ben711210: I have heard but not confirmed and I have no assurance that this is true; Swiftkey was not protected from legal action for patent infringement prior to the date of the Microsoft takeover but it was a matter of WLGC did not have the funds to pay for attorney fees to pursue getting monetary compensation for past infringement. I stress I have absolutely no confirmation that this is true or untrue but in my personal opinion this seems logical to me. Sincerely, Senior Chief
