Your post only account for the American market. This license that they do not have yet only is good in America. So saying what you said in your post kind of contradicts itself. Since the vodka can be sold globally, how can you account for the sales or lack of sales outside of America? What about sales in Armenia? How do you know they aren't on the shelves at stores located there? Oh wait, you can't.

Using this "they don't have a license" debate will only last so long.
