I believe it was 1.2 bil in common stock that was granted to be cancelled.

The share cancellation court date was 7/5. Keep that in mind also when looking at share count.

An after hours PR or filing that shares were canceled would be a nice end to the week!

The interest will only come when stock is current IMO. People are watching this seriously but only want to play ball when they see the facts on paper and not heresay. I’ve got a nice position here now and have been in this since January. The wait has been kind of long but knowing what’s coming, I don’t mind waiting a little longer for an obvious 10 bagger. Watching people scramble to buy when news breaks will be comical when the potential has been laid out for months now.

Agreed. Also with everything going on behind the scenes he may have enough revenue from the JV’s to get current if the real estate deal does take longer than expected. Either way I feel this stock is a win win in the coming months.

That email sounds harsh but the fact the Mr. Yin is in full control and running the operations. Kistler has nothing to do with the company. That email is a great update after reading it over a few times. This merger is very close IMO.

I don’t have a huge position here like some and I’m in at low 4’s but I’m still cautiously optimistic as the DD here shows big potential upside. The volume doesn’t scream Pump and dump and there really has been no fluff news or PR stating a pump. Just going current and Change to BOD which is just business as usual. As I stated yesterday, volume will continue to be low until something substantial is released. Good or Bad

This is just a silly theory and will will obviously know soon enough seeing as that financials are due, but what about the possibility of them being late to file with the merger being close to completion? SS hasn’t changed at all as it is updated daily. Only $$ being spent is on filings.

These 911 trades being thrown around doesn’t really help with anything either. Every day for the last month practically takes the whole news imminent myth and really blows it out of proportion lol

And I mean we are looking at a total of $20k ish traded a day. Even if we get down into the trips you will not be able to buy millions of shares because they are all locked up. The only big volume we are gonna see here in the future is IF either the merger is completed or the merger fails. Until then we will be stuck with small trades and low volume. IMO

I would be more concerned if there was 50 mil volume and it was down this much. A couple mil a day like it has been is nothing and this can move up very fast. When anything is released we will see then.
