TRCPA..just thought you had some in mind when such a statement is made. Just me, but I would have backed such astatment up. The reasons, sorry, but can't accpet them. It is a fASC board and every now and then i, going back, I notice in similar situations they have been mentioned without any one getting offended orthe posts getting deleted. But, alas, so be it. It is afterall your excuse and must be accepted.
And, for what ever reason, is beyond me, why another poster would try to start a fray over simply just repeating your exact words to get the full context of your original message. However, I would hardly say in the light of THE FULL POST, I was focusing on "small off-hand remarks." I can only assume the poster missed the rest of the message. Happily the board monitors and you didn't see it as being unfriendly and pick totally un-important and irrelevant details to quibble over. If I didn't get only 3 posts a day, I'd send Bobsnooker an email to ask him about it.
However, I haven't heard that expression in many years. It was one I had heard many times as a child and since you don't have any information in your profile, I did think that perhaps it placed you around 60 years of age. Just a guess from the remark. Not meant ot offend.
