True. I was reading about importing into Brazil. A lot of articles said that some companies find a place to produce and bottle the liquor in Brazil in order to cut costs on importing the liquor from another country. Sounds like a smart idea coming from a business view of shipping a product. I could be wrong, but I think I read some articles that the Brazilian government were taking steps in making the import taxes a little better to attract more companies from other countries to import their goods/products. I'll have to find that article.
