancer and cancer reconstruction surgeries with the next procedure November 13th and then the final reconstruction procedure on December 15th. Agent Orange from Vietnam has been attacking this old body in earnest since June 2005 and just keeps getting worse. I have thought that it just may be best if my Savior Jesus would just call me home and I have absolutely no fear of that day. I'm pretty much confined to bed/recliner at home now. I have mixed emotions on Veterans day recently because I'm now just a shell of the proud physically fit warrior that I was in Vietnam. You take care my friend and thanks bunches for thinking about me! Sincerely, Senior Chief
rugman54: Thanks, Two more surgeries November 13 and December 15th and I just may have beat this cancer for the second time. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Not good!!!

mrgreenjeans: I will have to check the news about MCIG/ Cannabis CBD play. I haven't been around much either but I'm real close to beating the cancer for the second time. Oh geeeezzzz my friend I'm so sorry to hear ya had to sell your MCIG Shares. Hopefully there is a bright side that you can now buy back in a lot cheaper and realize a Super Large Capital Gain along with getting a nice Capital Loss write off for when you had to sell! You take care my friend and you have my private email address so email me if ya need to talk, I will always be there for ya! Sincerely, Tuck
I would if I could but it is illegal in the state that I live in and no way will I break the law by using marijuana for my pain.
