bsdelectro: I will have to reserve my comments about Mr. Dowding because I don't know the man and I have not seen any decisions that he has made regarding WLGC. But I do contend that Frank was so bad that the shareholders are going to have a very watchful eye on this new management for any sign of an instant replay of Frank's actions. The data that I highlighted in todays PR does lead a reasonable individual to conclude that an agreement was made not to prosecute Frank so I fully expect the new management to address this issue in a very transparent manner and do so soon! I believe that it is safe for me to say if such an agreement was made that decision will not set well with the shareholders and will not be a good start by new management to convince the shareholders that there is going to be a positive change including the management have a goal of looking out for the shareholders. Also high on my list is what happened to the shares that Frank held? Sincerely, Tuck
