When someone offers evidence of manipulation or naked shorting, I'll be all ears.
Theres a simple way to determine if naked shorts are in the stock and to what degree. I believe the CEO once claimed manipulations.
It's in Elites power to gather the necessary reports and do the math. Ive done it many, many times over the years for other companies.
Would the CEO agree to cooperate with that investigation?
Would he even respond to that question on the next earnings call?
The share price hitting 52week low despite rising revenue assumes the original valuation was justified.
If the stock was significantly overvalued, even strong revenue growth doesnt prevent a correction.
The price also reflects expectations more than raw revenue and they may be resetting. Not saying that’s the case, just that it’s not as simple as drawing a straight line between revenue growth and share price.
The problem is, its not what Elite is seeing
I can see a $2.5 pps offer.
Wonder how much IR gets paid for her services
You forgot to mention all the millions and millions of shares bought by insiders during Elites revenue ramp
Insiders selling shares is very telling.....hmmm
I didnt ask for anyone's cost basis James. I wondered, as in curious
why do you care about someone else's cost basis?
I wonder
With all the claimed averaging up, from probably beginning 6 cents to 80 cents, I wonder what the average cost basis is for the shareholders that have been around in those 3-4 cent days, held on and bought more
Can you start a pool so everyone can predict the date and time of day the big news hits
Will THE buyout happens will it be announced pre-market
During market hours or
After hours?
Oh please. Every tick up is pure Elite genius and obvious buyout bait, and the plunge from 80 to 40 is all the evil shorts, bashers and manipulators cheating again. Got it.
The Vyvanse approval, launches, earnings and Eliquis were nice but let’s stop the fairy tale. The real rocket fuel was the ridiculous hype around Buyouts. That’s what pumped it. Then, when the hype didn’t magically turn into instant action reality hit and people dumped. Shocking, right?
Anyone with half a brain eventually realized the buyout hype was running ahead of the actual delivery in spite of "BUYERS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.
If the company is really that strong and the buyout is so inevitable, the price will eventually catch up without needing to invent villains for every dip.
Also, no need for your emotional responses as we know you're upset and worried
ELTP didn’t rocket from 3cents to 80 because a secret cabal was pumping it and it didn’t fall back to 40 because the evil shorts waved a magic wand.
It went up because buyers outnumbered sellers led by FOMO (“Buyers have been identified” BS), good earnings whatever. It came back down because sellers outnumbered buyers taking profits, realizing the imminent buyers have been identified hype was made up BS or just people taking their winnings and running.
Blaming every red candle on the shorts or paid bashers trying to shake you out is the investing version of the dog ate my homework.
or Pennies on the Pennies
you CANNOT sell Elite while on the OTC unless you want PENNIES on the dollar.
Who are the buyers?
Buyers have been identified.
Who was issuing that similar warning when ELTP was 70-80 cents?
don't let them steal your shares
Maybe Apotex is going public to raise enough cash to buy Elite to become a super generic company.
Yea, that must be the reason
Its about to get real
Really?
the leveling off in sales of the existing products is expected. .... It's built into the current price. What is not built into the current price is any growth from new products, or any positive R&D news.
What happens when Elites hockey stick rev growth begins leveling off or turning in the wrong direction?
Does that signal a downturn in share price and exit? What signals such an occurrence
So even though YoY growth still looks good, the QoQ numbers have stopped rising and have actually declined for two straight quarters which may be signaling a leveling off or steady decline. This in particular may be influencing the boards decision to seek an acquirer now
The market has already been pricing in skepticism with the stock well off 52 week highs despite the growth explosion
or do you attribute it all to the mysterious, secret short manipulating scoundrels
Thoughts?
Dow is down 700
S&P down 100
Is Elite dragging the broad markets down?
Its about to get real
Is it possible Mikah has already sold its interest in Adderall?
How would you know if the CEO considers Mikah business private and none of Elites shareholders business?
Could Mikah have already sold out to an Elite acquiring company for a hefty sum in front of an Elite acquisition?
Just asking
While Elites revs keep climbing, one issue jumps out like a sore thumb. The stock is completely stagnant and boring. A lot of investors were banking on strong earnings to finally spark a long steady climb, but it's done the opposite
There are plenty of theories floating around like the dopey secret foreign short cartels capping the stock for years on end. What do they really gain from suppressing ELTP long term? I'm still waiting for a solid answer on that one or any proof re shorting. Maybe it's tied to Mikahs three card monte game around Adderall, perhaps. What about the NASDAQ carrot dangling for years and years without action? Some feel the CEO is dodging that scrutiny, maybe
The more logical explanation is the CEOs total disregard for IR. The is classic science/engineering/doctor types running the show convinced the fundamentals will magically speak for themselves without any real communication effort. Its hard to believe the CEO will suddenly get serious about IR but thats exactly what they should have been doing all along
snup, cant make a decision?
ELTP traded around 80 cents last year.
If you could sell all your shares today at 80 cents, with the provision you cannot ever buy ELTP shares again, would you make the sale?

snup, I want to formally wish you good luck with your investment in ELTP
Maybe if you "formally" ask him to be more enthusiastic about a buyout, you may soften his public opinions
The leg lamp award was a poke at humor if this is Xmas story version. Meaning expectations were much higher and only the starry eyed, gullible dad thought it was a great honor
Oh my, a "formal request" incoming! Alert the SEC, notify the Vatican! This changes everything lol
Today I will send a formal request to Dianne
Indeed! There are many very substantial corporations listed on the OTC.
There are some huge foreign companies that trade OTC
Toyota's primary US trading is on the NYSE via TM, the company does also have shares (TOYOF) that trade on OTC markets. This is common for many foreign companies with international listings.
Glad I could help
3 for 3!
There are many large, profitable companies trading on the OTC
Novartis, Toyota & Samsung just to name a few
Anyone relying on AI, without backup and knowing how to prompt questioning, risks being misled
Why should the CEO give a **** about manipulation if Elite is being bought?
Nasrat is aware of the manipulation. I hope he acts in it soon
I wonder how much money investors have lost after the unrelenting, misleading buyout hype constantly posted by HGiLS the past several months ?
Then he turns around and attacks so called bashers
Look in the mirror
Let me help you out
I really don't care what happens with M & A or with up listing. Really, I don't care.
Why don't I care~?
Elite's balance sheet says it all.
After just 3 quarters and already over $100 million in revenues.
Would the CEO say anything so dumb?
The buyout is happening
Has it gotten real yet?
The CEOs 79m warrant gift expires next year.
In case a buyout doesn't occur will the CEO:
cash exercise them before expiration? (meaning paying the exercise price)
cashless exercise them? (meaning no $$ to Elite but exchanging them for an amount of shares equal to the intrinsic value of the warrants on exercise date)
Have the board extend the expiration date?
advance his outrageous anti dilution rights to ratchet down the warrant exercise price from .1521 to potentially much lower prices?
finally end the derivative liability adjustments in fin statements?
Gift half of them to snup
Such a glaring misunderstanding
Nasrat is on record about not going with privatization of the company from a few years ago. He would stand no chance to go that path without being sued and losing.
Good thing that ugly revenue guessing game ended. Now the stock can fly free of those stock depressing over expectations
Its about to get real
If/when an M&A offer has to be made public, you'll know about it.
Stop with reading in between the lines of every sentence the CEO spews
Something's brewing!!
Subsequent Events are as of the filing,
No mention of M&A
Means the CEO has nothing substantive to report on todays call other than things are progressing
Likely sparked a little selling. Volume tiny
$multibillion acquisition
Stock price easily over $1, more likely $multidollars
All time high revenues with non stop growth in the foreseeable future
BUT
please dont play that revenue guessing game, it might lead to over expectations
