What is going on with Ambient. I have been invested in this Company for years. I have seen the ups & downs but nothing like what is going on now. after the reverse split I went from 50,000 shares to 500 worth about 11.00 per share. I have watched it go down to about 6.50 per share. Volume each day not over 3,000. Most days trading under 1,000 shares per day. I believe in the Company but the manipulation of the stock since the split is unbelieveable. Question....Could the insider buying be causing this dip...............Dan .

Company Achieves Record Revenue of Approximately $16.0 Million
Newton, Mass., July 20, 2011 - Ambient Corporation (OTCBB: ABTG), a leading provider of integrated networking and communications solutions that allow utilities to enable smart grid applications and enhanced communication platforms, announced today preliminary revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011 of approximately $16.0 million, representing a 250% increase over the comparable quarter in 2010 and a 33% increase over the first quarter of 2011.
John J. Joyce, President and CEO of Ambient Corporation, commented, "We are excited to see the first large-scale deployment of Ambient Smart Grid communications technologies and equipment continue to expand and perform as designed to the mutual benefit of Ambient and Duke Energy. We have now delivered approximately 60,000 communications nodes through the second quarter as part of the Ohio Smart Grid implementation."
Continued Mr. Joyce, "As of June 30, 2011, we have over $60 million of orders in backlog that we expect to be fulfilled through the remainder of 2011 and into fiscal 2012. Based upon our strong performance year-to-date and our expected delivery schedule for the remainder of 2011, we expect total revenue to be approximately $50 to $55 million for fiscal year 2011, up from $20.4 million for 2010."
In addition to announcing preliminary second quarter record revenue, the Company announced that the previously approved reverse stock split was effected on July 18, 2011, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on a 1-for-100 basis. More information on the reverse stock split is available in the Company's information statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2011.
All data are preliminary and subject to revision based upon the Company's completion of its ordinary closing procedures. These preliminary results should not be viewed as a substitute for full interim financial statements prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

I can not trade until I get the new shares. It has gone from around .07 to about .27 Some one is buying, why can't I..........Dan
Food for thought...........one financial company holds 83% of the OS. They could boost the price with a few thousand shares and then sell off more shares than they spent on the boost. Thus getting funds that will eventually give them free shares. Then they could lend more free money to Ambient from which they will get more shares.....Dan

Even though the Aeroscraft dwarfs the largest commercial airliners, it requires less net space on the ground than any plane because it doesn't need a runway. The airship takes off and lands like a helicopter, straight up and down.
This is not a Blimp. It's a sort of flying Queen Mary 2 that could change the way you think about air travel. It's the Aeroscraft, and when it's completed, it will ferry pampered passengers across continents and oceans as they stroll leisurely about the one-acre cabin or relax in their staterooms.
Unlike its dirigible ancestors, the Aeroscraft is not lighter than air. It's 14 million cubic feet of helium hoist only two-thirds of the craft's weight. The rigid and surprisingly aerodynamic body, driven by huge rear-ward propellers, generates enough additional lift to keep the behemoth and its 400-ton payload aloft while cruising.
During takeoff and landing, six turbo-fan jet engines push the ship up or ease its descent. This two-football-fields-long airship is the brainchild of Igor Pasternak, whose privately funded California firm, Worldwide Aeros Corporation, is in the early stages of developing a prototype and expects to have one completed by 2010.
Pasternak says several cruise ship companies have expressed interest in the project, and for good reason - the craft would have a range of several thousand miles, and, with an estimated top speed of 174 mph, could traverse the continental United States in about 18 hours.
During the flight, passengers would view national landmarks just 8,000 feet below, or, if they weren't captivated by the view, the cavernous interior would easily accommodate such amenities as luxury staterooms, restaurants - - even a casino.
To minimize noise, the aft-mounted propellers will be electric, powered by a renewable source such as hydrogen fuel cells. A sophisticated buoyancy - management system will serve the same purpose as trim on an airplane, allowing for precise adjustments in flight dynamics to compensate for outside conditions and passenger movement.
The automated system will draw outside air into compartments throughout the ship and compress it to manage onboard weight.
(On a pressurized plane, windows like these would explode outward. The Aeroscraft would not fly high enough to need pressurization )
The company envisions a cargo-carrying version that could deliver a store's worth of merchandise from a centralized distribution center straight to a Wal-Mart parking lot, or, because the helium-filled craft will float, a year's worth of supplies to an offshore oil rig.
'You can land on the snow, you can land on the water, 'Pasternak says. 'It's a new vision of what can be done in the air.'

Third quarter revenues primarily resulted from the continuing success and delivery of products and services related to an April 2008 contract to supply one of the largest electric power companies in the United States with proprietary smart grid communications equipment.
Ambient enthusiastically continues to support utilities that share the vision of achieving the long-term goals of a twenty-first century distribution grid, that enables energy efficiencies as well as intelligent consumer choices such as real-time pricing and demand response.
"Our third quarter financial results continue to demonstrate our ability to deliver on our commitments to those utilities committed to addressing the energy crisis and the concerns of the environment," stated John J. Joyce, President and CEO. "We continue to execute according to our operational plan and anticipate a successful completion of our current initiatives. Our quarterly revenues show our ability to address the wide array of specific applications and integration needs facing utilities looking to modernize their infrastructure. Ambient consistently develops technology offerings and features focused on a single fully integrated, two-way communications platform for all utility needs, and we believe our focus and success will drive positive revenue growth for Ambient."
Operations Highlights - Third Quarter:
Revenues - Total revenues for the nine and three-months ended September 30, 2008 were $4,450,099 and $3,639,234 respectively. Revenues for the corresponding periods in 2007 were $1,969,514 and $33,330 respectively. Revenues for the 2008 period were attributable to the sale of equipment and software, related network design, and installation services relating to our most recent purchase order. Revenues for the 2007 period were attributable to the sale of equipment, software, related network design, and installation services that we provided in connection with a purchase order that we received in September 2006.
Cost of Goods Sold and Gross Profit - Cost of goods sold for the nine and three-months ended September 30, 2008, were $3,781,648 and $2,833,148, respectively, compared to $1,493,110 and $80,881 during the corresponding periods in 2007. During the nine and three-months ended September 30, 2008, cost of goods sold included an inventory reserve of $314,810 and $27,989 for excess, obsolete, and surplus inventory resulting from the transition from first to second generation technology. For the nine-months ended September 30, 2008, we had a gross profit of $668,451 compared to a gross profit of $476,404 for the corresponding nine-month period in 2007 and for the three-months ended September 30, 2008 we had a gross profit of $806,086 compared to a gross loss of $47,551 for the corresponding three-month period in 2007. The increase in gross profit for the three-months ended September 30, 2008, was attributable to the accelerated efforts to introduce and commercialize our Ambient Smart Grid™ communications platform, while we began fulfilling our most recent purchase order. Management believes that the Company will fulfill the purchase order by the end of November 2008.
A more detailed description of Ambient's business, our results of operations and financial statements are contained in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed on November 14, 2008. Ambient has sustained losses since its inception and expects to incur additional losses for the immediate future requiring the need to raise additional funds.

Circa Pictures Enters Into a Production Partnership Agreement With Allison Legacy RacingLast update: 9/4/2008 7:30:00 AMLOS ANGELES, Sept 04, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Circa Pictures and Production Co., Intl., Inc. (Pink Sheets: CPPD) announced today they entered into an exclusive Reality Television production partnership agreement with Allison Legacy Racing (). According to Constantine Papadopoulos, Circa's CEO: "We are very excited to be joining forces with Allison Legacy Racing in the creation of a new television show that will introduce viewers to this unique concept. The Allison Family is true royalty in the world of Stock Car Racing and Kenny, Ronald and Donald Allison have continued this family tradition in the creation of the Legacy Racing circuit and the Legacy car." According to Frank Hagan, Circa's VP of Television: "Three years ago, I was on a production shoot in Hickory, NC and saw the Allison Legacy car in action. It's a real race car, a Nextel Cup style racer designed and built by a family of pure racers. When I learned the average age of the drivers was 15 years of age, I immediately knew I wanted to turn Legacy Racing into a reality show. Now, with Circa and the Allison's, its going to happen. The program will be called Allison Legacy Racing: Real Cars, Real Kids, Real Racing. This Circa Pictures project will also be represented and marketed to potential venues by one of the top Alternative Television, Talent and Literary Agencies in Los Angeles." Quoting Kenny Allison: "With Circa, we will create a program that isn't just about race cars, it will be a show where viewers will get to meet the real future stars of racing, the talented young people who sit behind the wheels of the Legacy Cars. Legacy drivers get to learn hands on what it means to be a driver in the tradition of Sprint Cup racing and former Legacy drivers are now young professionals on such top NASCAR teams as DEI, Joe Gibbs Racing, Rousch-Fenway, Petty Enterprises and Team Red Bull Racing." Papadopoulos continued: "Our bringing this weekly, hour-long television show will expose young people and all race fans to this highly organized circuit and into the lives of the young men and women who drive the Legacy race car." More on Kenny Allison and Legacy Racing The Allison Brothers, Bobby and Donnie, are famed NASCAR racing legends. Donnie's son Kenny Allison along with his twin brothers Ronald and Donald Allison have continued this family tradition. Together, they created and own Allison Brothers Race Cars and the Allison Legacy Racing Series. Legacy Racing is a circuit of coast to coast races in three existing divisions. Legacy Racing maintains the rules and national technical inspections are strictly enforced to limit any alterations to the basic car so skill and talent will be the only advantage a Legacy Racer can have on the track. The car itself is a three-quarter sized replica of a Sprint Cup car and is powered by a four cylinder MAZDA B-2200 truck engine that produces 125 horsepower. Races occur on oval tracks and the cars can hit a top speed of 120 MPH. This has become NASCAR'S "Triple A team" of tomorrows racing superstars. National Instruments Advances Medical Device Design with Technology and TrainingLast update: 5/28/2008 10:00:05 AMNew Workshops and Grant Program to Help Developers Simplify Medical Device Design with NI Technology AUSTIN, Texas, May 28, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- National Instruments (NATI) today announced three initiatives to help support safe and efficient medical device development. Beginning in June, National Instruments is offering a series of free workshops that demonstrate how to develop a medical device using NI technology as well as provide instruction on how to secure validation for the device from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The company also is co-hosting a two-day workshop in August to give physicians, scientists and engineers a forum to network and share ideas on addressing some of the challenges and solutions for device research, development and commercialization. Additionally, National Instruments has started a grant program that will provide software, support and training to start-up companies developing medical devices. NI hardware and software currently are used in a variety of medical devices including the Audeo from Ambient Corporation, a noninvasive device that acquires and interprets neurological signals to perform various actions such as speaking and moving; the PASCAL photocoagulator from OptiMedica, which reduces various retinal disease treatments from one hour to five minutes; and the Visica2 Treatment System from Sanarus Medical, a minimally invasive tumor treatment device that greatly reduces patient pain and discomfort. Each of these products was designed, prototyped and deployed using the NI LabVIEW graphical system design platform, which helped the medical device manufacturers quickly create reliable and cost-effective medical devices and shorten their time to market. This technology also makes it possible for developers to measure and understand physiological data and treat some of the world's most serious illnesses and disabilities by designing devices with improved efficiency to decrease costs and increase long-term health. "National Instruments technology played a critical role in the quick design, prototype and deployment of the Visica2 Treatment System," said Jeff Stevens, principal systems engineer at Sanarus. "In addition to meeting a demanding release schedule, the NI graphical system design platform helped us develop a safe, reliable, high-quality medical device that is extremely effective in destroying common tumors with little discomfort to our patients." To help other medical device companies simplify development, National Instruments is hosting Medical Device Development - From Concept to Approval, a free, one-day workshop that will show attendees how they can use NI hardware and software in their development of more efficient and cost-effective medical devices. Offered in three U.S. locations, the workshop focuses teaching attendees ways to develop a simple medical device and features topics such as system requirements, prototyping, test development, deployment and FDA validation. In collaboration with Carilion Biomedical Institute, National Instruments also is co-hosting an industry workshop that brings together physicians, scientists and engineers who are focused on developing innovative, effective and safe medical devices. The Medical Device Workshop, scheduled for Aug. 5-6 during NIWeek 2008, the company's annual graphical system design conference and exhibition, examines the landscape of the medical device market and offers a unique networking opportunity for physicians, researchers and engineers. Additionally, National Instruments will provide hands-on training on how to use NI technology to simplify all phases of medical device development from research to device deployment. The workshop kicks off with a keynote from G. Terry Sharrer, Ph.D., executive director of the Medical Innovation and Transformation Institute of the Inova Health System and former curator of health sciences at the Smithsonian Institute. Additionally, because many of the innovative advances in medical technology over the past 20 years have been developed by small, entrepreneurial medical technology companies, National Instruments has created a grant program that will award up to $25,000 USD in software, support and training to up to 40 start-up medical device companies that are evaluating NI hardware as a component of their devices. The goal of the new grant program is to help start-up companies reduce the cost and complexity of development by providing them with technology such as the LabVIEW graphical programming environment. National Instruments is accepting applications for the grant program until Sept. 30. Readers can visit to learn more about these medical device initiatives, apply for the grant program, read case studies and download webcasts. CirTran then decided earlier this year to make various changes to the program, and plans to do media testing on the newly-revamped infomercial over the next four months. "I have traveled and fought all over the world, and those fans who saw me live and on television will have an opportunity to see and buy this great new grill," he said. "It is important to connect with a product like you connect with a punch, and I am behind The Real Deal Grill all the way. Shad Stastney, a partner with Vicis Capital, LLC, the investment manager for Vicis Capital Master Fund, commented, "This investment into Ambient by Vicis reiterates our long-term commitment in Ambient and belief in the resiliency of both the management and technology teams at Ambient, as well as the future for Ambient Smart Grid(TM). Our overall long-term interest in Ambient and smart grid technology is the potential it has to dramatically improve the efficiency with which utilities serve their customers and reduce their environmental footprint. We are excited to see this shared vision progress with their recent contract with one of the largest utility companies in the U.S." "The 'utility of the future' vision is one we believe in, and believe other utilities are moving towards as well. All of these factors combined, along with Ambient's recent advancements with their technology, add up to why we have committed additional capital into Ambient," continued Mr. Stastney. "At our annual meeting of stockholders last year, we set forth goals and objectives we wanted to meet: grow revenue, enhance our technology and protect our intellectual property, stabilize our capital structure and foster the creation of industry standards. The continued support of Vicis allows us to strive to consistently meet these goals," stated John J. Joyce, President and CEO of Ambient. "The structure of the latest tranche affords Ambient the necessary flexibility and working capital to execute and deliver on the purchase order announced earlier this month." Additional information relating to the terms of the investment will be included in Ambient's Current Report on Form 8-K, which Ambient will be filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
