Your statements only account for the American market.
They don't account for the global market. Saying they haven't sold anything in years because of no license makes no sense. What about in Armenia? How can you know for sure the vodka isn't on the shelves at stores there? They do not need a CA ABC license to sell there. There are no new bottles in stores because it's just now coming together and Marani is getting the paperwork they need to make that happen. I can't wait until they get the license so you stop using this license debate wrong in your "highly demanded awesome DD" from your 1 follower you have on here.
Your post only account for the American market. This license that they do not have yet only is good in America. So saying what you said in your post kind of contradicts itself. Since the vodka can be sold globally, how can you account for the sales or lack of sales outside of America? What about sales in Armenia? How do you know they aren't on the shelves at stores located there? Oh wait, you can't.
Using this "they don't have a license" debate will only last so long.
Ordering from their website is awesome!
Allowing that option is great because once they get the license, yes they will have the liquor in 8 states; but it opens up for additional sales straight to the consumer. That will help with brand awareness and more revenue. I like the possibilities this company can go and achieve.
MRIB
He thinks they need a license from America to sell in other countries. Good DD right there....
Contracts are legit. License is being processed. Shipments will follow the license decision. Revenue reporting shortly there after in addition to more events and contracts possibly. Catalyst after catalyst. Love it! MRIB
Take caution does not mean license first then everything else comes afterwards. If that was the case they would've written out the words "get a license first".
We are both correct in that there are different ways of setting your business up to launch a product into a market. Only in this circumstance license first wasn't the choice Marani went with. Doesn't mean it's the wrong choice. I'm sure they did their homework and took caution before reapplying for the license.
When they get their license we can just stop this debate because it's pointless. Their CEO is taking the steps in the order they deem best for the company. That is good enough for me. Once it's approved and this roll out commences shortly after, it will prove that the steps they took were beneficial to the company and not hurt the company.
This license has already been debated.
If you read the process and use only the information provided by CA ABC that is applicable to Marani, it takes 55-60 days on an undisputed new license application ON AVERAGE. On average because some companies do not turn in required documents in sufficient time making the application process take longer among other reasons to prolong the process. Your highlighted area mainly reflects new construction or remodeling making the process re - inspect the location.
The 30 day notice is included in the process time not added on top of the time the investigation takes.
Reasons for to dispute the application are areas of operation, major tax issues of substantial amounts, escrows, etc. If you look at the bottom of the license application picture you see there are no issues on the history, no escrows, etc.
They got a license before and they have confidence in the new license. This is why they are completing other obligations to be ready for when the application is complete. Keep the DD accurate. If you have questions, read through past comments first. It can help to answer any questions.
Do you own 3 liquor companies? Are they named Marani Brands? What works for one business may not work for another. Building awareness and the hype for a product or service is essential before launching a product or service. You don't want to create something then wait for it to catch on.
Ya I did notice the ask loading as it was going up. Maybe from people seeing the spike in volume trying to lock in their profits. Either way once the meat pr gets released the volume will blow up and kill the ask loading.
I respect good criticism. What I don't respect are vague comments with no evidence or credibility. I am a day trader and I think trading volatility is a great idea. Each person has their own strategy. This is what a forum board is for; talking about a company's stock in this circumstance. I personally want to keep things accurate on here by providing public information anyone can look up.
Marani held a license before. They know they have a relatively high chance of getting a new one approved again. This is why they are taking the steps they are taking. A brand new company going into the liquor business would probably decide to get the license first to make sure they are able to sell and everything checks out with the application process.
Awesome DD belgian!
License first or license second
Doesn't matter. From a business point of view you can go both routes. License first then find a distributor then find a retailer and marketing after getting the license could work. But you sacrifice time and momentum. The time spent finding a distributor and everything else after getting the license would hurt the company by delaying the roll out.
Getting a license application started while doing marketing and signing contracts and working/ planning with a distributor setting each one up to execute within a relatively close time frame from one another sets the company up to benefit from all those things being done close to the license getting approval allowing the company to capitalize on time management allowing for a more effective time roll out.
Yeah that's no problem. It's easy to look up the wrong info. We just try and keep things accurate here.
Just want to say good job everyone for keeping up the good DD. I hope that everything unfolds how it has been unfolding so far. MRIB making a comeback!
How will some post false info then not expect people to look I to it and do their own DD? MRIB is looking good
A lot of investors think otherwise. You are entitled to your opinion though. Sorry you got out.
As a business point of view it wouldn't be time effective if they applied for the license. Waited for the license to get approved. Then searched for a distributor. Then decided to market the vodka. Then found retailers.... etc. Each step is planned to be accomplished within a reasonable time frame of each other in order to make a smooth transition from marketing to selling and shipping.
What's their address. Maybe I had the wrong one.
That's an old address. Check the Marani website for their new location. It's 15491 red hill Avenue or something like that.
See those are what we call facts. This is why I do not pay attention to winner winner posts. Factual DD can be found on the stickies by people who have done real research. The research looks great and Marani has been accomplishing everything they have posted they are going to do. So far it's working great.
Ha. Marani Vodka with some cigars and some fishing. MRIB
I'll be in Cuba this year. I'll send you guys some pics of the vodka when I get there. Ha. MRIB
Shipments to the US after the license decision still puts revenues announced on Q2. Knowing that the FINRA validated the contracts is a positive sign for shareholders showing Marani is completing the steps they outlined. I'm excited to see more events become completed in the near future.
MRIB
Because Marani communicates with shareholders. They take time out of their busy schedule to sit down and have an interview with shareholders when they can. That means a lot. Not just some company out in the market. Marani is doing great things.
Probably someone who doesn't want Marani to succeed. Negative people are always trying to keep a good thing down. Not this time. Good news and more to come with MRIB
Nice update Scozz!

It's not.
Just look up the domain registrar.
About your question.
I only posted about what I could find on the internet. Since Marani hasn't released more info on the contracts I wrote about what to look for in terms of shipments within the next month or two. Once shipments take place we can look up the bill of lading for them. That would be the evidence. Unless Marani decides it's time to announce the contract information. That's one of the reasons February and the next couple of months so important.
What makes Feb. and the following months a major time to watch is that with the license getting approved, the liquor is good to go into the American market again. Also shows that Marani is working on getting their legal documents in order. Following that event, is the expected shipments on the two contracts. That will show everyone hard evidence that Marani is making good on their contracts they have and also will allow Marani to start reporting revenue. What happens in most cases when a company reports good revenue? The share price goes up. There are just a lot of catalysts within the next couple of months that could move this stock up higher. That is why a lot of people are watching a waiting for the news to come out.

Marani isn't on the list of 500 Delinquencies Tax list.
You stated:
Yeah. Not saying this is what Marani is doing. Just saying I read an article about how a lot of companies are dealing with import taxes. Either way it wouldn't be cost effective to ship from Armenia to USA, then to other countries.
CA ABC website will be seeing high traffic as everyone keeps clicking on refresh to see when the decision gets update on there. Haha. MRIB
True. I was reading about importing into Brazil. A lot of articles said that some companies find a place to produce and bottle the liquor in Brazil in order to cut costs on importing the liquor from another country. Sounds like a smart idea coming from a business view of shipping a product. I could be wrong, but I think I read some articles that the Brazilian government were taking steps in making the import taxes a little better to attract more companies from other countries to import their goods/products. I'll have to find that article.
That doesn't sound cost effective. Some of the bill of lading's from the past show exporting from European countries. I do believe they export from where it's bottled at to the country's destination.
If it's bottled in Armenia, why would they need an export license from the US? Wouldn't they just ship it from there to other countries? Your opinions are very vague.
