Proxy Vote to replace Frank. I have started some wheels in motion to see about getting a shareholder item to replace Frank on the next Annual Meeting to be provided to all shareholders to vote on. Frank's 9 million shares are not a factor with 134 million shares issued so the stockholders have plenty of shares to vote to elect Mr. Mark Dosie as President/CEO.
