"I noticed the Kodiak is free and you're not! lol" Really. One takes note on how stupid you are and others aren't. LOL.
Do you really, really believe that Newbie2u isn't free? Better yet, don't get dressed for Halloween, go as the moron of the boards.
robj, just had to give you a member mark.
By hacker, "What a shithead I am." Well, at least he didn't tell us something new, did he? LOL.
Kodiak, "What the fuck are you rambling about asshole" No an asshole is one that pays for Ihub. A very stupid one at that. Buck up stupid! Buck up!
(updated for the board's pleasure, LOL)No chit greggy? Then a dumb cluck like you should have given that type of answer, assuming it's right, in the first place. Not the dumbass one you gave that shows you the dumbest rock in the quarry. LOL. You never alluded to that did you?
Now greg s(hit)head, for your edification please follow.
"re: Edfrank and Trcpa where grandied in this year. LOL, isn't this 2004?
Man, you are dumb as a rock, a very stupid rock as rocks go.

"got2getaclue,
Grandfathered status was determined at the time the poster signed up, einstein." Now where in your clueless post did you indicate or allude to this fact? And, I gotagetaclue? LOL. Go Rocky! Do have a g'day. LOL I have to get busy on another alias.
And, watch the cowgirl come back with something really dumb. He's never really original, he'll use your dumb rock line. I love it when these idiots try to mouth off in here as they aren't man enough to do it on the boards. Gabriella you are one big sissy. Hurt your thumb playing with your zipper didn't ya? Tried to say you were actually doing farm work. LOL. And, if my last count is correct, there are 14 active IHub aliases. More to come. Watch for them at your favorite IHub narrow minded boards. LOL.
Greg s(hit)head, the alias line. Just ask cowgirl gabriella and the not Mensa material edweiner. LOL. Or Trcpa who doesn't have a clue in accounting. A cpa that can't do a real break even analysis or average cost. Give me a break. LOL They're always trying to show I have a ton of aliases. Ask Matt about the behind the sceen messages he gets about them. LOL Thanks for all of them Matt. But, in that I agree with you. If there were as many as these clowns make it to be I would have been booted loooonnnngggg ago.
Do have a g'day. Aussie.
Rafael...Welcome to jail. Useless place that Matt thinks is "honored." LOL. See it's mostly a place for the longs to get their frustrations out on those that if they say anything back only keeps them in longer. I get a laugh out of how many of them are paying for this stupid, worthless service.
I see FASC is now down to $.048 after all those recent great PRs and Trcpa's bullshit on both boards. What a freakin loser. I said it would go down and it has. Sad there is not one long on either FASC board that knows how to invest. I get a kick how they're still averaging down. LMAO. Or, the jerks that post they have over a million shares , even sfter those at FASC laughed at the idea.
Have a g'day, Mate.
greg...
Does the s = shithead for brains?
Those are the alias born on dates are they not. Got the poster's meaning. They didn't become grandfathered until this year.
Reading comprehension wasn't your strong suit was it? LOL.
Man, you are dumb as a rock, a very stupid rock as rocks go.
You still here?
Back to non reality. Oh, well. Time to get a new alias so I can post where ever I want again. LOL.
Have a good couple weeks board. It has been fun. But, I'm of to a real fun trip that will take a while. Be visiting So. Africa and then on to New Zealand, then to Australia.
In the mean time I hope all your dreams come true. For those of you that own FASC, relax, I GUARANTEE that the PPS will still be under $.06. Losers like trcpa, chambers, bobsnook, hocker, tenzo, et all can't even begin to dream about a trip like I'm taking. And, boys, this isn't my first. You guys keep following enronman as he plays his flute and leads all you dumb rats into Welfare River. LOL
Chao!.
edweiner...the self proclaimed genius of fascerville losers.you try to give the impression you understand the great thinkers and philosophers of the past you are a very logical person. then blow it all with your dumb [illogical] postings on a penny stock board. LOL, LOL. Socrates, Plato and the other great ones must get a good laugh at your hypocritical [illogical] postings and your really logical way of investing. LOL, LOL. don't try your worthless word games with me. instead go in the corner with hacker, you two belong together. oh, watch the glass he just emptied. lOL
hasher tried to be funny. sad effort. but did you get that line form one of your "brothers" after you swallowed a glass of his in one gulp? did you mean proclivity as a natural propensity, inclination or predisposition? Gee maybe the synonym predilection is what you meant. Nah, more than likely your natural propensity to look stupid came through and you just posted like the jerk you are. sure your name isn't hacker for your natural tendencies that you work on in bed as you can't get along with women? take your time answering. hacker.
LOL...I see I got all the girlie men all shook up and posting. you girls are so transparent. you'd make a used condom look good and much more useful. LOL,LOL.
Hey hasher it's okay, you can chime in, as all you're trying to do is kiss up to Matt by showing you can now post somewhat like a human. LOL. Keep trying. but never said i was an English major. "...dont try to sound like you know a grammar..." Isn't there supposed to be an apostrophe in "dont?" and you call me an asswipe? by the by, nothing personal, you weren't included since you don't post on fasc nor own that POS.
hey eddie babe, you mean "stupid investor" is only used by one single poster? LOL, you are so smart. [NOT] get a grip. It's like using XEROX to mean you're making a copy. You ain't too bright are ya? Gee, if I said "smart investor" -- well, I'd be wrong for one thing; but, do you think you would have named all the posters that used that. LOL, LOL.
hocker breath it didn't take you long to try to join in. but then you dummies always did "stick" together no matter what. just like the dumb hockey puck you are. probably why you're a loser in fasc with the rest of them. ain't smart enough to make your own investment decision on when to buy or sell are ya? LOL. go ahead, tell the gang here how long ya been in fasc and how many times ya sold it, and how many times you averaged down. LOSER.
LOL, LOL. and how religiously stupid the bunch of you follow the hype and tunes of enronman who has held fasc for over 5 years and it has been habitually below $.06. LOL, LOL. talk about a bunch of drowning rats.
real glad all you yahoos came over here. one can say anything over here and it's okay. you morons have to now listen to the truth and there are plenty of post to back up how stupid all of you are. keep the posts coming.
Do have a g'night.
ruelitt/chambes/edfrank...
LOL, LOL. Do you clowns think you'll ever get it right? LOL. Now tell the jailbirds how I'm "Aussie" also. Go ahead. Just another one. I'll admit I have another alias and it is "Aussie." So what, I can make them up on here and RB quicker than you clowns can think. This board ought to be loads of fun tomorrow when the rest of the dogs of faserville come alive and start snapping at Newbie cause of the way he post. Ruellit, you ain't got the common sense you were born with. you listen to chambers who is dumber than the cows he supposed to work with. Hell the dummy can't take care of them without hurting his little bitty thumb and crying on here for sympathy. Tell the shit head to look under "S" in the dictionary. LOL. edfrank you are another stupid investor. I've told you and proved it to you time after time. The only ones dumber are chambers and trcpa. you clowns have been following him for how long. LMAO, and he ain't got it right yet. Has he? and Eddie, for one so smart (in your mind only) why does ya spend time like you do on nothing? how come ya such a loser on stocks? now you going to cry to these fellas how I can write one way or another? LOL, what a jerk you are. and beattle-brain, get it right, that post about Tanunda, Warringah, Travlagent, Fasceenonly, Gd2Aussie3, Aussiegd3 and shannon3gc, is all mine sweetheart. now be a nice little boy and leave it be mine. you idiot.
Chambers, yo Gabriella, what's with this shit, "old aussie might just have a stroke he wears his feeling on his shirt sleeve.." If any one wears their feelings it's you baby. You're still pissed because of how I put you in your place over and over again on RB. You know, you and your whole bunch of girlfriends that ran over to Ihub were never a match for me. Too damn dum. LOL, LOL, LOL. What mazes me is you clowns call yourselves investors. Every little penny wrapped up in a loser like fasc and when it's brought to your attention the bunch of you strike like third grade girls. Tell [COWGIRL]. you big damn sissy.LOL, lOL.
Hey Newbie, you've got to relax. look at the posts between Gabriella and Ronnie to see that you can't yap to Ronnie as he's Gabriella's queenie. you're fighting to lezbos boy. You just can't win. LOL, LOL. And, you don't have to stay in jail. just log in with different information and a new screen name and bingo, you in. It's easier on RB. And, quicker. Don't waste you time in this room with these losers. Have to see if I can bring a friend in here to greet you stooges. LOL, LOL, LOL, LOL,
chambers and eddie, where's your village idiot tenzi whom can't paraphrase to save his life?
Hiring Todd Everett as the new National Sales Manager for specialty brands of Unboxed Distribution Inc.'s, Bluetorch(TM) apparel, True Sports Distribution Inc.'s and TSABrand (True Skate Apparel(R)), is a great move in my opinion. Lets hope it works for BTOR.
Thanks 3Saints. You're a real angel. :)
Newbie --Can't argue with the accounting 101 concept. One of the first things learned. Good , well thought out post. No arguments, so you must be right. Word on the RB ALMI board
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=ALMI&read=3529 by Techisbest. Main part of the post is,
I am posting Bill Jacobson's response with his permission:
One of the keys to the processing methods we will be using will be the ability to reduce our product to the appropriate micron size acceptable for microtubule and nano applications. The KDS machine in primary runs has performed acceptably. The reason we went with the KDS is that the manufacturer is more than willing to make whatever adjustments necessary to make the product we need. We did not get that same attitude from other manufacturers. We know that once the KDS machine goes on line, that we will have a trial and error period, but with the help of the manufacturer, we feel it will not take too long.
Thank-you for your support.
Bill Jacobson
There is a yellow brick road, in Oz.
Rafael --Just my honest opinion. didn't think you bashed. Seems some posters try that gimmick to impress others. Can't touch the rest of your post as it's an extremely sensitive area. See not much of real interest on the board as far as FASC is concerned. Can't get into conjecture scenarios that may never come about. Don't mean to say they're wrong, just can't get into it. Seems the market money doesn't bother with it either. If they don't, neither do it.

Captors Behead U.S. Hostage in Saudi Arabia
AP
An Islamic Web site posted this image of Paul Johnson earlier this week.
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (June 18) -- Al-Qaida militants beheaded an American engineer they had held hostage since last week after the Saudi government failed to meet its demands to release jailed militants, an Islamist Web site said Friday.
''As we promised the mujahideen, we have beheaded the American hostage Paul Marshall after the deadline that the mujahideen gave to the tyrannical Saudi government passed,'' said a statement signed by the Organization of al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula. It was posted on the al Islah Web site.
The Web site showed three pictures of what appeared to be Paul Marshall Johnson's severed head. One showed the bloodied head propped up on the back of a body in an orange uniform with a knife on the face.
A second picture showed a hand lifting up the head and a third image showed the body and the severed head from a different angle.
''This act of revenge is to heal the hearts of believers in Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and the Arabian Peninsula,'' the statement said.
''This is God's voice rising in anger... at the treatment of Muslims in Abu Ghraib, al-Hair (prison), Guantanamo, Ruwais (Saudi prison) and others,'' it added, referring to U.S. military prisons in Abu Ghraib, Iraq and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Johnson was an employee of defense contractor Lockheed Martin, which manufactures U.S. helicopter gunships.

Sambeaux...To touch that line would evoke shrill cries of "bashing."
But, you may remember a poster saiding this on 6/7/04, "Any bets on what FASC will do for the week? My bet is it'l be a good time to buy more if you're intereseted. Without any meaningful news, it may go back down to $.055. However, I personally wish it would go up to about $.10 or higher so I can make some money. Don't see that happening. You?"
Very insightful, I might add.
IMO.
Techisbest...Got to agree with your bottom line: "My reaction: More professional presentation of old material. Nothing new here. But they didn't make it not to use it." I've looked at it twice and just nothing new.
And, Hydro-Quebec financing may be from: "News Release First American Scientific Corp ( FASC-OTC, BB) March 1, 2002
FIRST AMERICAN SCIENTIFIC CORP and THERMIX announce that Hydro-Quebec Capitech Inc, the investment capital division of energy giant Hydro Quebec, one of the worlds largest hydro-electric power producers, has joined Alternative Green Energy Systems Inc (AGES) as an equity partner with an initial investment of $1,000,000 to assist in research & development, marketing and operations."
Don't know at this point and with the lack of additional information if I'd give HQ and more credit or read anything further into it.
Market certainly hasn't.
$.047 last, $.048 bid, $.051 ask, 462,400 traded.

Any bets on what FASC will do for the week? My bet is it'l be a good time to buy more if you're intereseted. Without any meaningful news, it may go back down to $.055.
Still one more day to go. But, the market says that unless a PR comes out is could go down even further or stay in the same area, give or take, $.002. Not bashing or hyping, just trying to use market sense and stock logic learned over the years. Certainly not gospel truth.
Last post of the day. :)
IMO.
OT:Then it's safe to assume you won't be digressing any more concerning my posts to other posters. I didn't use trivialities, as you put it, and I do believe my last post cleared that up perfectly with both megster and TRCPA, both of whom have had no quarrel with it. They understood ALL of my comments "TO THEM" had to be read in the "WHOLE CONTEXT" as presented. Not in little pieces. Why you seem to have a problem with a post not directed to you doesn't make sense.
And, if the board monitors would like to check, my post which you appear to be reading with self imposed triviality concepts, with was on FASC. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3355734
What do I think? Not that I believe for one-second that you really care. It would be nice, extremely nice, and I would be ecstatic if you and your friend would either put me on ignore or just not respond to any of my post(s) in the future. In that way, we can all have a lot more fun and discuss our investment in a friendly non-threatening environment which Hub provides. Works for me. And, it should work well with the rest of the board.
I think it's best if I save a copy of this post for Matt Brown (Founder and Administrator) and Bob Zumbrunnen (President and Code-Monkey -- formerly the Administrator at Silicon Investor.
TRCPA..just thought you had some in mind when such a statement is made. Just me, but I would have backed such astatment up. The reasons, sorry, but can't accpet them. It is a fASC board and every now and then i, going back, I notice in similar situations they have been mentioned without any one getting offended orthe posts getting deleted. But, alas, so be it. It is afterall your excuse and must be accepted.
And, for what ever reason, is beyond me, why another poster would try to start a fray over simply just repeating your exact words to get the full context of your original message. However, I would hardly say in the light of THE FULL POST, I was focusing on "small off-hand remarks." I can only assume the poster missed the rest of the message. Happily the board monitors and you didn't see it as being unfriendly and pick totally un-important and irrelevant details to quibble over. If I didn't get only 3 posts a day, I'd send Bobsnooker an email to ask him about it.
However, I haven't heard that expression in many years. It was one I had heard many times as a child and since you don't have any information in your profile, I did think that perhaps it placed you around 60 years of age. Just a guess from the remark. Not meant ot offend.
By, the way, I was answering Megster and asking him the questions, al biet -- through your post. Full remarks in that case are extremely helpful.
Megster - just wondering if he would name those companies with larger market caps that upon closer examination he wouldn't rub two nickles together to buy. It would be great to make sure we're not comparing apples and oranges. Just a thought.
And, I believe most investors are resigned to the notion that it will take the appropriate earnings ......coupled with a reasonable p/e ratio.......to ultimately provide for significant pps gains. Usually though, the time period is a reasonable one of less than three years. Especially for a company that is no longer considered a start-up company. Not after 10 years. And, has constantly been around $.065 or less for an unreasonable amount of time.
And, from reading this board and another, they have both been waiting for Hollywood for a long, long while. And, unfortunately, the wait will be at least another year or more away. Remember, one must also consider construction and "trials." A la Atlantic Packaging Products, Ltd. Not to bring up a sore point, just an observation.
And, we both know that their is a lot more at work than simply market preceptions when it comes to FASC's PPS. I think analyysts consider the company ratios and their history and a few other items. Perception is what some investors have of it.
IMO.
Techisbest...someone over on the "other" board also took a crck at your questions. Interesting. Thought you or one or two others might be interested in another view point.
Rafael --"Tough" questions? Not really. Seem more like set up questions. Especially after one takes a real look at the company website and PRs.
http://www.fasc.net/
"...but have we seen any pollution numbers?" And, so what if we do? Numbers can be played with and used to the company's advantage. Will knowing this important fact change the "capabilities" and the "awesome potential" of the KDS machine? They still have glass, zeolite, chromite in the leather tanning, etc., to work with. http://www.fasc.net/index.htm
"...any idea how close or far from satisfying those laws the TTR plant comes?" Laws are one thing, plants are another. Even if the regulatory authorities approve this year, the plant can be another year away. Then the never ending testing process, etc., 2006 or later is a good bet. Along with the 12th of never.
"Will the KDS really eliminate waste, or will it just move the problem from one place to another?" Waste, pollution, manure, chicken poop. Same stuff, different form of question. Refer to pollution above.
"Does anyone know how clean the burning of processed sludge is when compared to the burning of oil that it will replace? " Clean as a whistle. If it's cleaner than what's out there, guess what? They'll buy it. But, again, does it really matter in light of "ALL" the other things the KDS can do? Wasn't this question asked on this board in light of coal? It seems I did see that in going over a few past posts. Nice. http://www.fasc.net/applications.htm
It appears from looking at the quarterlies and PRs that tougher questions about the company's lack of PRs, or follow-ups, or time tables, or Ireland, Or Japan, etc., would have been far more tougher. http://www.fasc.net/news.htm See, investors usually are more interested in why a company has not yet delivered on what it said it would do in a period of 5 or 10 years. If they can't be answered, then what credibility does it give the companies or a penny stock board's answer to future potential, etc.
IMO
Tenzzi...I think it'll be 12:15:27 sharp. And the MMs, LOL, LOL.
OH! When you talked to Mr. Dandy, as you called him, did you pretty much quote him or paraphrase it? Please, wouldn't want to take the good informative post the wrong way or tell some one else it in the wrong way.
Hey Zonk did you get that? (WINK! WINK!)
TRCPa...care to expound on how those figures prove any thing? Certainly can't prove that an MM is behind any of them or that it may just be an ordinary investor.
The PR was slightly interesting. Now hopefully FASC can actually meet a target date. Only say that as one may vividly remember the AP dates that changed several times last year and God only knows what has happened there. It was different to see a date getting closer, rather than further. That was a new twist.
PS--No need for you to reply, as it won't be meaningful in the short run; certainly not meaningful in the long run anyway. Or in any other run.
IMO.
bob...Truly a weird day. Tried to find some real evidence of games being played, especially by the MMs. None. Wish those that claim MM involvement could show it with a trail. IMO.
cantstandsya...Now you've got the way to go about this that all should like. I'm looking forward, as I'm sure a few others are, to the answer.
Any bets on what FASC will do for the week? My bet is it'l be a good time to buy more if you're intereseted. Without any meaningful news, it may go back down to $.055. However, I personally wish it would go up to about $.10 or higher so I can make some money. Don't see that happening. You?
By the way, you may want to click on jmhollen's name to find out that the inmates are in charge of the asylum. LOL.
Dang! Thought I'd have 18 posting opportunities like some other lucky fellas. But, three seems to be it. See you tomorrow gang.
And, I know it's TABOO over here; but, you may want to take a peek over on RB. This fella Troy1711 is constantly putting others in their place. This guy hockawhatever, whoever he is, he really made look silly. Constatnly giving him investing 101 lessons. Troy might be a little abrasive for here, so I wouldn't invite him over. He'd be bounced in a day. But, he is very knowledgeable and interesting and funny to read.
I sure hope this is the start of a beautiful week.
IMHHO.
Saw this over on the RB board and it may interest some.
dude10630, I called around 8:45 am EST. I was expecting an answering machine when Bruce picked up.
I informed him that Raging Bull posters are calling retailers about BTOR inventory and per what was posted here most did not have BTOR inventory.
He stated he was looking into this since he knows product was shipped. He also stated orders were pending and based on that, they put the retailers on the web site to generate exposure with other retailers. Now whether orders were canceled or the product has not shipped yet he did not answer that.
I asked about Airwalk, very busy with that product and will ship 3rd qtr.
That's about it, told him good luck and try to avoid being premature on what he put's on the company website as shareholders are watching.
Now whether you or anyone else believe that I talk to him or not. There's nothing I can say to change that.
Good Luck.
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy)
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=BTOR&read=4071
Here's hoping today and the week are good to BTOR.
chambers fairly warned and fairly treated, is there a difference? Just wondering.
I am also a FASC shareholder and the only thing this board cares to do is RAH! RAH! the stock, which is fine. But, there are some of us that have the desire to look at all sides of our investment, not just the few positives, the awesome potential that may eventually (if ever) develop, or the thousand and one areas they could wonder into if those industries ever find out about FASC. But, that's hard to do with a clique working against you that doesn't want to discuss the fact those may or may not be realistic.
If one dares step into that forbidden area, then it's thrown into the ominous umbrella of "FLAME." Which can go down to if I say "No" to your "Yes" then I'm flaming?
The prejudice towards certain posters has always been obvious by yourself and now bobsnook. That's just an observation.
As I stated before and I see that neither of you answered the question, "Where was your sense of human decency with Tenzzi post that Matt had to erase from this board?" Or better yet, where was even the "fair" warning? Or, doesn't that apply to the "friends" of the board. You may want to remember that Tezzi's post was not removed by either one of you. Yet, you're both attacking cantstandsya for no other reason than asking questions about a stock he's invested in and others on this board are interested and certainly don't find it as "flaming" at all. But, then sneaky little emails might be the answer, "10Z I have tried to eamil you there in the past and would not go thru so try me at chambers74003@yahoo.com"
Patrick Henry shouted "Give me Liberty, or give me death!" To which the American Colonies found to be inspirational. The British found it to be flaming. Perception is in the eye of the viewer. Usually a good viewer tries to be perceptive to the benefit of all that post, not just a chosen few.
cantstandsya, your question, "please provide me with any single violation my posts supposedly committed?" Please see my post 2142. There was absolutely no violation by you. Just what appears to be bias towards you. But cantstandsya you can take solace in knowing that tomorrow morning some of these same will ask the Lord for fairness; but, believe me, they'll ask Him to use His definition, not their definition.
Sorry to all you Philadelphia fans and fans of Smarty Jones that he lost.
And, while some may consider President Reagan the greatest president in the 20th century. I'll just say, it is highly debatable and while he was a good president and maybe even a great one, he certainly wasn't the greatest of the twentieth century.
Now so no one gets their shorts up tight over this post, it is not meant to be inflammatory or flaming or any other such use of the word flame. Just to try to get the same fairness in treatment for those who have negative questions and comments about the stock that is given to those that only have positive questions and comments about the stock. Which should be the objective of all boards and their monitors.
Please have a Happy Lord's Day tomorrow.
All IMO.
SirVinny or Bob Zumbrunnen: Please read this and give your opinion on the board moderator. I have sent him and Matt a copy. Thank you.
Bobsnook66. I would expect the position that your in to handle such situation as you have with cantstandsya to be handled properly in a private mail. Not on the board where you can be cheered on by the catcalls of selected followers.
Now lets go over your post and the accuracy of it, or inaccuracy.
First, where is the personal attack which you speak of? I have gone over all of his 6 posts and have found none. And, there are no missing posts since he started posting.
His 1st post (2103) he asked a valid question. Of course if it's not one certain members on the board like, then it's not allowed. It's bashing. No diverse opinions please. He was against management and their salaries. And, as an investor, aren't you?
The 2nd (2108) Reiterated his position against management and their salaries. He didn't accept another poster's point. Again, that's not allowed? And, their was no personal attack in there.
His 3rd (2121) was in response to TRCPA. A pure difference of opinion. Again no personal attacks. The theme was again about management and salaries. And, good points. Kindly take note as an investor that one point has yet to be proven wrong. And, telling someone that their response was "circular logic" isn't a personal attack. That stretching it to try to hang someone.
The 4th (2126). Was addressed to you, tech and Tr. AGAIN, no personal attacks. It's obvious from his posts that he is not getting either an answer or all he's getting is brow beating. Some of the responses don't make sense to him. What's wrong with that? Or, when you're involved is a poster not allowed to voice such an opinion?
The 5th was to me and the reason for your sarcastic and unwarranted inclusion of my name in your post. Again, NO PERSONAL ATTACK. He has valid concerns that you and others don't see. So what? Again, what's wrong with it? He voices his concern about management. Isn't that allowed ion an Ihub board? It certainly is on others that are moderated differently I must say.
And, finally his last post (2132). To TRCPA. AGAIN AND FINALLY, NO PERSONAL ATTACK. So where do you get, "now a personal attack of not just one but all the posters on this board i take offence to." There are no personal attacks whatsoever. Just appears to be nothing but bias against a poster that doesn't agree with the "LONGS" of this board.
Where on earth has he "...impune the moral character of all the board members..."? There is no evidence of that.
He has, "insult the moral integrity of management and give nothing but negative insulting views of the company..." But, that isn't an issue for a board moderator is it? Investors have that prerogative. It's allowed on other IHub boards, why not this one?
"...but the next time you insult the moral character of the fine people on this board you will be gone." Or do you really mean, the first time he does it?
I'm going to forward this message to Matt and, hopefully through to Meredith. And, if that doesn't work, believe me, I will get through to someone to let them know of the apparent unfounded and unnecessary bias that you have show toward this poster and, obviously I'll be next, just to get responses like you have in posts 2136 and 2140 and 2141, which by the way a board monitor should remove as it is a personal attack.
Where was you sense of human decency with Tenzzi post that Matt had to erase from this board? That was okay, as he's one of the favored longs. Neither you or Chambers saw fit to delete that one. Now there was a clear case of TOS abuse if there ever was one and you as a upright board monitor let it go. Yet, you go after cantstandsya's post that all put together don't come close. Did you as politely tell tenzzi, "...but the next time you insult the moral character of the fine people on this board you will be gone. " I guess the definition of "fine posters" shouldn't be argued according to social standards of acceptance.

So, I guess under such inconsistent application of the TOS, I'll be jailed or gone or whatever. However, just as you have a right to post what you believe is an outrage, I believe I also have that right.
Thank you,

Gee, Virginia Beach. I'm not even a next state neighbor.
As close as I'll get is when I take a trip to Las Vegas soon. Unfortuantely, I won't be able to take any long side trips.
Be anxious to hear what anyone can report.
May we have a great investment day today.
cantstandsya. Good Morning to you. You seem like the good old fashion investor that does his own DD and doesn't just look at the glossy presented side of a company. That you look at both the pros and cons (no pun intended there). A sign of a good investor.
You can't (sorry, again no pun intended) get a reasonable explanation off a penny stock board. Nothing against these posters, but all you can get are simply guesses.
None of us despite our backgrounds, education and experience really know what's going on inside of FASC. So we take educated (and, some not so) guesses. Not their fault. It's their only recourse. So, I did a little digging -- tried desperately to side step the manure the company is well know for handling. And, in line with the board, here are my guesses. However, you may notice that I've slipped in a few facts prepared by the company for justification purposes.
FASC itself has, in my opinion, purposely keeps its investors in the dark with its complete lack of informative and timely PRs and its lack of follow-up on key projects and especially contracts. And, mind you, that is year, after year, after year. We can excuse it all we want but, in reality there is no excuse. Now you can go to the comapny's website for verification, and while there, find one back up to a previous PR. (Made that one easy.)
Lets forget Japan. Look at a more recent event. ALMI. For God's sake, how long does it take to lay cement (which I've heard isn't the problem) and how long does it take to deliver a KDS machine down the road? Which is the problem.Yet, no PR. Go over to the ALMI board and there are a good bunch of investors over there that are also somewhat frustrated over that deal.
And, no one, despite all the phone calls can tell you what if anything is really going on in Mexico, Poland, Japan, China, or even in their own back yard, Canada. The past five years, for those that have been around that long, show you that FASC was in an out of Poland and Japan. Japan, if they really have gone back there, simply will not happen this year. Mark my word on that. And, if one were to read the boards, it seems that some have reported discrepancies in phone calls. Phony calls??
And, NO, your question has not been answered. Tech, though being facetious, gave the best one.
Rodrth gave one but, unfortunately it by his own wording is outdated. It was a year ago. Nothing against him but, a lot happens in a year to negate meaningful (or less) conversations. In FASC's case that is the inevitable. There were no other answers.
When a company releases a few PRs and has all these deals in the works and only a couple machines in inventory, that should tell anyone about funding. It ain't there. When the company is in serious jeopardy of obtaining finances to fund any project, that again tells you it ain't there. And, when you have accumulated deficit that in one year is $9,151,400 and the next year goes to $10,190,326; then guess where it is? YUP! You got it, IT'S THERE. Now that you found it, aren't you all warm and fuzzy inside?
Another sad commentary on their state of affairs is the never ending decreasing value of their inventory. Why last year it went from $490,442 to this year's glowing figure of $190,442. Man that's a lot of sales. But, wait a minute, ah shucks, the reports states, "During the year ended June 30, 2003, the Company determined that the value of three used KDS machines should be further reduced to $50,000 each, thereby resulting in an aggregate impairment charge of $150,000. See Note 3. Hint, you don't want to look at note 3, it gets more depressing. As it describes three machines being in California and Delta, BC. Then you start to thinking, "Hey, didn't they only have 3 machines? Then how many were really sold?"
At June 30, 2003, accounts receivable were $122,065 with an allowance for doubtful accounts of $119,046. Now, it doesn't take much business savvy to understand they don't collect their debts too well.
And, don't buy that "emerging growth company" line. After 10 years, it's not called emergence, it's called submergence.
There is a bottom line and it looks good. As of the last report there are 47,353,624 shares remain unissued. Lets go buy some more.
I only get three posts a day, so maybe tomorrow I'll present the glowing side of FASC.
May you have a great investing day.
IMO.
Just a thought.
Many, in fact most of you, on this board seem to like to include cheap shots about the "other" board, Or "RB" like it is some kind of disease. It's not. The mere fact that it has about a thousand times more posters than IHub verifies that. And, any onlookers would see the poisonous venom and enviousness of the poster(s). If anything, all your posts do is make onlookers want to go over and see what your anger, hatred and enviousness is aimed at. Remember, "Curiosity killed a cat, satisfaction brought it back." Don't give them the curiosity and then the satisfaction. Not a very good move.
Now, here's a thought you may want to consider and it'll be better for your own board. It would just keep onlookers looking only at "YOUR" board and not chase them to the "OTHER" board. It's very simple. Just show your board is better and more intelligent and don't mention the "OTHER" board. If now one reads about it, then they can't go there. Makes sense doesn't it? Other than that, you guys are your own worse enemy. Not the "OTHER" board.
Keep your posters here. They can't go to the "OTHER" board if they don't know about it.
Now I'm definitely not a psychologist; but, it does seem to make sense to me. What's do you think?
A Penny for your thoughts.
BTOR seems like one that could explode. It's in the apparel market and there is always room for competition and new ideas, etc. BTOR may or may not be the the greatest one; however, it is another one that could very easily make an impact on its selcted juvenile market. Who knows what makes kids think what's cool or not.
Here's their latest PR: http://aolsvc.news.aol.com/business/article.adp?id=20040601123009990009
"LOS ANGELES, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bluetorch Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BTOR), announced today that Bluetorch(TM) branded apparel will be available for sale on a retailer's e-commerce site. Bluetorch branded apparel is designed, developed and sold to action sports retailers by Bluetorch Inc.'s subsidiary Unboxed Distribution Inc.
The initial e-commerce site is California based Bluetorch retailer, Sprockets (http://www.siliconvolley.com). This retail outlet will be offering the brand's young men's t-shirts through their web site in addition to carrying the product in their store."
So, any thoughts on the recent PR and the fact Bluetorch(TM) branded apparel will be available for sale on the initial e-commerce site is California based Bluetorch retailer, Sprockets (http://www.siliconvolley.com)? I've gone to the site. When you enter the html and the page pops up, click on the picture of the girls playing volly ball, then click on the picture of the surf at the bottom right. BINGO! A up comes the Blue Torch Label immediately. Nice to see that it actually exit some where. Now lets hope that sales start existing. When you click on the Blue Torch label, it comes up with all the retail items for sale. Start ordering gang. Wear one and it's advertising at its best.
IMO, it's a good stock to put a couple hundred bucks on and get a few thousand shares cheap. If it hits, okay. If it doesn't, all you've put out is a couple hundred.
Please, your thoughts.
May today be a great investment day for all of you.
Good Morning Board!
Is anyone planning to atten the annual Shareholder meeting will be held on July 30, 2004 in Cerritos, California? Unfortunately, I live no where near there, so it's out of the question for me. Was hoping someone lived near by and, of course, has the time to go.

Bobsnook. Took or snooked a few peeks at a couple of posters' bios. Not much there. You've been on the thread the longest and its very first poster. Amazing. In all that time have you sold FASC at least once? I mean, since April of 2001 FASC has had three peaks at $.10 and above. The two points around December 2001 and January 2002 were excellent trading opportunities. Haven't been many in between as the stock seems to be always sinking back to the $.05 range. Even though today, it has moved up to $.07 on 250 shares traded and no news. Astounding! Well, you know what that means. Up on no news...
Checking out the company website gives several strong hints as to why that might be. Along with its quarterlies. They are not impressive. Lets leave it at that or else jail is the only unreasonavble recourse.
The PRs are very few and don't seem to be follow-up on in any way. The reports themselves mention some, what appears anyway, very exciting projects that either have fallen by the wayside or been put on some type of proverbial shelf or hold, shall we say? Then, it is only my assumption, the last two deals seem to have popped out of no where. And, while nice for a little company, not very impressive, as is witnessed by the not so sharpe upswing in the PPS.
And, they seem to be in various parts of the world. I read Mexico as a possibility and Poland as another (been there before, haven't they?). Nothing concrete mind you. Especially when one considers their Japanese deal. Whatever did happen to that? Is it still alive or put on the preverbal shelf? A "NEW" on-looking investor has to look at any world wide deals very suspiciously when taken in conjunction with their past, wouldn't you agree?
And, you mentioned TRCPAs DD?? Well, in the hopes of getting some good information upon which to base an investing decision, I must add, I really didn't find any. I did find a bunch of rehashing of past reports. Well, as an investor I can certainly do that myself and probably read them with just as much, if not more, accuracy and mathematical analysis. Have been doing it for years. And, in that time have spoke to many real accountants, analysts, brokers, etc. But, mind you please, that's just a little humble opinion. Nothing against your man. However, for an unbiased and realistic view, one may want to direct new investors to:lighthawk's post http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3222164 gives the history without any bull, shall we say?
I did notice where some posters call the company. While others seem to constantly slough it off onto others. I find calling the company myself invaluable. And, FASC has a toll free number. Can't beat that. In fact, I plan on giving them a call as part of my DD.
What to date has happened to the mini KDS and the financing for it? Didn't I read some where that the company had sent out post cards concerning it and were gathering about $250,000 for it? Strange that the company is silent on that also.
You know there are some investors that are always screaming the same senseless material, "...logical process at this stage would be to see what those reports say first..." or, "...lets wait for the report to make an informed decision..." or, some other such stuff. I usually take note that once such a statement is made that after the reports and the reports haven't proved their point, the same posters will again say, "...logical process at this stage would be to see what those reports say first..." Seems like some sort of circle jerking. Sometimes, the logical isn't really logical, is it? When posters make such statements, in my opinion, they're running away from questions they can't and won't answer.
And, as for FASC's upcoming report. Well, based on the reading of some of their past ones, it more than likely won't answer many questions. Not really their practice. So can we continue to speculate in many ways, shapes or forms...most certainly. FASC sure has an awful lot of "What ifs" and "IF" in my opinion.
"...i am impressed with your board savy..." Well, a college education, Thirty years as an investigator of sorts (won't really go into that), dealing with the stock markets for many, many years, reading good solid business periodicals, newspapers (WSJ), reports, etc., will sort of give that impression. After all, it doesn't take much on a penny stock board now does it really to sound savvy? By the way, that Megster fella is very impressive. He seems to know more than all of them. Err, that I've come across, shall we say? Don't want to appear that I'm attacking any one. God forbid!!
Sorry, with only three posts a day, I have to make each worth it and I want to go over and pimp on my favorite board.
Mind you, IMHHO.
Until tomorrow. May all your stocks be winners. :)
NEWS
Fda saw you slumming over on the fasc board. Right now that's not a good stock to get into. Tooooo many unanswered questions. A company that doesn't issue many PRs nor updates at all. Heck BTOR put out more in one month than they did all of last year. Did some research on it as I thought I might like it. Just too many negatives. IMO.
One I've been watching lately and is on the upswing is ONEV.
BTOR, is one I feel the opposite on. Has many pluses and I do believe I got in on it at the right time. Right now, it is lower in PPS than any of my other holdings and despite the avalanche of PRs recently hasn't done a thing. However, once they start the PR machine rolling concerning distribution and sales, I do believe this will turn around.

IMO.
Well, I've got to get some errands done and spend a couple hours working. So, here's hoping today is a better day for all.
fdatrader. Sure hope bobsnook66 wasn't spamming FASC over on the Salt Spray fishing board. LOL.
See you've never posted on here under your current alias. Wonder if you saw dollarland on an RB board. Must have as too many references for this particular thread.
Can't agree with your analysis of the two posters. Megster is a straight shooter and though not a basher, he does ask more pertinent, basher type questions, as far as he's not afraid to go against the norm. And, he's very knowledgeable. Your other mentioned appears to be a glorified hypster with little knowledge, honesty or fortuitousness (IMO).
As far as FASC is concerned, I'll let you know on the other board where honest opposite opinions aren't readily thrown in the jailhouse as quickly as they are on some boards. I will give you a hint, DON'T go out and buy some at this time. Wait until it goes down to $.055 or lower. Right now, for no apparent reason it's up to $.07. Too many unanswered questions. You get a lot of repeats of stale news, that is just history from an investor's point of view. However, lighthawk's post http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3222164
gives you the history without all the nonsense.
Good luck with your investments.
OT: You may want to check out a stock board on Ihub that can give you some real leads about actual penny stocks that will go up and not forever stay around $.06 or lower for 4 or 5 or more years. Just a thought.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2199
And, on Penny's board, you can spread news of FASC to hopefully get some other investors interested.
Seems you can't mention other stocks on this board. All they want to do here it seems is just to talk favorably about one stock.
Bobsnook66, I did post the message that was deleted on this board on the IHub BTOR board. You mentioned in the previous post that posts can be removed for"... personal attacks, bad language or spamming. also unfounded or untruthfull coments about the company will result in removel." I've sent two administrators a post asking why mine was removed when it didn't violate according to what you just posted. And, unlike some early posts yesterday, it was marked "OT" those should be removed also, should they not? I've asked admin about them also.
Well, here's hoping for a profitable June.
This board is tough to keep up with. You get so many posts compared to other IHub boards. Thanks for all the feed back on DNAP.
You may also want to give some feed back on what you think of BTOR, another true penny Haven type stock.
Have a good investing day.
